I'm a local resident that goes out to watch the Texans games frequently. I invited some friends to hooters in Stafford and from the minute we ordered our first beer the manager had "bitch face". We ordered our 3rd drink and she cut off one of my friends for cleaning the table when the hostess clearly wasn't doing her job. All in all my friend got cut off and it ruined our experience. Won't be back here. The food was terrible and took forever to get a drink hints the fact that the bar was empty on a Texans game, also hints the fact that my friend wasn't drunk when it took 20 mins to get a beverage. read more

I'm actually pretty surprised at how our visit went. In the past, the service sucked, food wasn't good and it was just not a good place to eat. Decided to stop by at the request of our 9 year old. Surprisingly, there was not many people there and we were quickly seated. Our waitress greeted us and took our drink orders as well as an appetizer. We got the combo which came with fried pickles, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. As for our meal, we ordered the 20 piece naked wings in hot and garlic Parmesan with a side of curly fries. The food came out in a timely manner and was surprisingly really good and flavorful! My husband and I were pretty impressed and definitely plan on coming back. I called at 1020 ask how long the wait for party of 15. They say if you can get here in 5 minutes we can seat you. We are staying across the street at hotel. We make it server brings 3 drinks at a time. We order at 1055. Then manager David turns off music. Then TV's before we get our food we ask why he said we are closed. Then you shouldn't have sat us. Should have told us you closed. Unbelievable manager was a complete JERK and cocky smart ass when trying to ask, walked away. This is your manager this is who you have as face of your company. The wings and atmosphere of this Hooters is good but the service before being sat down is terrible. You can just be there wait for a while before getting sat down. I was there late one night on a Thursday night wait for like 10 mins because nobody was at the front to us and a couple other parties. The waitress kept passing us and never even acknowledged us or even just say that someone was coming. Though the real hooters on the staff were very much lacking at this location, the actual food was over the top great, the service was far and above the best at a Hooters I have had in some time, and my waitress Sara was cute as a button, young, and and had a body to die for. Now on to the food. In case many of you did not know, I frequently take part in national and statewide food contests sponsored by Hooters to eat at "x" number of Hooters in either the USA or Texas. This being said, I have had the menu many times over, and have tasted the delicacies and intricacies of Hooters and various localized menu selections nationwide. And for those who are not in the Hooters know - yes, there are regional add-ons. Oddly enough, I had never had the onion rings. Not sure why, the one item I just accidentally skipped. Somehow, managed to skip it after eating at hundreds of Hooters nationwide. Which is odd, because I love onion rings. The batter was perfectly thick and succulent, and the spicy ranch dip and thousand island were both equally good as dipping choices for these scrumptious rings of fried goodness. The Shiner bock was fresh and served up in the white-trash style of frosted mugs, a perfect way to enhance the tacky decor and lively upbeat feel of any local Hooters. The wings - always for me the naked Daytona wings - were perfect today. Not too much, not too little sauce and the fact they were naked made me feel like a proverbial health nut. Topping this off, Sara brought my guest and I some Cherry Coladas - a gloriously trashtastic drink - nothing says pseduo-trailer living like having a blended drink of cherry-flavored vodka, blended ice and cherries, topped with a cherry. Dessert for the classless with a garnish - ah, so much fun and a brain freeze delight. Overall, though the sweater puppet sizes have decreased siginifcantly (though credit given to one girl who had a nice set of fake boobies) over the years, service and overall hotness were topnotch, especially given that some of the girls had the cute stripper glitter make-up paint which I am sure made me order more fried fun than I should have. read more

I came here recently for their all you can eat wings on Monday's after 6 pm for 11.99, depending on the location, this offer might be given on Wednesdays instead. You can get either traditional or boneless. I opted for the boneless, it was such a great deal. They have lots of new flavors including mild, medium, hot, 3 miles, samurai, spicy garlic, 911, cajun, parmesan garlic, BBQ, and lemon pepper. My favorite by far was the spicy garlic. It's crazy to think that Hooters finally added new flavors, because for the longest time they refused it but I guess good business adapts. read more

Came here for lunch on a busy Wednesday during their boneless wing special. I ordered the boneless wing special with half 911 sauce and half honey habanero. Neither very spicy but the honey flavor was the better of the two. One of my colleagues had his birthday and the waitresses were too busy to celebrate it with him. They also gave him curly fries when he ordered tater tots. Another colleague never got his lemon in his water and our waitress never came to refill our drinks until she gave us the check. Idk why the reviews are so bad, we had it delivered and it was actually really good. We ordered through UBER Eats, BOGO burgers and kids sliders all with curly fries. I won't lie, the fries were not hot, but still ok. The burgers had great flavor and all of our modifications were met. I pointed it out to the bartender and asked manger about it and he asks if I want him to bring me 1 more wing as if I was wanting something in excess of what I'm paying too much for to begin with. The guy next to me asked for a second order of what he just had, and he got something completely different and had to send it back. I use to go to this Restaurant at least 3-4 times a month. All of the hostesses and waitresses were extremely nice and attentive, I would recommend getting sat in Loida's section- she's sweet and does a great job. The atmosphere was very fun and friendly, and the food came out super quick. The appetizers are definitely good, so don't skip out on them, especially since they're very reasonably priced! My family came to Hooters on Friday 3/24/22 afternoon. The waitress was more into flirting with a table that seemed to be almost done than to come greet us and take our drink order. We sat 10 min without any acknowledgement. She took the drink order to the table behind us that came after us. Very disappointed at the customer service. To Management, train your employees to serve better customer service. The place was not busy. Even if it was, they need to learn to better manage their time at each table.
