It's Hooters.. The managers at this location are always full of smiles and working the floor and line at all times. The girls are very hit or miss as far as service, but are never terrible... normally they are just "order takers" with no personality...but they get the job done... once in awhile we have a winner who smiles and does more than take our order and drop the check... The food is always good. The sauces have changed within the past year, and are much milder than before. I used to get Medium sauce, now I have to get hot, and it's really not very hot at all. The kids menu was 2.99 forever, now it's doubled in price but includes a "frisby." I wish they went back to 2.99, that was such a great deal for a kid's meal, and meant mama could get a little something extra for herself! read more

From the moment I walked in, I was disrespected. Ordered food to go around 11 and okay I get it, you guys close in an hour. But when I arrived: 1) I wasn't the only to go order to be picked up, and 2) my wings hadn't even been dropped yet! The girl at the cashier's desk tried over charging me for what I ordered - blue cheese, celery and extra sauce on the side - telling me "you have to pay for all of those things" and was quiet when I showed her my receipt. Waited appx 10-15 minutes for my meal and it came out piping hot. To my dismay in dipping my shrimp in the blue cheese noticed that they watered the blue cheese down!! Totally unacceptable!! If thats the case, just tell the patrons that you're out. As for the shrimp they were good, but turned off completely and forever. We ordered a large order through Uber eats ( total of 60 wings, 2 curly fries, 2 fried pickles, 6 ranch, 6 blue cheese, and a side salad). When the driver showed up, the only thing that was dropped off was the fried pickles. I called the store. The insisted they packed 3 bags of food and gave all three to the driver. I call the driver. He states the server handed him one bag with two boxes, when he questioned it (because he knew it was a large order) the girl said no it's all there. So I call the store back again. Tell them they gave my food to the wrong person and asked them to replace it. They refused said there was nothing they could do even though they screwed up. Said we can just get a refund from Uber. Now while Uber has started the refund process, it is not back in my account yet. And they took the adjusted amount out already for the pickles we did get. So, we have $128 out there pending a refund (who knows how long that will take) and another $16 gone for the pickles no one wants to eat now. I have 7 hungry people, nothing defrosted and no food. We sat outside and had to be served by the bartenders. The first bartender, who did not give us her name seemed a little overwhelmed. I ordered food on their app this week and they got the order totally wrong and I couldn't eat it and requested my money back. I was not impress with the service I received today. When I 1st arrived at the bar, no one greeted me. I had to get the waitress after waiting for 30 mins while no one even acknowledged me. The in door waitress told me I have to return to the bar to make my take out over which I could not have place on the phone because no one was picking up. I had to wait another hour after placing my other. I had to remind the outside bar waitress twice to follow up on my order because I thought it was taking too long. She claimed she will check on my order, but continued to give the male clients attention. I guess bc the male clients pay more tips than the female clients. I was highly upset, but put on the poker face. Do you know how upsetting it is to be pregnant and watch everyone around you eat while you are hungry. When I finally received my food, i noticed she failed to give me ketchup. I asked for ketchup and had to wait another 15mins because she forgot. One of the male client had to remind her I been waiting for a long time and I am eating for two. I literally waited in total of 2 hours for some wings and fries which turned out to be greasy and cold because they were sitting too long. The customer service was horrible. Ladies this is not a place for us. They treat us horrible because they pay their main attention on the male clients. Never again. They told us it was our fault that we didn't receive all our order. Then preceded to imply we were liars when we said we didn't receive our food and they wouldn't do anything. ZERO stars for service. Where is the floor manager? A business lunch here wouldn't be recommended. I was there as part of the post lunch crowd (1:30-ish) and the place was 95% empty. The waitress named Kelly came by my table to take my order, deliver my drink, deliver the food (after many minutes of waiting), then checked once to see if I was OK. Then she disappeared but mostly hung out talking with other waitresses. I normally would not use a wait person's name but today is a little different. I had to approach their swag counter to get my bill and Kelly FORGOT who I was!?!?! The hot fried chicken romaine salad was actually very tasty so I cannot fault the kitchen. I shouldn't even give a 3 star rating but the kitchen staff and food quality kept me from issuing a rare 1 star review. I have been going to hooters for many years and this may have been my worst experience. To start with the waitress attitude. She appeared to not really care that we were even her customers. I think we got one smile all afternoon. People don't go to hooters for the fine dining so when the waitress has an attitude it doesn't make the experience any better. When taking our orders it's as if she wasn't even listening to what we said. The orders came out at different time and some not even right. When the bill came we asked for separate checks and her response was a " that's why I hate separate checks as they are much harder". Im sorry but in this day and age you need to assume if it's not a family gathering it's going to be separate checks. When my fiends check came he noticed that he was charged for the drinks as well as an extra 350 for the glass....FOR BOTH OF HIS DRINKS. When he questioned the extra charge, her response was " well you get to keep the glass" so he let her know he didn't ask for the glass. She eventually took it off his tab. I don't know what kind of scam they are pulling but serving a drink on a glass and then charging extra to keep the glass and not saying anything until the bill comes is some shady business. The glass was taken off the bill but it still left a bad taste in our mouths that their are trying to pull one over on us. I received my bill and there was a 350 charge on my bill. I didn't think anything of it as I ordered a Diet Pepsi so I assume it was for that. After my credit card was run I realized that the extra charge was for the glass. A glass for a drink that I didn't even order. Had I thought by saying something that it would have removed taken off my bill I would have said something but with how much the waitress already screwed up I didn't want to take the change of being charged 2x. I know we are dealing with a post pandemic issue but there is service and then there is crappy service. Hopefully this was just a one time incident. read more

