The customer service is horrible. The establishment wasn't even busy yet no one could answer the phone to take orders. The staff seemed as if the really didn't care nor was I offered an apology just excuses. We have been regulars here sir a long time, but in the past several weeks this location has been on a steady decline. During our visit today, our order took over 40 minutes to be brought to us after speaking to the manager. When our food arrived, the quantities were wrong and the food was cold. Sat at our table for 12 min before my husband went back up to the hostess stand to see who our server was. About a minute later our server came from another section and said the server for our section went home and immediately apologized for the inconvenience. There was no communication with the hostess and servers on the floor, so we had to pay the price and wait (with our 3 year old) while several other servers passed by our table and did not acknowledge us at all. As a mom I rarely get to go out and unwind, and to be honest it really pissed me off to the point that I will never be back. Will be going to Bombshells or Buffalo Wild Wings from now on. read more

I have been to many Hooters and pretty much expect it to take a little longer than most places. This location has got to be the worst experience I've had at Hooters. Waited for nearly 45 minutes for our food to come out and it wasn't very busy. When the food did arrive 4 orders of food. 3 came cold, the only hot meal at the table was an Hootertizer that was mediocre. The mediocre part is definitely only my personal opinion. The manager dropped one plate off and didn't even ask if we needed a refill on drinks, had an empty beer mug in front of me. Worst hooters I've ever been too , I've been there twice and both times didn't want to service us . As soon as we walk in to ask for a table the host makes a face then walks away . Comes back 2 minutes later and tells us the machines are down . So unacceptable and disappointed at there customer service . First time to the Hooters Pearland yesterday for lunch (looked for under cover boss cameras... there was none)... and the last! Bummer. New design didn't feel like a Hooters at all... more like a Chili's. Manager arguing with waitresses. My first beer came relativity slow, and never was asked for a second? Come on, I'm trying to spend my money! Ok, that's not a deal breaker... but congrats, when I ordered oysters on the half shell... this was the first time (from anywhere) they arrived with a spoiled odor, black sticky octopus ink looking goo, I did eat about half by rinsing them with my water and masking with sauce! I have a cast iron stomach and won't admit defeat, but even I couldn't put anymore of the oysters with the shiny yellow puss down. I was really impressed with this Hooters . We didn't expect it to be so very nice and clean!!! The waitress (!dont wanna spell name wrong) not only was she a beautiful lady but she went above and beyond for myself and husband!! My sister and our long time friend ,Seth, surprised all of us by being able to make the time to get off work and meet her there! Our waitress has long black hair and she has a super neat name! Starts with an S... ask her! I'm the lady who needed the cough drops and she did everything she could to find some for me!!! When she came to me with a 6pk of drops , I was really in awe by her willingness and determination to make sure that I was ok. I will be back soon and I hope she is there! read more

We visited for the Rockets game and although they were super packed, we were seated and served quickly and our waitress Hannah was AMAZING !

First time coming to this location and I haven't been to Hooters in more than 10 years, now I know why! This service was beyond HORRIBLE! It took us more than 20 minutes every time we would ask for something. Our waitress would get lost who knows where. When our friends asked for a box and our bill we waited more than 20 minutes for that. (At this time our waitress was in the back taking away with the cook) We had to call a guy who looked like he might of been a manager and he was just as useless as her. Like 10 minutes after asking him our waitress came and said she forgot about the box. They gave us a $7 discount because we waited a long time for our food which was cool by the time we ate it. There was probably only 10 tables with no more than 4 people to a table at this time so it's not like they were busy. I ordered drink that one of my friends got from the bar and it was completely different than what she had, waitress said it because 2 different people made the drink. And I would understand that, but if they taste completely different then 2 different bartenders is not the issue. Needless to say I won't be coming back! read more

