I actually spoke with the mechanic and he ended up giving me very helpful hints and a recommendation to a different shop for my specialized issue. Ok! How many people still have this kind of courtesy these days? I am going to their recommended shop, however, I most certainly will try them the next time I need honest help with a car issue. Over the years, as a female, I have had bad, over charged service and have learned to recognize a good shop that will help with one issue, vs. the places that do a diagnostics and suddenly have to fix everything under the hood. This sure seems like it is a Good Shop. They were helpful enuf to make me want to give a good review, so if/when I need a repair, I will post a follow up review. So based on this, I say give this shop a call and try them.

I called them up and explained the situation about my air conditioner being broken and that I was looking for a fix until I can get enough money to replace the system. I took my car to them and when they checked it out, they mentioned that I shouldn't need to replace the entire system (opposed to what Meineke and pep boys told me), and that only the expansion valve and dryer needed to be replaced in it. Wonderful. They saved me so much money (upwards of $1200+ easily). The staff is wonderful. There is always a friendly atmosphere whenever I go there. I refuse to take my car anywhere else now. If I need something, I'm calling them first.

The waiting area is separate from reception but was clean and had a TV and coffee available. They did a nice job and were prompt and friendly. I'll definitely consider them for autowork in the future, although the limited hours are a little bit of a deterrent for when I have long work hours.

They recommended an excellent towing service and took our car in the same evening, after hours. It's a foreign car, so it took a couple of days getting parts, but they expedited the repairs and we were back on the road in two days. The owner, Zach, was very friendly, respectful, thorough, and was great about communicating the ongoing status of the repairs. Overall, we were extremely pleased and would highly recommend this repair shop.

I had a hundred questions and they never got impatient or short with me. They also worked closely with my insurance adjuster so the whole process went very smoothly and with little to no stress. Took about a week and a half to two weeks to get my van back and it's as good as new. They didn't leave anything gross in or on my car, in fact I'm almost 100% sure they vacuumed it! I really appreciated that. I was very happy with our service and plan to use them in the future for any of our car care needs.

The representative immediately dismissed me and said tire replacement "is not a thing," without even trying to understand what I was asking. Because of that interaction, I took my business elsewhere (Sam's Club), where I received quick and professional service. I still went back to Suttle the next day for an oil change. I arrived at 7:45 AM and was still waiting after 9:00 AM. In total, I've spent over 4 hours across two days dealing with poor communication and long wait times. The issue isn't just the wait -- it's the lack of customer care, follow-up, and basic professionalism. This dealership needs to improve how they treat customers.
