Not impressed. If you aren't a regular here you won't get served very quickly. The bartender was more interested chit chatting with her friends, the "regulars" then making money. Asked for a menu and didn't get one for 40 minutes until I was finally told I had to use a QR code. Had to wait for a drink or a refill for way too long. I guess the bartender doesn't realize she makes more money the higher the tab is. When I finally did get food ordered she had to check to see if the kitchen would still serve me. I think they literally scraped out the over cooked chicken bits from the bottom of the fryer and threw some sauce on them. They were rock hard and not appetizing. read more

We've had this location delivered to us multiple times now and have had excellent service. The food was tasty and the food was packaged well for travel. Fries simply don't travel well, no matter how you get them. If you get fast food fries and it takes you more than a few minutes to get where you're eating them? NO. So, you take that into account. If you're getting fries here... they are going to suffer the same fate. The wings are good. We only order them naked. The pretzels and beer cheese are nice, although they go super heavy on the green onions sometimes... so I've gotten to where I just order them without. Environment: Busy evening, and it seemed like many others were also from close by hotels or regulars. The same tacky environment I remember from last time I went to a Hooters. Seemed like the bartenders were much more interested in talking to their regulars vs serving anyone else. Even had to have a "regular" sitting next to me to flag down a bartender to get me extra napkins. It never feels good to feel ignored. Bartender also seemed hesitant to pour me a second beer. I guess she wanted to create more space at the bar since I was done eating and wasn't a regular customer. Good: Ordered some 6 Daytona style wings, 6 hot traditional wings, and a beer at the bar. I placed an online order via Hooters website (not a delivery service) to pickup 20 wings, When I arrived at the Boca Raton location they stated my order wasn't placed there. Ooops! Either the website sent my order to this Hooters (200 miles away from my local Boca Raton location) or I accidentally selected the wrong link I called to cancel the order and get a credit. I spoke with Bill the manager and he said I had to go to the website and find a link to get a refund. Which website lol? I was blown away by the service. The employees had the best personalities and were authentic. I will come back here every time I am in Orlando. The food was also excellent. I wanted to watch the NC State game and they made it happen. Hands down the best experience at any Hooters I have ever had. My server was Nina and she was awesome, accommodating, and very genuine. We had great service from a young lady whose name started with "A," Ashley maybe; but, the receipt says Hallie... My wife started with a Clearwater Punch, which she very much enjoyed; and, I got the Bold City "Duke's" Brown Ale. It was excellent; a little stronger tasting then Newcastle. I had my 10 free Boneless Hot Wings with Curley Fries; my wife got 10 Breaded, Medium, with Blue Cheese; and, we split an order of Beer Cheese and Pretzels as an appetizer, They were incredible! So fellow yelper and study buddy, Michelle V. and I wanted to treat ourselves to wings after a long afternoon of studying. So Michelle V. suggested we would go to Hooters, considering it was a Monday night and they have their special of "unlimited traditional wings" for $14.00 (boneless being $12.00; but who are we kidding, "boneless wings" are just chicken tenders with sauce). :P Arrived there and this place was packed! I'm sure it was so full since it's a "touristy area", however, we were immediately greeted with a friendly smile. Our server was friendly and attentive, but you could tell she had a lot on her plate. She made it work though. I wish I would remember her name so I could give her a shout out for her attentive service. So fellow yelper, Michelle V explained that I could order about 10 wings at a time and pick two different sauces. Server confirmed this info. They have 11 Signature Sauces, and Michelle V. suggested their Daytona Beach Sauce. So I went for their House Mild Sauce (Traditional BBQ mild sauce) and their Daytona Beach sauce, as suggested. Now the Daytona Beach sauce is very tasty with a taste of tangy and sweet in every bite and they take a bit longer to prepare since after they are cooked, they are grilled to give you those great looking grill marks and original grill taste. WORTH IT! While eating my fifth wing, server asked if we wanted to place another order. I was pleasantly surprised since I thought