Just as there was no misunderstanding of the name I was given as to whom I was doing business with. I cleared that myself and my grandchildren would be meeting the tow truck back at my home where the vehicle was being towed to. The scruffy looking person who accompanied Steve/Michael in the tow truck that he says was a "trainee" never moved from the truck to do anything or observe how anything was done. He simply sat in the truck glaring at me as I questioned the "owner" about his deceptive practices. Is that how you train a trainee? From my standpoint, his presence served no positive purpose. Good luck with your business. People will take a chance on you if they want to in spite of my warning; and every dog has its day. Let's not continue this conversation.

I couldn't have hoped for more caring and competent service to get my car to the shop and swiftly on its way to repair. I went there for two parts for my 2008 Saab. One was on back order in the Northeast (Saab dealers were unable to obtain the part). Guess what? They had it! I'm actually happy that my car broke down or I wouldn't have discovered this gem. This is now my goto store for used Saab parts, even though they're 40 miles away.
