Support your local Hooters!!! First time I visited Hooters, it was definitely as a joke for my BF and our friends. However, I didn't expect to end up loving the food. Seriously.. buffalo shrimp with Daytona sauce, ranch, and fries! I'm getting hungry thinking about it. Anyways, this location is awesome and everyone who works there is super friendly... even if I'm not the restaurant's target demographic. Throughout the years, I've come here on many occasions, including: watching the super bowl, Halloween, and just a general post-wine tasting dinner (somewhat near Sonoma). One thing I would caution is it's in a kind of sketchy area so be careful if you stop by a gas station on your way there. But overall, great place for a casual bite! read more

This was a much better experience than my first trip here. Came on a Saturday afternoon with a few buddies and it looked like they had a full complement of wait staff that day. We were greeted almost immediately and we got to pick where we wanted to sit. Our waitress (Lisa I think was her name) was ultra friendly and very attentive. We ordered shrimp (we wanted crab legs but they were not available), wings (buffalo hot and barbeque), sliders, fries, chicken tacos and some beers. Everything we ordered ranged from good to fantastic. We had a big order, but the wait to get us our food was a bit unreasonable. It took almost 45 minutes for our food to come out. Manager was not friendly to guests. We (4 guests) had just finished a 9hour shift and we were starving. My friend wanted a beer so she went to the bar to order and the manager aggressively told her "you can't order here! You have to order from your server! Within the past week, I've come to this place two times. Man, these are the least friendly waitresses if ever had. I don't think we even got a smile from either one. Thought we'd give hooters a try... everyone always rave about how their wings are "actually good." The servers were super nice but unfortunately the wings did not live up to the hype. It was super dry. We got boneless Daytona (good! Tasted like a mixture of sweet chili and bbq)/garlic habanero dry rub (supposed to be garlic Parmesan btw underwhelming flavors). What kind of person takes their mom to Hooters for dinner? I'd guess that person would be me :p The wings are always a solid order. My mom and I have been to several wing places, and Hooters just does them right. She doesn't like breaded wings, so the "naked" wings are perfect. We got them in the "hot" buffalo flavor and lemon pepper, but kind of wish we'd just stuck with the hot flavor because they were so good. We also had the fried pickles, which were yummy, especially with the dipping sauce. We also split a burger, which was average. Tasty, but a little too greasy. We had a really nice waitress (Brunette, I forgot her name) who was the exact right mix of funny and nice. I think some of the other girls were a little TOO attentive to our table, and came by every few minutes to ask if everything was fine. It was hard for us to have a conversation without getting interrupted every few minutes. Lots of sports on every TV, so you'll always find something you like watching. Unless you don't watch sports. Mom's been getting into golf lately, so she greatly appreciated that the U.S Open was on one of the screens. Come here, order the wings. They're almost delicious enough to make you forget that the chain restaurant makes objectifying women part of its brand. We drove from Manteca to Santa Rosa Hooters for my sons bday. So food was delicious and food came out fast. Our server was super nice and was very attentive. However, the bathroom for women was very dirty from toilets to sinks. It was about 3pm on a Monday and it was not busy. I believe there was a lack of management for sanitation and making decisions. I used to got to Hooters years ago, this was our first time at this location. I got the original breaded wings & my boyfriend got the boneless. Got seated quickly, got our food at a decent amount of time but for some reason my wings were cold. 3 stars because our table was kinda dirty and they did check on us but we had to wave down our server to get drink refills. Sorry I thought the second time coming here would be better, we sat at the bar Friday night around 8:00 and was helped right away by the first bartender she was very friendly and helpful. Horribly slow service. Waitresses standing around with backs to the tables, it's unprofessional to stand around sucking on a lollipop and taking pills in full view of customers. Our food didn't come at the same time, the wings are over cooked, and dry. The fries were room temperature at best. When we spoke to the manager; Isaiah the manager, he took off the wings. That much money used to be considered a really really nice date at a nice restaurant. Amazing and super Sweet staff and great food the wings are always on point along with all the other food that I've tried. I love their deep-fried pickles and their pretzel with cheese you have to try those. All the girls are really welcoming and kind they took great care of me and my mom and the second time I went with my mother,husband, and daughter it was my moms birthday and they sang her happy birthday and took pics with us. Imagine being a tradesman, having worked a 12 hour shift in the heat, coming in at sunset for drinks with your tradesman buddies. You just want to go to a nice place with pretty girls and unwind for the evening. The waitress keeps pouring and pouring your Bulleit whiskey, and you keep drinking. She knows that if you're nice and drunk you'll leave a great tip, and you sure do. Then, walking out the door she knows she over poured you and unknown to you calls the Rohnert Park PD to pick you up. They give you a DUI and take your A license. The server needed to pay attention to the table and not the TV around us. She had written down spicy. I corrected her the regular chicken sandwich. Took a bit. The place wasn't all that busy. I'm giving this review solely for the lack of professionalism. The workers are rude. In two separate occasions I have had them hang up the telephone and act extremely childish over the phone when calling to ask a simple question or to place an order. Today the girl who picked up hung up when I said "hello have I reached hooters", then when I called back I pleaded with the silence of the other end of the phone line to just answer a simple question because she didn't even so much as say hello either time. She then spoke finally saying "yes, what is your question" - not even a "HELLO". Ridiculous! Last time I called to place an order one girl said rude jokes in the background while the girl answering explained that my caller ID was why she was rude upon answering and said "we get a lot of prank calls". After I expressed that I understood that sort of thing could happen she then said "good for you" and hung up. Some of the worst customer service. I will never spend another penny at this Santa Rosa establishment. I invest in what deserves to be invested in. As a former hooters girl myself I can say, their behavior is unacceptable. The burden of their terrible customer service falls on their management; these girls need to be trained properly or fired. My to-go orders were always enjoyable so the food itself is quality. That's never been an issue for Hooters. But the girls handling telecommunications need to stick to delivering plates to tables and stay away from the phone lines before they put you out of business. read more

I ordered a Philly cheese stake today. Haven't been here in awhile. The meal was awful the roll was dried out and there were maybe 3 peppers and a piece of onion on it. EXCELLENT SERVICE! I came here for the UFC 246 event after having a great experience at a previous UFC showing. Paid $20 dollar cover charge this time due to the main event contenders. Was immediately greeted by the servers and sat down. Our server Grace was super attentive and quick. Her customer service is on point. We were here for about 4 hours and the place was packed. Even tho it was packed the perfect customer service did not stop. All the servers are constantly checking on the customers and being super friendly. The kitchen does an awesome job putting out food super quick. The service time is quite unbelievable due to how packed it gets. We will for sure be coming out for another UFC event! read more

I was expecting absolute garbage food, after all its not really known for its food reputation, but it was really alright, good even. Lots of sports on and of course I get the concept...so it's a shame these things are dying off.
