Ok dudes don't hate me for this but this is what I was served today at my favorite wings dive. In fact it happens to be my wife's favorite also but needless to say she didn't finish her dinner. I like my steak pink in the center but I like my Salmonella and Campylobactor well done. So after I was served this rare bird I showed my waitress and she got the manager to come over and look at the mess on my plate. She sort non chalantly said I can get you another plate. The next plate comes with wings breaded and overcooked. I don't know but if my cook nearly poisoned someone I would have done more than get them more wings and no ranch cup at that! The wings were great! I love hooters wings. I like the fact that they allow you to order all flat or all drums for a small up charge. They played a lot of Rap music it didn't bother me because I am a fan of ratchet music...lol. It was a time or two I thought I was in the club. Place feels dirty and not kept up. We came on a Friday night after another restaurant had a 40 minute wait. There was no wait at all at Hooter's. I had the sliders and it says they come with onion straws/strings? Our waitress asked if I wanted fries or onion rings with them. I was confused, the menu said they came with something else. I had to question it to get clarification. My friend ordered hot wings and they came out with no sauce at all. They were completely dry. They were sent back and then came out super hot. The manager finally came by and apologized for the wings. Food was just ok and our waitress wasn't on her game. Definitely my fave Hooters location! They are very consistent with the food and service. They have a family atmosphere and are always very busy. I usually call for take out and it is pretty quick. I have made the mistake of eating here a few times and I just can't do it anymore- smoking is disgusting while eating. Hooters has the best wings if you like them breaded (I do) and they also have my fave, buffalo shrimp. I order it 3 mile island- not as spicy as you would think. You have to get the fried pickles! My bf and I have always came to eat at this location and always received good service . We came on a night you get the unlimited wing deal and we got stuck with a waitress named Erin . She wasn't active waited almost an hour to get a refill on wings, other girls gave us refills on drinks. We asked to speak to the manager and when we found out who the manager was , that was the girl we saw the waitress talking to the whole time . The hooters here are not the biggest I've seen, but the girls weren't horrible to look at. However, it seems that overall the quality of girls at hooters has been going down over the years... or perhaps I'm getting more picky. Listen, I am not the target demographic of this place. I do however appreciate a good wing now and again. This place was average. I've had lots better, and I've had lots worse. Currently staying in this area for work and it is within walking distance from my hotel. Where to begin. I like a few items here and the atmosphere can be good depending on the location so I gave it shot. I ask for wings tossed wet and I get wings drier than the normal set. Huh? Come by during lunch 4 days ago and 2 tables get seated next to us and get sorted with food and drinks by the time we got our drinks from the bar. Server seemed more interested in talking at her station than offering refills or second rounds. I ask for itemized receipt and they have thrown them away or given me some story about the check being closed out. The system is set up so you can pull up tables/checks! Some of us know how these systems work. I just have to maintain my business travel expenses. The ones I do have are taken out of the trash and given to me. Weak. Laziness runs supreme here among 90% of the servers with the few that are really good being swamped. Tonight was it for me here. My server was slow, spacy, and seemed to be irritated I asked for a itemized receipt. Why is that so hard? An American Mule served up in a glass not blended up well. I was told they closed out the ticket and gave me a crumpled up paper of what was my original receipt itemized. If there is a problem with the ticket, wouldn't you have to reopen the ticket to fix it? God forbid I came to offer some business. I am as easy a customer as it gets. Disappointed. Again. New Management! I know this location has gotten beaten up a bit here on yelp, but take heart wings fans, this location has a new general manager, and we decided to give them a fair shot. I had the all you can eat wings on Monday night, along with watching Monday Night Football. We had a GREAT experience. Our server, Gabby, made sure I was never out of wings, and kept our drinks full, even when it got really busy with the crowd. HUGE props to the manager. Since there were so many bad reviews, I kinda kept an eye out, and this guy was hustling! Always helping a server deliver wings/drinks, and when not doing that, was constantly cruising around the floor, making sure customers didn't need anything. So many new wing flavors... it's definitely worth stopping in. If they can repeat this performance next time, they'll have another regular to deal with for sure! Parking was tough, they share a parking lot with a couple other restaurants so it can get crazy during peak times. I went during the Hooters pageant so it was packed. When I was eventually seated, service was terrible! It wasn't just me. It was for the whole table. Drinks came out late, food didn't make it to the table, our waitress was never came to check on us. I had to call on a manager. I'm not so mad at the waitress, but more so the staff for not noticing how bad she was struggling. Once everything was fixed by the manager it became better. Being industry - I understand busy, being new, system errors, kitchen mess ups etc, but this hooters location is horrible. The first table we were being seated at, was completely dirty - so went to the bartender to grab a bar rag (I'll wipe it off, nbd) she said no, that's not your and asked for someone else. Go sit back down and no one comes.. we decide to go to another table. Sit, dirty too. Dried up cheese smears all over. Ok? Do we not clean up our tables? Then, after waiting a few min our waitress comes over and tells us she will be back, um ok. 5 min later, she comes. Grabs our drink orders and food orders (3 of us). 7 min passes and we get our drinks. (2 of which contain alcohol and not til min 5 did I see the bartender making them) Bloody Mary was not something I would want to present to one of my customers (though it was tasty - not "pretty") then food comes out at different times. One wing order (6 pc) took 10 min longer than the rest, and was incorrect. The wings were not anything special like hooters usually is and the fries were way undercooked. Our waitress was sweet and has a great attitude, but definitely lacking beer/alcohol knowledge (no big deal - we all start somewhere) Overall was super sad about our experience and wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

