The tactic was to provide me with a bill which was excessively high, never gave me the breakdown as to how they derived to said amount - illegal tactic! They used to be Bobby Towing which were sued by the Attorney General, they renamed to Dutchess Towing, now they are all operating as Redl Towing. Fraudulent company - BEWARE!!!!!

The next day, after driving it less than 40 miles, the transmission hose which they replaced, became detached causing my engine to catch on fire. My van was a TOTAL LOSS. When I went to the garage to speak to them about it, Rich, the garage supervisor would have nothing to do with me acting as if I wasn't there. Jerry Erichsen, the owner, also wanted nothing to do with me. In addition, he wanted to charge my insurance company a storage of $1500.00!!!!! In closing, I would like to say that, not only is Jerry Erichsen a poor businessman, but I feel he is also dishonest.

Bolt also worked directly with my warranty company and made a real effort to get as much covered as possible, which I appreciated. While they were in there, they were upfront about the spark plugs - noting that since access was already open, it made sense to take care of it now rather than paying for the same labor again down the road.
