Normally we love this place, but last 2 orders they have missed items and sealed bag and added receipt, but items weren't even there. Had to contact uber as the folks said to contact uber. 2nd place instead of just following orders, placing the items in all at one time. Amazing service from the second we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the to-go staff and Kayne, our sever, was the absolute best!!! She was so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Will definitely be back and will definitely be asking for our new friend, Kayne Food was great, too. Only issue were the black beans/corn in the fajita salad that were not listed in the description on the menu, (we would've asked for it without) but nonetheless it was delicious. read more

Food was delicious, service was great. I ordered a chicken sandwich, a grilled chicken breast with ham, cheese, mayo, bacon, and all the typical burger toppings. It was so delicious, would highly recommend trying this sandwich. The fries are also very delicious and as for their dipping sauces, no one else competes. The ranch is so good, all sauces I believe are house made. Their fry sauce is good as well, it's a weird sauce. The service was great and my entire family was spread out between two tables. The covid protocol seating was a really enforced, which is definitely a positive. I ordered online and sent my husband to pick it up. After waiting 40 minutes, they told my husband that they couldn't FIND the food (this is after he paid) and offered to make it again. He asked for a refund instead since he had already been waiting so long. Their food is to die for! I especially enjoyed their fish and chips (fries) and you get a lot. I ordered from them using some app during the lockdown and it was so expensive! Their food is on the pricier side but was worth it. I highly recommend trying them out especially now that we are finally getting back to normal with life. read more

This is only here to help you guys out. I'm a burger guy... only 2 problems with it. The biggest, the meat has little to no flavor (it ruins the burger). You need to put some seasoning on it and please don't add it after you cook it. Second, it's a little greasy...it ain't Juices. But your fries are good, but feels a little short on the portion. I absolutely love the coconut shrimp but to my dismay on my last visit the waitress said they were out...I ordered a mushroom burger that was delicious...soft bun and tasty and juicy like a burger should be.i had a beer and my gf ordered fish tacos that were equally as good , .she also had a margarita which was $10!! We shared mozzarella sticks that were just okay. Our bill came to $78 with 15% tip.. to me a little bit expensive for a burger and tacos but with wages increasing this is the new norm I guess. I would skip the mozzarella sticks next time so my bill will be more reasonable. read more

Always fast, friendly and good food and drinks. Nothing to complain about. During the Stay-at-home order their food was great, they still served to-go drops served in mason jars (with a disclaimer included to store in the trunk of course) and their service was super fast. They also were handing out $10 off $50+ coupons to be used at the restaurant when we can all return to sit-down style eating, which was an awesome incentive! Sat in bar ordered a well drink easy enough to remember got it completely wrong. Vodka and soda water with a lemon wedge in a short glass. Got a tall glass with a lime. Very good food but the service can be hit and miss. First time there, we sat in the bar and had excellent service. On our second trip, not so much. We were not happy with the server who was impatient and seemed to avoid our table. The food is always very good, whether you get it in store or to go. Our experience on this last trip was dampered because though we are expected to pay a premium for "service", our food was brought by one person, utensils approximately 10 minutes later by another, and drinks refilled about 10 minutes after that by yet another. The final time we saw our server was after a co worker of his brought our checks over, and even then we waited another 15 minutes before eventually walking up to the bar and requesting to be cashed out. Hopefully our server is doing better now and treats his other patrons better. read more

I had their black and bleu burger and their white gummy bear cocktail. The cocktail was AMAZING!!! There was too much bleu cheese on the burger for me. The house sauce for the fries was soooo good. I would definitely eat at this place again, I just probably won't order the black and bleu burger, it just wasn't for me. Wanted a burger so stopped by here, burger was decent. Needed more sauce and Patti was dry, french fries were great though especially with the fry sauce. Well seasoned French fries. The little ice drinks are to die for. So delicious and bartender put enough liquor in them but still great tasting. Place was clean and staff are a little slow but still warm and welcoming. We gave this place a second try and the same horrible customer service. We were seated, no one helped us for 15 mins. She took our drink order and we try to order mozzarella sticks but apparently they didn't have any. Now that's the second time that happened. Did anyone else get sick on 01- 04- 2020 at the Canyon road and 176th location? My wife and I went out for dinner shortly after I came home from work since we live down the street. It was our third time there. We had a veggie pesto garlic sandwich, hot wings, fries and I had a couple of beers. That same night a couple of hours after we got home our stomachs have been very upset, hurting all night and we feel like puking our guts out.
