Jeff called me as soon as they came in and told me to call when I was in the way, which I did.

This is a criminal online scam business. I ordered parts for them that were specifically stated to…read morebe for my vehicle. The picture and the GM part numbers referenced were correct. However the parts were not correct and did not fit. It was claimed by their "support" criminal that it was my fault. I don't know how this could be. They refused to accommodate any return shipping saying that it is always the buyers fault if they order the wrong thing regardless of what their website says.

Their office called and asked what the check was for, so I pulled the invoice gave her all the information on their invoice. They still couldn't find it, she transferred me to another employee, who was able to find out that the invoice had already been paid thru PayPal. (this was our employee error, by submitting the invoice to me) The invoice by the way said nothing about paypal, or ebay on it. He asked if he could destroy our check, I asked him to mail it back to me. He said he needed permission from his owner because this was an expense. WHAT? I said you can't use a stamp without permission from your boss, and he said no. Then he put his boss on the phone. He was extremely rude to me and wanted to know how I was going to reimburse him for the stamp. I was like "are you serious" he said rudely , does that seem unreasonable to you.. I said "YES" I told him to just destroy the check and I hung up. Then I proceeded to let our purchasing department aware, and to NEVER buy anything from them again.. He can choke on his 49 cents

BSP Motorsports doesn't miss…read more On Monday, we found out my wife's Lincoln Navigator needed a new transmission. She's also starting a new role on Monday in Austin and really didn't want a rental car. It was something that was just adding to the stress of moving to a new city to start a very important new chapter. So when the dealer gave us an indefinite timeline for the repair, I reached out to the same crew that works on my track car. Three days. No drama. Just done, right. If you're in North Texas and need real work done by real professionals, BSP is it. BSP, We appreciate the speed, the precision, and the consistency. Always solid.

Took vehicle up with the idea that I might need to upgrade brakes. Tech reviewed the vehicle and…read morerecommended that the brakes were fine, that I might want to consider bleeding brakes / swapping brake fluid. I also requested that they replace the transmission fluid. So far so good until I saw the price that they quoted. Price quoted for replacing brake fluid and transmission fluid (post 'diagnosis') was $671.00. This is *more that double* the rate for the same service at the dealership. When I mentioned that the price seemed excessive they would not budge an inch on the price (as if $671.00 was even within the realm of 'reasonable' for changing brake fluid and transmission fluid). I indicated that I'd be willing to pay $450.00 (still 50% more than the dealership) but apparently they cannot bear the burden of such an excessive 'discount' so no dice. I ended up paying them their ridiculous $165.00 'diagnostic fee' and took it to the dealership and had them change the brake fluid and transmission fluid for $300, total cost was still $200 less than it would have been ($465 vs $671). It is really a shame because these guys used to be down to earth, yes a little pricey but reasonable and did great work, I went to them for years to get work done on my WRX and now I feel embarrassed that I ever had anything done with them. Unless you are getting something exotic done to your vehicle I would strongly recommend staying away, they've become full of themselves and are now charging more than double the rate of the local dealership for 'mundane' stuff that doesn't involve expensive hardware upgrades or performance tuning.