I visited this place for the very first time yesterday evening after work with a colleague, to chat and have some drinks. The waitresses ignored our table completely. My friend and I are both "black", i.e. of African heritage. Almost 15 minutes went by, waitresses still circumventing our table and serving the other caucasian/Latino customers around us. Then a white dude came in and sat down at the table right next to us. Within a MINUTE a smiling waitress came by his table and took his order... My friend and I walked out in disgust. Terrible experience tonight. Ordered mild naked wings and lemon pepper naked wings. First of all the wings were super skimpy. The lemon pepper was a pretty good flavor but the mild were horrible. Basically all it was was butter on wings, absolutely no flavor. I had to pick up my food at the outside bar where I had to pass five or six guys hanging over the railing with no masks on and nobody enforcing the rule of social distancing. I was super uncomfortable walking past them and waiting to get my food. When I tried to park to pick up my food all the spots were taken that said pick up yet I was the only one picking up food. I called the manager to complain about everything and he basically just told me yeah sorry we have a different distributor for the chicken and yeah sorry it's kind of hard to enforce the masks. Staff was VERY inattentive when the restaurant was practically empty, The bartender even tried to get me to wipe the dirty bar up because she was to lazy to walk around the bar and clean it. That or two busy drinking with one of the managers. Have your fun while at work but at least make sure the work gets done. Was there on a Thursday night recently. They host a Bike Night on Thursdays with beer and food specials. There was a great crowd and a DJ playing everything from Classic Rock to Modern to Old School! Service on the Patio was excellent for as crowded as it was. The "regular" crowd was pleasent and social. A fun place to hang out on a Thursday night. Great place for a Bike Night, too! read more

At approximately 11:00pm me a friend walked into the Hooters, sat at the bar and attempted to order a couple drinks while watching a football game. The bar tender looked at my friends ID and started complaining that it was dirty and she can refuse service to anyone she wants, I then showed her my ID which was a Military ID and I asked why would you refuse us service. She then slammed my ID on the counter and said because " I can, and I'm refusing to serve you" she then walk away with a very negative attitude called my friend a "pendejo" and when one of the . I asked one of the waitress to speak to the manager (Justin Rivera) to resolve the issue I was having she over heard and said " I don't give a fuck". The manager came and apologize for the young ladies actions and started to serve us. He was very professional unlike the bar tender and the chiefs also did a good job on my order. The behavior the bar tender showed was very unprofessional, lack of any type of class and I would like it to be reported to the corporate office with the correction of her not having the opportunity to displace that behavior again in representing the Hooters franchise. Me, my Father and Brother went to enjoy a Veterans' Day meal on the house. OUr server outside was kind, and took really good care of us. I salute Hooters for offering Veterans' Day promotions to veterans. I had the Speedway Sandwich, which was a butterflied chicken breast with "Daytona" sauce, vegies, bacon and cheese. Deadly, but delicious. My Bro and Dad had the Baja Burger and they said it was great. The atmosphere at the restaurant is good, clean and is in a good area. Hooters wings are one of my favorite indulgences even if I'm just taking out. However when I ordered from this location I was in for a rude awakening. These were the driest wings I've ever had, even for Hooters in general. In fact it seemed I'm sure they poured the sauce in the container then topped it with wings. On top of that they were burned leaving a weird aftertaste. I highly recommend getting your wing fix elsewhere or at least a different Hooters. read more
