I came to get my medications renewed and my pharmacy sent them to be ordered from the office. When I returned to the pharmacy they said they never got a reply. I would call the Dr.s office and it would go to voicemail and I would never hear back. I called quite a few times. I figured they closed or moved. I felt very betrayed at the time. I had to see someone else and then they moved. I recently went on Yelp to find a new doctor and saw that Dr. Chikkala was still at the same place!?? WT? I left another message, again, no response! I drove over there today and only the nurse was there. I told her about all this and said she would have someone get back to me. So Dr. Chikkala's husband (who runs the front) Just now called me. He was very rude to me. He said that because it had been almost 2 years that she was no longer my doctor, (well of course she wasn't). I wanted to go back to see her. He wanted to go round and round about when he "said" he called me back a long time ago and it was ME that never responded. LOL really? I DID call, MANY MANY Times! No one ever got back to me. Very irresponsible for a doctor's office. So, I said I would like to get in to see her. Then he tells me that I have to find another doctor because she won't have any information from the last 2 years?? Well, they can get that information from the last group I was at. He proceeded to then just make up stuff and it got ridiculous. He made no sense, I realized he was just being an ass. I really do not wish to deal with people like that so I will find a new, better, more communicative, and responsive doctor's office.

I've recommended her to anyone who asks for a pediatrician with the same sentiments being echoed by friends. The office staff is also super friendly and helpful. The office itself is very clean and well cared for too. Environment is important especially when visiting the doctor may not be the highlight of your day because you're already not feeling your best, so a calm and clean environment makes a big difference. I see NP Baeza for my own care, and have been very pleased with her assuring bedside manner, and appreciative of her straight forward approach to my health. She is easy to talk to, and a wealth of knowledge. Thank you for caring for your patients so well!! We have also seen other providers when our primaries are unavailable, and I have received nothing but exceptional service. Our baby was in distress, crying uncontrollably, running a fever, with goopy eyes and a very runny nose. We immediately took her to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with two ear infections. While we respect the need for policies, turning away an infant in such condition over a one-minute delay feels unreasonable. We have always appreciated Dr. Moore's care, but our interactions with the office staff have been consistently unpleasant. As a result, I canceled my child's scheduled check-up and will be seeking alternative care for her moving forward.

With the office closing at 5pm, I was worried my needs were going to have to wait until Monday morning due to problems on my end. Dr. Pham and his entire team stayed late with me on a Friday evening to make sure all my needs, concerns, and health questions were fully cared for. Have an normal issue, she can see you...have an emergency, she can be reached and will help you. The ultimate goal with this type of service is patient centric care and to save you money. How many PCMs am say they do that. Dr Calderon's office is new, clean, and has the ability to take care of you, the patient, when needed. The care she provides to me and my family is exceptional AND she gets to know you as a person. What more can you ask for in a Doctor or clinic.

I was told to get initial lab work done which I did. I communicated via the app that Euphora uses the date of the labs, but they still asked me to complete the labs even after I got them done. I found that a little weird, but no big deal. When it was time for the first appointment, I showed up a few minutes early and a sign on the door told me to please knock or call. I did both multiple times, and no one came to the door. Eventually another patient just walked into the waiting room, so I followed. I had waited 13 mins and no one was at the front desk. The other patient yelled "hello?" and someone finally came to the desk to help. I found it odd there was a waiting room yet we were told to wait outside the office--there weren't even any chairs or anything to sit in. The person who took my vitals didn't introduce themselves. Dr. C came in promptly, and while she was great, she provided a very, very rushed physical. The appointment literally took maybe 4 or 5 mins. As the appointment was ending, I asked what ever happened to my bloodwork and she said they still didn't have it but she would check (I had the labs done 2 weeks prior!). As I was leaving and getting into my car, Dr. C called and said they did, in fact, have the bloodwork and went over everything with me. While I liked Dr. C overall, between no one being at the front desk at the time of appointments and a super rushed first visit, it was a kinda crummy first impression, enough to make me cancel. I hope that Euphora Health can have attentive staff and remember how important first impressions are to patients! I will be looking into other DPC options in the area moving forward.
