Absolutely terrible. I ordered takeout which was suppose to be ready for pick up in 15 min. My order was not ready for another 30 minutes after sitting there waiting. By the time my order did come out and I drove home (less than 5 minutes away) my fries were cold and soggy, not crunchy at all. The chicken was greasy and chewy and super small. The amount of fries in my side were not worth the $5.99 I was charged for them and the chicken tenders shown, if you can even call them that, look like actual tenders were cut up into smaller sections to make more portions resulting in weirdly thick and weirdly thin sections. The chicken was cooked unevenly and was extremely wet/greasy. The fact that the chicken alone costs $11.99 is ridiculous. Service was slow, slow, slow. I hope it was because it was new. I heard "I thought I took your order" when we finally flagged down our waitress. Appetizers were skimpy and parts seemed like they could have stayed in the fryer longer. Steak fries were great. Boneless wings; sauces were 10x better than BWW but wings were small and dry. Smothered chicken sandwich was great, juicy, and accompanying fries were excellent. Fish and chips were another good meal, not greaser, good flavor. Waitress seemed to be hustling out the door, taking the signed check from her n front of us before we even got up. Beer was good but that's hard to mess up. We will give it one more try but if the service is the same we will not be returning after that. read more

If this over 3 million dollar spot is going to make it they had better get a management staff that can off line run the show...As of now.... I tried this new location a few weeks ago and I will NOT be going back. A friend of mine got chicken wings and he had two feathers, I repeat chicken FEATHERS, on his wings. Besides that, the service was terrible. We saw our waitress maybe 3 times. We had to get ahold of someone else to get the manager to talk to them about the feathers. I had not been to Hooter's before so my husband and I went. Started out great. We were seated in a booth right away with menus. I was surprised there were not prices on the menu. We were told someone would be right over to take our order. There were 5 waitresses in the area. Not one of them acknowledged we were there. After 15 minutes of being totally ignored. I looked at my husband and asked if he wanted to go somewhere else. I got up and led the way out. We walked by one of the waitresses who was in our area and she said 'Thank you.' I will NOT go back. I would like to start by saying I've eaten at Hooters in many different places; Multiple in FL and every where between here and there. I've always been a fan of their wings and fries (fries have never been that great once they're cold, but who's are). I was excited to hear they opened back up in Omaha and so we ordered wings and fries from there and took them home. We live about 6 minutes from the restaurant, when we got home the fries were cold and soggy like they were cooked an hour ago and the wings had no sauce at all and didn't taste right. Quite honestly they are the only wings I've ever got from hooters I didn't like. I'm not sure if this was a one time mess up, but I will probably go to council bluffs for Hooters in the future to avoid the same mishap. Just all around not a good idea to do door dash with them. They didn't pack up haft of our order, and for what we got, we just threw it in the trash. Fries were just old and hard, the burgers had no taste and were just blah, in fact they couldn't even make the burgers correct with our add ons. Chicken wings were about soggy as hell. I know this wasn't the door dash fault, due to the fact he was there 30 min waiting for the order. They said it would be, 40 min, it took over a 1.5 hrs to get our food . We also did call them to talk with a manager, the ding bat that answered the phone said he was busy and would call us back, still waiting for that bozo to call back. Wow! Just an absolute mess. On 2/28/2020 went to Hooters in Lavista Nebraska. We were seated right away. But from there it went down hill. We sat there for 15 minutes and no one came over to even ask us what we wanted to drink. We had to go find somebody to have them come over and bring us water. Then it took about another 15 minutes before anybody came to even talk to us about what we wanted to order. Now it was a Friday but the place was not even half full of patrons. We noticed that other people sitting there that came in after we did had received their drinks and something to eat why we still sat there and waited. They delivered half the food to half the people at her table while the other people sat there and waited wondering if we were going to get our food. They delivered the food the food was good but even some of the things that were instructed that we wanted we're not delivered. The manager did come over and ask how things were and we told him but he did not even care to help us out by offering a discount for the terrible service that we received. I am only hoping that this place will get better with time I realize that it's new and there are new people working there, I'm just hoping it will get better with time. read more

Waitress didn't get salad dressings right and when we ordered French dressing didn't tell us that they don't have French dressing. Also, asked for the wings with the sauce on side, some of our party isn't able to handle hot sauces while others love the hot and we got charged $.99 per sauce on the side as "extra sauce". I was excited to eat wings from hooters, I haven't had them in 7 years. We ordered food online for carry out. The order confirmation said the order would be ready at 7:01. I dropped the family off at the hotel and went to pick up the food. I showed up at 7:05. It hadn't been started yet. I figured no big deal, I'll sit have a beer while I wait. I watched 4 orders get messed up while I waited for my order. The servers were delivering the wrong appetizers to wrong tables. The servers were more worried about taking selfie's with each other and posting social media than working. Not to mention their language. I don't have sensitive ears by any means, I was in the Army. But I wouldn't let my son date any of these broads that's for sure. The cooks had to yell at the servers twice just to tell them orders were done. The bar tender and greeter were the only employees I would hire. I'd shit-can the rest! The bar tender was very polite, professional and courteous. At 7:35 the order was finally done. I took it back to the room. My wings were the only part of the order that wasn't screwed up. My wife asked for nothing but ketchup and cheese on the kids sliders. It came with everything. My son hates mustard. Normally I'd tell my son to suck it up eat his damn food, there's starving kids in the country! But I screwed up his order for lunch and he was a man about it. So had to get him something else to eat. My daughter hates mustard too, but after her disappointments head shake she scraped it off and finally ate it. I only got two packets of ketchup for a family of 4, four sliders and an order of waffle fries. I didn't get any of course. After enjoying my first wing, my wife informed me that her wings were not the way she ordered them. So, needless to say I won't be going to the shooters in La Vista again. read more

I've gone to bars before, but the best part about going to this one isn't the gimmic of seeing pretty girls in hooters outfits. The food is always made quick to order, the people working are always fun to chat with and even the customers are friendly. The bartenders are always fun to talk with and quick to serve. One bartender in particular, I think her name was Hannah, I've talked with a couple times now is always attentive to everyone and constantly is working to make sure not only the bar is taken care of, but the floor is running smoothly too. Definitely makes it a more fun place to be whether its after work or just for fun. read more