they wouldn't let us place another order of unlimited wings until we finished the ones we had. So I asked for 10 more wings, which, of course, I couldn't finish (ate 12 in total and was ready to explode), but took leftovers with me to enjoy for lunch on the next day. All in all, service was a bit slow, but understandable considering the place was packed, but it was attentive and detailed. It began when we were seated and the waitress copped an attitude about having to clear the table. Then it took her 10 minutes to "greet" us with a surly 'do you know what you want'? We had to wait another 12 and a half minutes for 'princess' Brooke to return and a while longer after we gave her our card. She dropped the cards on the table and walked away and said nothing. Brooke was an arrogant self absorbed little 'witch' with a stick so far up her backside that she spits out wood chips and Bill the "manager" is a buffoon. When the manager came to apologize he said he had been away for a few days and didn't know that the General TSO had changed I guess they think just give them something. Drinks. Hi, so its me and 5 friends we immediately got sat which is excellent. Got our waitress she was nice the entire time and always checking on us. Almost all of us ordered wings. I ordered the "spiciest" ones which are called the "3 mile" my buddies all got different flavors. We get the food after 45 minutes and let me tell you, the "3 mile" is not nearly as spicy as it should be. My buddies all were complaining that theirs were dry and bland. My buddy that HATES spicy food tried one of mine and was shocked that they were as bland as they were. Honestly most disappointing wings i have had in a while. This is definitely my new favourite place for wings! My sister and I had dinner here before flying back home. This Hooters location is very close to the airport. We both ordered the smoked wings in Cajun and Daytona Beach sauce with a shared basket of curly wings. Before the wings came we shared an order of a dozen of oysters. Oysters were good in size and came out quick. The wings were so delicious! The smoked flavour with the sauce really hit the spot. The wing size was also quite large that my sister only could finish 9/10 of the wings. There was nothing to really drop any stars for this review. We stopped here for a late dinner after landing at the airport. My boyfriend enjoyed his bacon mac n cheese burger and his orange Hooterade (orange flavored Mountain Dew with some alcohol, I think). I got the sweet teriyaki boneless wings because Hooters is kind of known for their wings. I normally visit a local Hooters wherever I go, including overseas. And I'd seen this one several times while on business in Orlando but never visited. So I finally went this day because my hotel was nearby and I didn't want to go far for something to eat. I should've skipped it. Walking in, the hostess barely looked up from either looking at her phone or the seating chart - whatever it was. No greeting or anything... Just kind of looked at me and no real sense of service. (It wasn't that late, either.) Since I was alone, she said it'd be a minute. I had to use the restroom and she pointed it out, then returned to looking downward. I made my way to the restroom and found a seat at the bar on my way to the front, so sat myself. The front hostess would later come to the bar to chit-chat with coworkers and she noticed me sitting. She say, "Oh, hey! Here you are!" I told her I saw the seat and she said that was cool. I don't know if she really cared THAT much. Friendly bartender but no conversing except with her apparent regulars, who definitely hold preference when it comes to service. One guy sitting at my right got all the attention, which is fine. But when I'm sitting there waiting to order another drink or simply ask for something, waiting while the bartender chums it up is pretty wack. So, here's where I thought, "Ew." Saw a waitress picking at her teeth (finger in the mouth), then she immediately handled drinks without washing her hands. No gloves... Just straight from her mouth to someone's glass. I went with the smoked wings, which turned out slightly undercooked for some pieces, while others were cooked well. I should've sent them back but I was hungry. And I didn't get sick, so that's good, I guess. I'll end this on a positive note: the restaurant was clean, both the interior and exterior. Everyone seemed to busy to really do anything and the place was not busy. The wings were over cooked and dry. There were still little feathers on the wings that had been fried on. The beer was cold but it's hard to mess up a cold cheap beer like Miller Light. But to top it off the waiting staff did not have your typical Hooters qualities.