I hate giving any hooters a bad review. It's one of my favorite places to eat when out of town. I usually try to give 5 star reviews cause I fear they will eventually go out of business like many other hooters. Anyways, walked in and noticed there were no seats at the bar. Stood at the entrance for around 7 or 8 minutes with a few other people who looked lost or confused. Once a lady came to the front she helped the others , left for a few minutes then came back and acknowledged I was there. I let her know I typically sit at the bar, order some food to go and drink a beer while I wait. Since there was no bar seats I asked to sit outside. She looked very confused. Sat me outside with a menu and a table. Server walked by two times never asking for a drink order. After a few more minutes I picked up my phone and called in a to go order. Took 2 attempts to reach a person. Ordered my food which was also hard to do. I assume it was loud as she asked to confirm 3 times. I just assumed my order would be incorrect at this point. "Pretty used to It now days as sad as that sounds". Tried ordering a side of sauce that was clearly on the menu when I was in the restaurant. I was told they did not have that. Visit: Wednesday October 11th, 2017; 10:05pm I hardly visit fast food places and I reminded myself why after my experience at Hooter's in Stafford. I worked late Wednesday night and had a craving for wings. So on my way home, I stopped at Hooter's for takeout. After a couple of minutes, the host stood up from a table located directly behind the front register. She was friendly and ready to take my order. I told her it had been awhile since I've visited a Hooter's so I'll need a minute to look over the menu. She stepped away for about 5 minutes and upon her return I was trying to place an order to go at the bar, but the person behind the bar would not wait on me. Let me add the place was not that busy. Once the hostess returned, she took my order which I had TYPED out for her on my phone. I handed over my phone to make it a little easier. 1 coleslaw, 10 pc wings (hot & Cajun) with ranch, and a side salad with ranch. She asked me "what's a side salad?", I replied, "I'm assuming a smaller version of your full size salad" and showed her the menu item I was looking at. 10:19pm - $20.43 later, order is placed. I thought it was a bit much but at this point I don't care, I'm ready to get my food and head home. After looking at my receipt, $1.29 for coleslaw, $10.79 for a 10pc, and $6.79 for a garden salad. I guess she couldn't find the side salad which I believe is about $3.50. 10:52pm - My order is ready. The $1.29 coleslaw was about a tablespoon serving size. Salad had a lot of wilted greens and was dumped in a to-go container. At first I thought I was only given lettuce. After a little mixing with my fork, I find the tomatoes, croutons, cheese under the wilted lettuce. Wings were good. The one small container of ranch was not enough for my salad and wings. Few other things I experienced in my 30 minute wait... Several folks coming to pick up to-go orders and hostess didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. No one answering the phone. Hostess would often disappear. I believe I even heard maybe a supervisor/manager say to the hostess, "no wonder why you didn't answer the phone, you're on your phone!" Unfortunately this Hooter's location is but a mere shadow/shell of what it used to be in its heyday. I have been coming to this location since it's grand opening. In a nutshell it would appear as though Hooter's corporate has forgotten and all but abandoned their original brand and what they were all about. Great food, fun atmosphere, and beautiful girls. Food is basic, small portions and absolutely no defining characteristic to separate it from any old chain dive. Atmosphere is almost always dead, girls are bored and usually on their phones. Not one ever looks like they want to be there. Music playlist is schizophreni, all over the place and usually catering to the kind of trash you'd rather not be sitting next to. Somewhere in the H playbook they thought it'd be "a great idea" to morph themselves into a "family friendly" restaurant with scantily clad girls serving children??? And lastly the quality of the girls themselves. What can be said, smh. Out of the entire staff there are maybe 2 1/2 that would be considered anything remotely approaching attractive. This location lost its way a long time ago. You most definitely never find these problems at their direct competitors establishments. Quite the opposite because they get it. Best thing for this place is to shut its doors and sell to someone who knows/cares about what they are doing. Sat right by the front counter for my order, after 40 mins the girls comes to the table and says I didn't know you were sitting here, your order has been ready for 10 minutes and been sitting at the counter, it should still be warm. Why did you ask for my name on my order and not announce it when the order came out?? Then got home to eat and I was disappointed with my order. When did the wings shrink at Hooters? I don't remember the wings being so small. Did something change? The wings aren't like the original wings I remember. For a day where NFL is on it was really slow and I can see why. The food was good and Hot but who comes for the food. You come to have a good time with the pretty girls and have a few beers. The waitress talk at a table they sit at and not with you. It's what do you want to drink and what do you wanna eat. First the beer was off on the taps it took me 5 minutes to flag down someone which was the manager. I tried to tell him the consistency in the tap was off or it was almost out he just saying what kind of beer. He then went grabs the same beer brings it out and it's the same thing.