So.. I posted this review on their Facebook as well. The girls that worked there responded quite unprofessionally. They started by questioning my occupational background (which I respectfully told them that I understand waitressing is not an easy job and therefore I left a 20% tip even with the mishaps), giving me a lecture on Hooters 101, and ended by inviting me to tell everyone to go ahead and come say Hi. So I tagged a few friends for visibility and the comments started rolling in. Did you guys know that the girls even post customers' receipts on their personal Facebook pages just to jeer at the tipping/gratuity field? HORRIBLE service! My husband & I stopped by around 4:30after the Texans game at NRG stadium We sat at the bar and the skinny bartender with curly/wavy hair was so rude !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked for a drink after we sat there for five mins without being acknowledged. She rolled her eyes and said she thought the empty beer bottle on the counter was mine. She went and talked to the other girl with straight hair w a name badge that said San Antonio. She helped us but she wasn't the nicest either. On March 20th at approximately 9:30 at night, myself and 4 friends went to this location. We had the WORST experience ever. We started with Chelsea as our server who provided great service. For some reason, Chelsea got cut and we were given a different server. After 2 hours of no food, we called the restaurant to ask for a manager to visit our table. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude. The manager, David, came to visit our table and we voiced our concerns about not receiving our food. David was unprofessional and rude and failed to follow up on our order. At 11:45PM a server named Alexia (Lexi) came to our table and very rudely told us that the kitchen was closed. We asked how is the kitchen closed when we never received our food. She snapped at us and told us that if we wanted our food then we can go to the kitchen and cook it ourselves! She also took a step forward to our table in a very aggressive way as if she wanted to fight. This escalated to a very inappropriate level. We again asked for the manager who failed to come back to talk to us. After 2.5 hours of no food, we left hungry and upset about the altercation. I have reported this misbehavior to the Regional Manager, Christopher Woody but I was just there on April 10th and April 17th and David was still employed there. I am sure that David recognized us but he failed to come apologize for the experience we received that dreadful night. I have not seen Lexi although i have been told that she is still employed there. This use to be mine & my husband's every Thursday night dinner. Beer & wings. Love the location because it's close to home but I can say the last 2 times we have went we have not been pleased. Every time that girl "Jazz" is bartending in the bar & waitresses take her drink orders she takes forever & a day to make drinks for other customers that are not sitting at the bar. Probably the worst hooters around. Very nice inside and the waitress was friendly but that's about it. Went there at 2 pm and only 3 other people there. Ordered chicken tacos and asked to substitute fries instead of chips and was told that was fine. After about 15 mins the manager went to the waitress to tell her substituting the fries instead of the chips was not allowed. I mean it took 15 mins to decide that! I would have paid a up charged but was not offered. So told the waitress to cancel the order and they still charged me for the ice tea. This hooters is one of the worst I have ever attended. Went to watch ufc 247 and the experience was horrible. It was not crowded for the level of lack and care applied by the staff. From the top down the service was ridiculous. Try sitting at the bar watching the bartender not make your drinks (two draft beers by the way) for 10 plus minutes, also completely ignoring or forgetting your order. Then try asking for a menu three times and she looks at you like your presence is the most inconvenient part of her shift. And my my the food it was lack luster and cold. Not to mention they dropped my food off to another person. So i ordered curly fries and got a plate full of fry tips and four or five curly fries. All in all this place has doomed any chance of hooters getting any of my business. Not to mention me and my party almost entered into a fight with another patron who was served so much alcohol that he was inebriated beyond logical reasoning. The bartender did nothing. She continued to serve him until he annoyed everyone near him. I can not express how much disrespect and dissatisfaction I feel for this establishment. Had the opportunity to try the new Pearland Hooters location and was overall pleasantly surprised. We went for lunch on 8-12-16 and immediately saw that the restaurant was full. Our hostess greeted and welcomed us as we walked into the door. She told us our expected wait time would be about 20 minutes (understandable given how full it was) but in reality we only waited about 10 minutes before we were seated. Our waitress Celeste promptly took our drink order and asked if we wanted any appetizers to order. We declined. She came back with our drinks and took our order. I ordered a 10 piece of traditional wings, half garlic parmesan and half Cajun flavored. Both with blue cheese to dip in. Our wait time for food was almost an half hour. Just a little long I thought. When it did arrive however, it was hot and fresh. The wings were huge, as hooters wings are known to be. The garlic parmesan wings were very tasty and had a great garlic, cheesy flavor to them. The Cajun wings had a nice spice, just enough not to be overpowering but to give a nice kick of Louisiana flavor to them. Dipping the wings in the blue cheese was a must as it was a flavor explosion in my mouth I was so impressed with this Hooters location and its wings I returned the next day for a togo order. Prices are about what you would expect for wings and Hooters, the location is conveniently located just off 288 in front of SAMs. Parking however can be a challenge during peak times as parking spaces are in short supply, especially during lunch. I definitely would recommend the Pearland Hooters location and glad to have a place locally that I go and satisfy craving my wings. read more

Manager came over and asked about service but only talked to one guy. As I tried to speak to him he ignored me completely. Then waitress at the bar was rude. We moved from table to bar area just to order a drink and told her "hey we moved from table" she said as she walked away go back to the table. I would never recommend anyone to go there. We made a great decision going here!!! The food was great! The beer was cold! Best of all, Kaley was the best waitress!!! She was attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and funny. This was my first time visiting this location and I was pleased with the good food, drinks, and service. The beer was ice cold, the wings were delicious and reasonably priced. Completely understanding that this is a new business in the area and they have new staff as well. However the wait time was 30 mins with no waiting area benches unlike most restaurants. While waiting we noticed two other large parties called before us even though they had arrived after us. We walked up to the hostess to look at waiting chart, as we suspected we were skipped. We were then called next to be seated as soon as we acknowledged this, only ro be seated behind the bar in the receded booth areas. Terrible customer service! I was the waitress's first customer and all she wanted to do was take my order and go back to talking with the other waitress, bartender and even the manager! The remodel is legit! Plenty of screens and they are easy to view from every angle. The service was solid, no real complaints. Worst experience ever @ Hooters. From the time we walked in. We waited 28 minutes to be seated. Then the service was HORRIBLE. Food took forever to come out, and it was wrong. I asked for Budweiser draft and come to find out it was bud light. The manager, David M. Beat me getting mad that I was served a substitute drink. I got there b4 the football game came on @ 330. He got to work @ 4. I heard the waitress come and tell the next table that they were out of Regular Budweiser. So I asked her what have you been giving me? She said Regular Budweiser, but my ticket will say Bud Light. I asked for a manager. David M. came over and I asked him was he out of Budweiser? He said "yes sir there has been no Budweiser in the building" he also said "I got here @ 430 and we've been out." He only would say "I apologize that she served you the wrong beer, but sir You should have known that you was getting a different beer." Very insulting.
