Well I will say that when you are a woman and you come here without a male you get ignored! Me and my 2 kids came here because we love the wings we love the wings! We sat for 15 minutes at our table being passed by waitress after waitress and even the manager. We sat awww decided what we wanted and we sat more! We began to look around for assistance. I was shocked that the manager who passed twice and saw we didn't even have drinks in 15 minutes of waiting didn't say a word. What a disaster of management and the training of his/her staff. Waited in line for 3 others in front of me to be seated. Each time the host was relative quick to return until it was my turn. She then said, one second and went back to the table she just sat. As she sat socializing and flirting with the people she just sat, I stood waiting. Another person walked in behind me and was immediately greeted by a second waitress/host. I made a comment that I was next to which she looked at me then turned her back to help the other person. I grabbed a menu and asked if I should seat myself to which her response was; go ahead. I have been to many locations with great service. Wings are good and service is good. I went in a group of four. They messed up on two of the orders cold and wrong. We sent them back. Eventually got it correct. The manager was rude very very rude. She doesn't let you talk and has a nasty attitude. She gave us all nasty attitudes and rude looks every time she saw us. And wouldn't look at us when we talked. This Hooters had the worst service! We had to seat ourselves because nobody was at the hostess stand several servers passed us but didn't help seat us. The manager walked passed us several times and did nothing. When a server finally got to us she was barley at our table she was to busy sharing whatever was on her phone to the other servers. When we got our food it was cold, the fries tasted stale. At the end of our meal we had to go find our server because she was nowhere to be found to give us our check. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I came here for the unlimited special they have on wings & our waitress was so horrible. We asked for a booth to be cleaned and she never came to clean it. So we decided to pick another table. She took forever to come get our order & the place was almost empty. I came with a group of friends and our waitress asked my friend if he was eating all of the wings he was asking for? Yet she would pick up the empty plates from him. She then complained to the manager because he asked for a to-go box on like 4 wings he didn't eat. She never gave us any refills on our drinks, and we had to get up about 3 times to ask for things to the other waitress, I even had to go to the cooks to place my order. I have been going to this Hooters for awhile but my last experience was just terrible. I get it, really I do, we were a big group and it was fight night, I don't expect much, but the service was just bad. The waitress took our orders in increments so I guess we don't have to wait long, so for every four orders she would go back to the kitchen to put in the order and then come back and get the rest. She took our orders on a nice note pad with a nice pen, and we even commented her on this. So everything was fine, we understood that there would be a wait and that she's doing the best that she could, but when the food started to come out, it went downhill from there. She didn't know what some of the items were, which I think you should know since you work there, and she made a comment, "well there's 15 of y'all, you understand that there's confusion" and that erked me a lot! No excuses needed just get it settled. My friend pointed at his order on the menu and gave him the wrong thing. Basically the manager had to come around to make sure my friends got their order. So we eventually got all our food, then she asked us for refills, most just wanted water, we expected for her to bring a pitcher, but no she took about 6 cups which all had straws in it, and everyone commented, well how would she know which is my cup? Ughhh so horrible! Then we wanted to pay and split the checks, which I know is a pain for the server, but I never had to write down my order, she had all of us write down our orders, I thought that was her job. Knowing how long everything took I paid cash and left, but my friends that paid with card had to wait for about half an hour. My friend goes in at 10pm on Sunday, even ask the hostess if it's still a good time to sit and enjoy a meal. They are welcomed in and order a buffalo platter & wings. The food takes FOREVER, the waitress Megan B was just flirting with what I would assume is her boyfriend. When the food gets there my friend makes a remark about being grateful the food finally made it. Megan B then says "I'm not the cook." His comment wasn't even meant to be rude. The service was good. The experience was horrific. Half of the TV's on the direct TV screen for the duration of our visit. The restroom was a step down from a gas station, a urinal has a trash bag on it and there was was used toilet paper all over the place. Trying to watch the All-Star game on 36 inch TV's made me crave anywhere but here. Seriously my sons boneless wings were so tiny I had to split my sandwich with him. The reason for the 1 star review is because of the bathroom. It looked like a bomb went off in there. I literally haven't seen a worse bathroom than when I was there. It surprising because the main restaurant area was pretty decent. Upon entering the bathroom it was as if a piñata of paper towel shreds had exploded everywhere. The electric paper towel dispenser was literally ripped down and hanging. I meandered my way to the urinal and traversed the sticky fly paper-like floor, where typically you would expect some piss (overspray you might call it) around the bottom. Typically you would stand back a few inches to avoid stepping in someone else's piss. But here, someone had way too much fun, or way too bad of aim it protruded beyond the urinal about 2 1/2 feet. All of the urinals are this way, so there is no way around it. So in order to piss, I had to stand back extremely far, and push against the wall above the urinal. Then the horror struck as my foot started to slide and I was still going. Thankfully I was able to pinch it off and avoid slipping all over. In hindsight, I should have pissed in the middle of the floor. No one else probably would have noticed any difference. Food and girls were ok. read more

I have to admit that I never leave a review after one visit.. but this location only took 2 visits for me to make up my mind. For the second time the service was just the bottom of the barrel. Duration visit the food was fine, but our waitress dropped some of our wings on the floor, no apology, no replacement... she never even returned to refill our drinks... she must have thought we weren't going to tip her... she got the minimum 15% (only because alot of these places share tips) the second day time, the waitress got our drink order right and NOTHING else. Miserable service again. We were in a hurry to catch a movie so we could wait for a remake, no offer to comp... no apology again. Give this location a pass. 2 stars because even wrong the food was ok. read more

That food tasted ok. However, I did not enjoy the dinning experience very much. After half an hour wait on my wings and buffalo shrimp I lost my appetite. Maybe it was my fault that I came to the place when there was only one cook in the kitchen. I understand that the cook did his best to cook for everyone in the restaurant, but I can't believe that the management would have only one guy cooking for the entire restaurant even though it was not the busy time of the day.
