Very nice staff and the food is amazing. The fish tacos my husband got were delicious along with their fruit lemonade. The pulled pork they offer is also delicious! In my opinion they are a little expensive but you get what you pay for. read more

We really like coming here! There are so many choices on the menu and so far we've never been disappointed. They have a great happy hour menu. The tacos are awesome and you can ask for chicken if you don't eat beef. We always stop here when going to the movies or shopping at the mall. Great place to bring friends too, there is something for everyone here. The staff is always very friendly too. My only complaint would be the high price of cocktails if you aren't there during happy hour. read more

Gerald our waiter also known as G$ on his name tag treated us well. Nothing here for vegans but wasn't expecting anything. Came here to make wife happy and did that. She said her boneless chicken wings were great and my drink satisfied me as if I had walked through a desert and had a waiter hand me a ice cold water on a silver platter. read more

Went with family to celebrate a birthday. Found out they don't do anything special for birthday celebrants. That was fine since the celebrant really wanted to have his birthday dinner at this place. Food was decent. But desert for the celebrant came - a frozen cheesecake. Server was almost inattentive. Had to flag down a busboy to get utensils. He actually acted more like the server and cheerfully brought us what we asked for and then checked back for what else we needed. I emailed management about all that happened. Went into Hop Jacks in the Spokane Valley. Great food and drinks to offer their guests, and plenty of spirits to go around. I thought their food was fantastic, but while there I was able to meet one of the managers, her name was Kim. Fantastic she spent some time making our experience there over the top. She is funny! She didn't have a ton of time to talk to us as you could see that she was busy helping others, both guests and servers on the floor! I would say her attentiveness in helping her guests and her coworkers is what made us want to come back again and again! read more

Maybe just an off night for them, but both the dining room and bar had several tables that weren't cleared. We sat at a dirty table, as that was the only option, in the bar where the previous costomer's credit payment slip was still sitting. I see this as a security issue for that costomer and would be seriously concerned if strangers had access to my credit card info and signature. It was about five minutes before anyone came to take the paperwork and who knows how long it sat there before we arrived. They weren't busy either - at least four empty and uncleared booths and three-four empty tables in the bar. The server was pleasant, yet rushed. It's August and fruit fly season, but I don't expect them at my table. We were swatting away at least five to seven the entire time. Yuck! I don't want to imagine what the kitchen is like. Two salads and drinks were ordered. Disappointed that entree salads had 1/4-1/2 cup of iceburg or romaine lettuce, definitely not enough; I've had more with a side salad. The chicken on the salad was good, however, but I still left hungry and wasn't interested in prolonging my stay by ordering more. Didn't care for the extra surcharge tacked on as I'm a good tipper when it's deserved. All in all, not a good experience and I don't plan on returning. read more

I work at the Valley mall, and refer every customer that comes into my store to this establishment. I have had nothing but great customer service here. Until tonight. Our waitress left around 8pm, closed out our bills we had acquired with her, and told us to have a good night. Well, my friends and I were there until almost 10pm and not a single person checked on us again for TWO HOURS! I would have gladly spent money during that time, but not a single server or bartender gave us the opportunity. I was sadly disappointed in the blatant disregard for our table (we were seated in direct view of the bar and kitchen) and frankly, I was embarrassed because this is not the service I'm used to here. I will not be referring my mall customers here anymore, and I will not be spending my money here for some time to come as well. If you don't close until 11, your customers shouldn't magically become invisible at 8 o'clock no matter what day it is. I expected a lot more from you guys. Sadly disappointed. read more
