I love this place--the selection of bottles and cans will make you clap your hands, clap your hands. This place is super chill and here's beers here that I've never seen anywhere else in town, it's the best.

Sanitizing between customers! So very awesome! I feel very comfortable here!

Bottles and Cans and just clap your hands, and just clap your hands.... where it's at! Social Diatancing beer at it's best! Open since 2018, I have no idea why I've never heard of this place. Super chill, tons of cans AND a draft picks, AND a cool patio to sip your selection. Come in, peruse the brews, and feel the relief of not having to commit to a whole six pack. Or, do commit to a six pack and take it home. Perfect business!

This place is an easy 5 stars for me. It's a simple bar that serves beer and that's it. It has an outstanding collection of brews to choose from and if you can't find your favorite beer just let them know and they'll try to track it down for you. It can be a tad expensive but it's a bar and is expected. It's also dog friendly for those peeps who like to bring their dogs into bars.

Love the concept and the atmosphere! This is a very chill place to hang out, get great beer on tap and even find that rare beer you have been looking for in their cooler section! The thing I think I love the most is it's super dog friendly, and so am I. Dogs are allowed inside even...love it!!

Incredible selection of brews galore in a comfortable and fun setting. Choosing from a giant wall of bottles & cans is basically akin to going to an old school ice cream parlor. Makes you smile, you're kind of in awe, and take your time deciding on just the right flavor - wishing you could just try them all. Hence, you're drawn back to this gem. Thanks for being awesome!

Love this place!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place, and so does my dog!!! The perfect spot to stop in for a beer on any occasion. They have a great selection of beer and the staff is super friendly!

The steak was cooked perfectly, and I loved the different toppings in the salad the pear, the celery, the sweet potato it was fabulous. The fries from here are also really good. I will say the drinks and the bartender can be pretty hit and miss so it's going to depend on the day. What kind of service you get from the drinks at least. I would avoid some items on the menu, but your server should be able to be honest with you about what to order and what not to order. The salmon is good!!

Worst bar service I have ever experienced in Hyde Park...Boise actually!…read more Been here many, many times and have had good service and good food...Sabotaged by a very bad bartender with a very bad attitude! Employees make or break a place, and this guy broke it for me! I get it, we all have those days...this was a very talkative bartender that for what ever reason gave me zero attention and service! After I had sat there for 10 minutes, directly in front of him, with not even a glance (I was trying to make eye contact and not be rude) I had enough and asked him if I could have a drink....he took exception to my tone??? I didn't raise my voice, swear, anything....and he kicked me out!!!! After sitting there, watching the football game in silence for 40 plus minutes...he never asked me if I wanted a menu, how I was doing....he did bring me water of which I said thank you... All too often good businesses are sunk by bad service! I know I won't be back...especially knowing this sad excuse for a bartender will remain! There are a lot of places around here, with good food, with good service...I will go somewhere else, that's busier, without a seriously pathetic excuse for a bartender! Makes sense why every other spot on 13th was busy...except here! KT

My co workers and I headed to Bittercreek for my birthday and happy hour! We were killing two birds…read morewith one stone today and we were all here for it! A couple of my friends showed up first, got a great table outside and ordered a couple apps to get the party started. I showed up after goodies and drinks were ordered. We started off with some chips and salsa and pountine. The chips and salsa looked good but the pountine was definitely calling my name! I love me some potatoes and these potatoes looked like they were going to be right up my alley! I dished up a good portion before my friends got some. They were kind to let me plate first cause of my new kidney. I didn't want to be too greedy so the portion I got was a few bites. Those few bites got me hooked so it was a must to get another order started. While my order of pountine was being worked on, I tried the pretzel with cheese and the hummus plate. The pretzel was perfectly salted. The cheese sauce was the perfect addition to the soft pretzel. I took a good amount of the hummus and Greek salad. The pita that came with it was a great vessel for the hummus. It was crispy with a slight chew to it. The hummus was clean tasting and rich. The Greek salad was so fresh. All the components of the salad tasted like they were just picked from the garden. You literally can't get anymore farm to table than that! It was so fresh! The second order of pountine came out. Everything about this appetizer was delicious! I love soggy, softer fries and these fries were the business! The gravy and cheese were the highlight of the dish for me. You can never go wrong with potatoes, cheese and gravy! There was a good amount of meat on the pountine. It was so tender! You can tell it was cooked with a lot of love and time! I took the rest home and I plan on hiding my box in the back of my fridge so my daughter can't get to it! We ended our happy hour with the beignets. Each one of these goodies were covered in powered sugar. The caramel sauce that was paired with it was devine! In all honesty, as full as I was, I could have polished off an order myself! They were the perfect dessert to end this fabulous meal. Bittercreek has been on my to go list for a hot minute. I'm so happy we got to come here and celebrate my birthday. The food was marvelous. Our server did a fantastic job taking care of us! Our waters were always filled. Our cocktails were never dry. And our plates were always filled cause food was always ordered on time for us. Homie was on point tonight! The venue can't be any more stunning. The weather was lovely. We were meant to be here today! In so happy we started my birthday week off at Bittercreek!

If the weather is cooperating, sit outside. The beer selection is impressive, with a great range of lagers and ales. We had our eye on one particular light, crisp option, but they were out for the night. Our server pointed us toward something comparable... I believe it was called Teddy Bearnd...it worked. Now, the food. My friend went for one of their signature burgers, which was seasoned simply so the beef really gets to shine. The only hiccup was that they were out of tomatoes, which is a non-negotiable topping for her, so keep that in mind if tomatoes are a must. I went a different route and ordered the beef focaccia. Uniquely layered ribeye and really good. We also shared a Greek salad that was simple but fresh and satisfying. And the french fries with their homemade ketchup? Don't skip em. Service was smooth and friendly from start to finish. No complaints.

I did try the Fresh Pacific Pale (but ended up not liking it, plus they were trying a fresh hop juice). Great beer for the most part. The staff was very easy to talk to and definitely see being friends in my life besides Yelp. I would highly recommend going their to check it out.
