My experiences are always great when I come in to this Hooters location. The only improvement I can think of would be to make Cymantha a bar tender. She is always great and I would probably come in more if she was behind the bar. read more

Not too happy for my first experience here. I'm with a group of 3, we showed up at 5:40pm and sat at a high top table. It was not clean, some type of liquid still on the table and leftover trash, so nobody cleaned it and they sat us there. On top of that the service was slow, we put in our order by 5:55 and each ordered 10 wings. Took over 30 min and they were not even busy?! We even had to get the waitress's attention to refill our drinks, not once did she check on us. The only reason I'm giving a 2 star review instead of 1 is because the wings were great. My wife and I decided to try it out and probably will not be going again. The server Monique was extremley rude. My wife ordered boneless wings with extra buffalo sauce, manager brings out our food and my wife gets bone-in wings she tells the manager that she ordered the bonless wings not bone-in, we know mistakes happen no big deal. Our server turns around and glares at us. When we got done with our meal we get the check. On the check is bone-in wings my wife lets the server know so she can adjust the check. The server then tells her in a very rude tone "Oh its because you changed the order in front of the manager" My wife tells her that she never ordered bone-in wings and the server is practically arguing with us on what WE ordered. That behavior and attitude doesnt belong in customer service. read more

Terrible! The service was awful. Took over 40 minutes for appetizers to come out. Then 2 of the 4 items ordered were incorrect. After waiting 20 minutes our server came over and asked how everything was... there was nothing in front of us... then when food came out incorrect she asked if we wanted it re-made? Yep we do! She told me it would be a while as we would be at the back of the orders... food was actually good but service continued to be an issue. No refills on drinks. No sauces brought out. Manager checked on us and didn't see an issue. When check came server had not applied the 50% off appetizers (happy hour) that we ordered. I know the restaurant is new but they need to find better staff or they won't last! read more

Always a fun time there! I come out here a few times a year when I'm performing at a Laffs or visiting friends. The twins Briana and Iliana are super friendly and beyond cute, and my bartender Angel was an absolute sweetheart. If I lived in Tucson, this would be my getaway oasis. read more

The wings here are good. We have come here a few times and the service has been fairly decent. I ordered some boneless wings that were crispy crittered but, the waitress took them back and I was given correctly cooked ones. I normally order their Daytona Bacon wrapped wings, fried pickles and a pitcher of Stella for my hubby and I. We typically come here to watch the UFC fights. There was once that I can recall where they did not have a fight that we wanted to see. They have around 20 tvs that have all types of sports playing. Clearly just about every girl in this hooters is new. That being said, it was nice to see Angel back at it!! I was a regular at Hooters when it was on Tanque Verde and this is the third time I've visited this location. With Angel back, I've found my new home again. Anyone looking for a good experience at this Hooters should ask for her. She is what Hooters service is all about! Oh, I also love all the new drinks. Wings were really good but felt it was overpriced as we were never checked on and never received soda refills that we paid for... not one refill on full priced sodas. Also didn't realize that Ranch wasn't free with orders of wings so ended up paying almost $3.00 for three little cups of ranch with the three sets of wings we ordered. read more

I ordered Cajun wings along with quite a bit of other food to go. It took over 30 minutes for my order to come out, just to find that the Cajun wings I ordered were Teriyaki... the bar tender took the wings back & 5 minutes later gave me 'cajun' wings. The wings tasted like teriyaki with a dash of Cajun (they were probably dropped back in the fryer & re-tossed in Cajun). The rest of the food got soggy. No discounts were provided & the manager was more interested in creating a table to fit 10 people that just walked in than looking into my order that was taking longer than 30 minutes on what appeared to be a slower shift. I'd hate to go there when it was busy. Do yourself a favor & don't waste your time or $$. Go someplace else! read more

We went on a Wenesday 6/6/18 @ 9:20pm for endless wings! Everything was normal then we found a folded up receipt in our coke under the ice. I already took two sips into it! I was so shocked that they missed this. Unexceptionable I can't imagine where it came from. The only logical explanation is this is a coke from a customer that left and they folded their receipt and tossed it in their drink. Do Hooters re use their cups without washing it or tossing whatever was in it? I brought this up to our server "savannah" and she played it off! Stated "wow that never happens it's usually bugs or something in it". I don't know what type of explanation or apology that was. If I eat at a restaurant I am expecting clean and delicious food with service, I did not get it at this Hooters. read more

I'm not a big fan of Hooters....BUT my hubby and his friends wanted to go to for all you can eat wings. Got there at 4:00 and the first waitress we had was horrible!! Went there with my husband and a friend. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks. After we finally got them we ordered our food. It took them over an hour to serve us. The waitress never bothered to check in on us the whole time we where waiting. We got our food and my chicken salad had a long black hair in it. I had to wait 10 more minutes to flag down our waitress . Told her about the hair and showed her , her responds was ok. She took the salad and returned with a new one . Not once did she say sorry or let me tell her that I did want any salad at all. Ended up paying for a salad that I never ate. We will not be returning. read more

