Also the deception and lying became the normal standard operating procedure from the same manager (who is gravitationally challanged). Its like dealing with a slimly used car sales man. I referred 8 of my friends to use the business as well but they are now going elsewhere now. I spent 3 decades in the army and know when I am being bull sh$tted. There are many other garages on Vandyke drive past this one. they all charge the same so dont pay top dollar for a bunch of deception and bull crap.

I normally like to stay positive about companies because people have livelihoods but I'm also real…read more I went to this location because I had a catastrophic fuel leak where both my fuel pump and line rusted off and this company gladly took my truck back into the shop but as soon they saw some rot that was nowhere near the area of service and totally refused to fix the truck due to liability and saving their a**es and a week minimum to boot, AND on top of everything still charged me $60 just to look at the truck. I went to Northern Spring Company and I already have my truck back in my driveway only a hour after drop off. That is an excellent place to take your vehicle to, professional, timely, and does the job right like people used to do. Not screwing you out of every dollar to do nothing like Tri Action Auto.
