First trip to Hooters on East Broadway. We went by there all the time, but never stopped - over due to check it out. We tried the boneless wings and bbq burger. Both were very tasty - always get my wings (regular or boneless) with no sauce (sauce on the side) and ranch dressing. I start with the mild (or around there) and go to hotter from there. They had really good ice tea - both sweet and unsweetened. We started the meal with fried pickles - some of the best I've ever had ! Service was very good all during the meal and drinks were kept filled by our server. I would recommend this Hooters in East Tucson - good menu and service. read more

Soooooo much nicer than either of the previous Tucson locations. This Hooters is clean and modern but feels very much like a chain where the others didn't have that same feel. This store feels a little....corporate. Still a nice place though. I'm a HUGE fan of the wings at Hooters. They never disappoint. Ever. The most tragic dinner I've ever had! After a long and cold day, my husband and I decided to order food from Hooters thru UberEats. We ordered 2 orders of sliders-1 with 2 hamburger/2 chicken sliders with medium sauce and the other with all four chicken sliders with medium sauce. We ordered a 10 piece of the Daytona wings with Daytona sauce and fries. Our meal came and I was so damn disappointed and angry I could scream. None of our chicken sliders had sauce so it was just extremely small, dry nuggets of chicken. The burgers were over cooked to the point of toughness. The fries were steamed within the container so they became entirely to dry and tough. Our Daytona wings had wayyyy to much sauce so it did not have he sticky texture they are supposed to have. The char on them from the grill was too much so the entire wing just tasted burnt. There is not one single part of this meal that was even mediocre. I only gave it one star because I had to (no option for zero stars) and for the Uber driver who was so sweet......and they don't even have any control over the drivers lol. It's just frustrating to me because it is obvious that whoever cooked our food couldn't have cared less if his/her life depended on it. It sometimes makes me wonder why they have a job. People like me are out here trying so hard to find a job and yet there is someone who does not appreciate having employment enough to actually do the job right. Quite possibly the worst experience ever. First there was a truck with no placard or license plate in the handicap parking spot. We had to walk across the parking lot due to this I considerate bloke. I have always been a fan of Hooters wings. They are my favorite, however charging $1.09 per ounce of Ranch is absolutely ridiculous. I usually get a garden salad and 10 wings. Each of those dishes come with a small 1 ounce side of ranch. I always order 1 extra for the salad and sometimes 2 extra for the wings. When its all said and done the ranch costs me almost $3.50. Buffalo Wild Wings doesn't charge for Ranch. Such a tacky way of making a profit. read more

This was my second time since they opened. Figured opening weekend was not the best time to do a review. This Hooters so I'm not going to comment on the food. It's a chain so you know what its about. You either love it hate it. You also know about the staff attire, again that either a problem or not for you. My little review is not going to change any minds. So I will comment in the things unique about this one. On the plus side there are lots of televisions with sports going on at all times. I wish they had the closed captioning on all the screens. This location is much better than their previous one. It is evident by the place busy every time I've been there or driven by. I get in quickly because I'm by myself and I sit at the bar. Service is adequate, not too slow, not speedy. Now for the cons, really only one but a big deal for me. It is too freaking loud. It's not because of the patrons or the televisions. It is the design of the restaurant. It is one large room. So any noise carries across the whole room and bounces around. Multiply that by the large number of people not even being loud and it is IMPOSSIBLE to carry on a conversation. Last time I could not even hear the waitress. I had to read her lips and use hand signals (e.g. refill drink, food ok, bring check). Suggestion: sit outside. I walked around out there And the traffic noise is lower than the noise in the restaurant. read more

After around 20 minutes the manager comes out telling me they're busy , the place was practically empty.we ordered drinks. After another 20 minutes we didn't see anyone coming out. Ok! Hooters is all around the best sports bar in America and our bartenders, Haley and Loc, are over the top here in Tucson. I have been to Hooters in Cancun. Cozumel, Puerto Rico, Orlando, Miami, Key West, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles, just to name a few, and I can confidently say that Tucson , of all places, truly has no equal. Each one of our exotic waitresses, yes, Tessa included, and each one of our bartenders can grace the cover of the Hooters Annual Calendar, and they do. I visit Tucson every couple of months or so, and this was the third time I have been here. The first time, was in November 2020 (dined in), second time was May 2021 (carry out), and this time on 9/10/2021 (carry out) and I have to say, whether you carry out or dine in, the wings are delicious. I always order the same thing, 20 naked wings, 10 medium buffalo, 10 bbq, well done, extra saucy, and with celery and ranch. They come out perfect every time, even after they've been in a Styrofoam container for 15-20 minutes to get them back to my hotel. The ranch dressing.....the best! I wish the Hooters that was close to me was this good. It will always be a must-have when going to Tucson. Most bars do not charge for soda water when ordering a whiskey. Hooters takes this insult to a new level, not only do they charge for soda water, they charge for the refills. Nearly $3 for each glass of soda water. Completely unacceptable. The food is mediocre on a good day and the service though attentive is disingenuous at best. Not only would I not consider patronizing this establishment, I find myself discouraging others from doing so. So i was gonna start this review with just 2 stars but after discussing the big problem we experienced i believe that they deserve better after their solution. I had ordered some wings that were supposed to be not spicy, as to not be hot for my 1 year old daughter. Well i live the spicy garlic and ordered the sauce on the side. Well as never having the parm garlic before i didnt notice a color difference and feed my daughter spicy garlic chicken... the poor thing. The manager or whoever he was did comp us the wings because the cook messed up and i do believe that was very nice. I guess im just a little more upset being that today is my birthday and i went there to have a relaxed lunch and spent most of the time comforting my daughter... I placed my order online around 5 pm tonight and went to go and pick up my order at 6 pm. And spoke to the server at the bar and told her the name on the order and said she didn't find a order so the other server named Nia and said that the online orders have been down. And I then spoke to the Manager named gonzo and he apologize for the mistake and immediately fixed the problem and offered me a dessert to make up for the mistake. I truly appreciate the server and manager going above and beyond to make me satisfied. And told me that they appreciate me for being patient. This Hooters has been one of the better ones that I have been to. The service was good even though she tore the ticket off before she put our order in, will leave her anonymous because she made it right. Plus the Basketball game was on and I was more focused on that than anything. The food at this restaurant was in point!!! I always have to be literal when I don't care for a place. Sadly, this hooters was a disappointment. They felt quite sterile and NOT a place to make your regular haunt. Beer is always a safe bet so points go there. Food tasted VERY pre-prepared and had chewy texture (wings). I used to go to the one off Tanque Verde in the 90's and it was great then.