Long time regular of Hooters in the Florida and now defunct Ohio areas and had to visit this one when visiting friends in Arizona. Ordered a pitcher of beer and 10 minutes later told I cannot have one alone. That's ok I remember living in Ohio the Hooters up there never gave someone drinking solo a pitcher was just policy even seen same policy in some Tampa stores AFTER THIS ALL DOWNHILL. Waitress must have thought we were mad and sent a manager over I explained it is no problem and I seen the policies before he then corrected saying it is a state law in a firm tone. Ok I was educated very cool he then had to be a know it all and tell me that the Hooters ANYWHERE never had a policy about pitcher serving and he knew cause he worked with the company 10 years. LISTEN NOW YOU MADE AN ISSUE OF A NON ISSUE, it was the way they were in Columbus ohio!!!!! Experienced it many times I Did not care for the vinegar based hot sauce, and then mr "know it all" had to speak up again saying Florida will be switching soon from butter to vinegar so get used to it. Have since found from 2 Florida IMPORTANT HOOTERS MANAGEMENT PEOPLE that 1 they will never change over and 2 Other one says they are really fighting it. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOOTERS EVER!! My husband wanted to try this Hooters since it was just opening and we're new to Tucson, worst idea ever! To start with when we got there the wait was 45 mins, but there were tons of open tables inside as well as on the patio. Then the hostesses started seating people who came in after us. Now its finally time to be seated and our hostess, who is under the impression that she's hot sh!t, is throwing attitude and giving our daughter dirty looks. This is now the 3rd issue for us. So our waitress was really sweet and nice and very up front when she tells us it will probably be 30 minutes before we get our food! Well we waited this long i guess we can wait for our food. Our food was fine, but every time we requested more bleu cheese or ranch we got charged...wtf?! My husband ordered a second beer and 20 mins later our waitress comes back that they ran out, ummm since when do you run out of beer???? Overall the food was fine. The hostesses were rude and were more busy trying to get the attention of all the men in the restaurant and the waitresses...don't even get me started. Didn't Hooters used to have standards? Welp not anymore they don't. Of the 7 or 8 working the floor 2, thats right 2, were semi attractive. Or so my husband claims. It was a shame really because what guy wants to go to Hooters and not see any attractive women, but oh well. We won't be back to this one, i guess when we travel back to Ca we'll go then. Last time we will ever go there we walked out after being ignored for ten minutes after being sat. Our waitress looked right at us and just walked by. I went for the first time that this location has been opened about 3 weeks ago and before I gave them a try I heard nothing but negative comments about how bad the service was and how bad the food was!! Wow were people wrong!!! Being a bartender myself I always sit a the bar of any establishment that I go to and I have to say that I was beyond satisfied and impressed with the quality of the service and food. Most Hooters locations that I've been to have the servers putting up a front and being overtly flirty or are too busy to pay attention to you but one one bartender in particular has stood out. Lizz was super accommodating and treated myself and my friends as regular people and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. Tonight in particularly she and two other bartenders Silvana and Jackie had to put up with extremely rude and vulgar patrons and not only did they handle themselves professionally they didn't talk about it and they continued to smile and not let it phase them. Unfortunately the bartenders are not always the same girls and I'm not aware of how the rotation or schedules work but as a bartender myself I'd prefer that they keep the same girls behind the bar on a consistent basis! Also I'd like to note that the cooks come from behind the kitchen to check on the quality of the food with the guests which really resonated with me as well as the Manager Alex that recognized myself and fellow coworkers after just one visit. I will definitely make this restaurant a regular place to visit if they continue to provide the same quality of service! read more

This so the worst hooters I have ever been to!!! It took forever to get our drinks and good and it wasn't even that busy!!

This is a fake Hooters the one that was on Tanque Verde was genuine and real where the atmosphere was never so hostile with horrible loud music that you cannot communicate and have to use sign language. The food was so awful that you are left with a bad after taste that will last for days. I seriously doubt the menu is freshly cooked on every order more like frozen then heated up in a microwave. The meat on the wings tasted aged and frostbiten. That was the saddest fact when Hooters had a reputation of the best wings in town no more I guess. I cannot begin to tell you the bad attitude of the cook and management and this is before we received our food. Ask for a simple request on a ten piece order if we could have two chicken flavors on the ten piece this request would happily have been met at the store that was on Tanque Verde store instead we got a response that this store will not and will never do such request. Guess Hooters now hates their patrons and it shows. We will see how long this Hooters will last my money is on less than two years at this rate. read more
