Cute and clean little cafe. Yesterday I had The Pink Rose which is absolutely delicious. Today I had the pumpkin chai and a pumpkin pop tart which they offered to warm up for me. The plates and silverware are cute. The decor is minimal but charming and modern. A lot of thought was put into the ceiling tiles, the light shades, the flooring and even the back wall. They have spacious outside seating with a tree offering shade and a partition to block the unsightly view of the road so it still feels nice and relaxed. They also have bar/high top seating as well as regular seating along the walls inside the cafe. The parking is tight though and people really start to filter in around 10 so you've been warned. The best part though of this place is the amazing staff. They've always hand delivered my drinks to me and if they have time they stop and talk with customers about their day. If you aren't sure about something, they're patient and give honest opinions on what they like. I've heard different servers do this a few times on different days so it's normal for them to be so kind and helpful. I'll have to come later in the day to try some of the other things on the menu. There are many tables inside as well as the outdoor patio seating where the employees will also bring you your items. A hidden gem for sure, They have plenty of parking and both indoor and outdoor seating. The patio is gorgeous and shaded. Perfect for a nice morning. My wife stopped here and got some tea. She had two of them and I tried this strawberry thing. I have no ideal what is in this, but I give it an F. Maybe their coffee is good, man I really hope so, but this thing is just not for me. Super sweet, some strange flavor and apparently it was $7! For some water and odd flavoring? No thank you. My fave coffee shop in Vegas/Henderson! Stopped by today & there were only 2 baristas working & it was busy, but they were so fast & friendly, you can tell they take a lot of pride in what they do. Great pour overs & delicious house made syrups for their lattes. Pastries are great & all made in house & they have great savory items as well. Is the second time we come here and they are out of os basically everything on their menu. We adjusted our order to match what they had and they messed up our order. We had to wait another 20 minutes for our order to come out. Their water tasted like they need to clean the reservoir. I've wanted to try Coffee Class since they opened. We used to love Toasted & Roasted at the Horizon location. Today we stopped by around 11:00am to grab some brunch. It was not crowded but several groups on the patio and inside. Service was friendly, efficient and quick. My husband ordered the Glazin' Bacon Egg croissant sandwich. He said it was delicious. But also said he didn't think any egg sandwich is worth $16. I ordered the breakfast plate with bacon. I ordered the eggs scrambled (other choice was hard boiled). It came with a croissant, butter and a house made strawberry jam (hints of citrus) and 3 strips of smoked bacon. Also delicious. I ordered a plain black coffee (no photo). Breakfast total $46 + tip. I'm sure their specialty coffees are delicious but I was looking for a cup of coffee. It was lovely sitting in the shade on their patio. Would I return? I consider the Coffee class to be my local coffee shop! They make really good coffee and the menu for both coffee and food is creative! I usually sit outside, where there are shade trees and a fence to slow the wind! Now, parking can be a challenge, but I take it on because the pay off is so good!! I like this spot. It's low key but got a really pleasant atmosphere. Their menu and options are impressive. Good solid espresso beans, plenty of interesting latte offerings, and also lots for the tea drinkers. You can tell they are passionate about their cafe and the staff is always very friendly. I don't know when the changes happened, but this place went downhill. Hot drinks are cold, the iced drinks are really watered down, and the food quality went down to the point that the price for the food they serve now is ridiculous. I only recommend this place for those who want an elevated café date experience or if anyone wants to support a small and intimate coffee spot in Henderson. We stopped there this morning. The place was very busy. Very friendly staff. The case was full of delicious looking homemade baked goods. Some vegan and gluten free for those people. We sat outside on this beautiful patio. I had the brown butter toffee coffee, the wife had the blueberry coffee and the our friend had Americano. My coffee was delicious. She let me try her blueberry coffee and wow, amazing. Our friend had the Americano and she said the coffee by itself is delicious and not bitter like other places. Everything was served in the ceramic mugs. I don't think I've ever been to a place that didn't use paper cups. We also had a chocolate chip cookie which was one of the best I've ever had. And the avocado toast, wow. Honestly, the best looking and tasting I've ever had. This might be our new Sunday morning spot. read more

Awesome little coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is very cheerful, happy, and helpful. I was told all the pastries are made fresh everyday. There is also somewhat of a breakfast/brunch menu and I plan to try those offerings another time. I had the Pink Rose (cold) and Lavender London Fog (hot). The Pink Rose was very refreshing the flavors were balanced. Not too sweet, not too much rose, not too much almond milk. The ratios were just right for my taste buds. The Lavender London Fog was also great. I actually drank this beverage first. It was served in a ceramic mug with foam on top. It was just the right temperature where I could drink it as soon as it was served to me. The noise level isn't too bad as it is a coffee shop with people either doing their work there (some had their devices) and also having small meetings. There is also a seating area outside for those who would like to enjoy the weather. Of course when I went it was when Henderson was experiencing high winds. Visiting my parents in Henderson and found this cute coffee shop to come and do some work. I love how bright the inside is and they have a lot of outdoor seating as well. I had the egg salad toast for breakfast and even if it sounds strange it is AMAZING. The service went above and beyond. Everyone was super friendly and kind. I tried their black cherry cold brew and it was so weird but so delicious. Their pastries looked amazing so I will definitely be coming back to try them. Came back and had their rose tea and coconut cream cold brew and the strawberry croissant... and all of it was amazing! Everyone go here.
