Brown Butter Toffee Latte (Iced). Sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on croissant.

Came here on a Tuesday afternoon to get some coffee and breakfast. It's a small place at the end of a shopping center. Has few tables inside but also a large outdoor patio with table under trees for shade. I ordered the brown butter toffee iced latte, less sweet and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. They didn't have sausage so got ham instead. The food was brought out quickly. The croissant was crispy and the egg was soft like butter. The coffee was really good but didn't taste a lot of brown butter toffee but that might be because I got it less sweet.

What an amazing find! In my quest for the best breakfast sit in Las Vegas, I was led to horizon shine. It was a little far from my house, but it was Sunday and we figured why not. Located in a small little shopping center, this place is definitely tucked away but super easy to find. Parking can be scarce so I would either recommend in getting there very early or a little bit later in the morning. When you open the door, the first thing you are greeted with is the pastry rack in front of you. I swear, I gained 10 lb. Just looking at it. So many amazing things to look at and see absolutely wonderful. Another thing I have to brag about is how friendly everyone is there. You walk in the door and you are greeted literally by everyone. Really makes you feel at home and invited in to experience everything that they have. I opted for the tiramisu latte, and it was fantastic! Definitely had a perfect coffee flavor, and the terramisu flavoring was not overly sweet but actually was perfect. I had the bacon breakfast croissant with egg and it was wonderful. Perfectly balanced, the flavors were there, and the bacon was excellent! This is definitely one we are going to add for our go-to breakfast places when in Vegas. Super excited to try everything on the menu! Bottom line? If you have not gone to horizon shine, you are missing out. Top of your must-go places and I swear you will not be disappointed! You will probably see me there again! If so, feel free to buy me a pastry.

Horizon shine has been a staple in the Henderson area. We recently went to their re-grand opening and saw Noah again. Really fun to catch up especially now that I have a toddler!!! Our toddler really enjoyed the croissants & cookie. They were busy but everything came out quickly. I still love their patio and they have a good amount of seating inside. The lattes were delicious and I still really enjoy their different options on their menu. Can't wait to try them all! Such friendly people and a good place to stop by for coffee or food!

Just a little solo coffee and delicious breakfast. I asked the lovely barista for her coffee recommendation and it was perfectly delicious. Cold brew with a brown sugar cloud top (I've never had that but I'll certainly have it again!) with a caramel drizzle. The croissant sammie was so satisfying and the patio was heavenly.

Stayed in Henderson for a few days and remembered this spot being featured on Instagram. Coming from San Diego, I had no idea I would actually be here in a few weeks time. I like everything about this place. Cute decor, indoor and outdoor seating, interesting menu items, and friendly staff (shoutout to Noah). I had the Honey Truffle Roast Beef Sandwich and Iced Cookies and Cream Latte. Both were delicious and I liked that my latte was not too sweet. I was also there an hour before closing and was informed of their BOGO pastry offer. I picked the Pumpkin Poptart and Brown Butter Oatmeal Cookie and saved them for later. They were yummy and of excellent quality. I highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

This was rated one of the best coffee shops/bakery in our area and I wouldn't disagree! There is a nice little outside seating area and service is excellent. Here is what we ordered: Cookies n Cream Latte: this was delicious! Not too sweet or strong, just the right amount of caffeine and sugar. I do wish I could taste the Oreo a bit more. Jasmine Green Tea: can't go wrong here as my wife loved it. Croissant: very crispy and tasty! The jam and house made butter on the side made this a perfect dish. Avocado Toast: pretty mid/bland - a bit disappointing as the bread was plain. Shredded Steak Honey Truffle: an absolutely well executed and stunning dish. Bread was soft/buttery and not too sweet and the shredded vegan steak was superb. Overall, great coffee and we are definitely coming back to try rest of the menu!

We found this place for breakfast and placed our orders online for pick up. When we arrived, we were fairly surprised at the amount of seating indoor and in the large patio area that's anchored with a large tree. On a non-scorching summer day, I can see that being a great place to enjoy your food. We ordered the vegan spicy sausage scramble ($14) and zesty smoked salmon toast ($14). Pictures online didn't quite match what the food portion actually was in real life. For the price, it was disappointing that the portion was small for both items. At least friend was appreciative of the several vegan options available for her to choose from. Good amount of plaza parking, though when it's busy, you'll have to park further and the walk will be quite hot.

My experience with this location went very well. It is not my first time, but I did enjoy this visit more in comparison to previous times. Service was friendly and fast. I must have also come during a slower day and time because I was able to sit down at an open table inside. I always like how brightly lit the inside is with natural lighting and the light music playing in the back as well. The avocado toast was well made and seasoned. I was also offered extra seasonings but I declined since I didn't find it necessary. I do think that it was on the pricey side at $14. My biggest issue was the matcha latte. I did end up drinking a fair amount but admittedly was not satisfied. As seen in the photo, the latte is fairly pale. I had it made with whole milk and it was unsweetened. There really was no flavor, not the bitterness of the matcha or anything besides milk. I should have said something, but I thought that this may just be how they make their matcha. If you are someone that enjoys ceremonial matcha, just be wary that they do things different here.

My husband and I came to Las Vegas for a getaway. While we were in two we stumbled upon this amazing coffee shop. We arrived during lunch time and there was a wait. Let me tell you the coffee is worth the wait. We ordered the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Latte. Oh my goodness was it amazing. My husband opted for the Blueberry Latte, which he absolutely loved. The staff were lovely. If you are craving some good drinks I would recommend that you give them a try. Coffee 5/5 Service 5/5 Atmosphere 5/5 ***The Coffee Class is located adjacent to office building so parking can me tricky.

The customer service is exceptional! It was my first time here and the girl was so patient and solution oriented with me. We settled on a matcha with raspberry cold foam and it was the perfect amount of sweet. It also has a cute little outdoor patio for those less warm summer days. I will definitely be back!

This was my second visit to this location, which is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Vegas. That inherently gives it an almost neighborhood coffee shop vibe, or as close to one as you can get in Vegas. The entrance is through the side door next to their really cute patio seating, which at least when I was there had partial shade. Inside is rather small, but enough to hold a handful of tables and some bar seating along the window. You are first greeted by their delectable pastries, which I've so far been successful at resisting. I had placed my order online, so I headed straight to the pickup area. When I informed the barista that I was picking up, he said they'd get started making it. I thought that was odd as when I placed my order online it said it would be ready in 7-11 minutes. When I arrived it was closer to 20 minutes and they still hadn't started making it. There was one couple ahead of me waiting for drinks and a few plates of food coming out, but if they don't make your drink until you arrive it should state that. It took about 10 minutes once I arrived for my drink to be ready. The blessing is that my drink was fresh and didn't have a chance to get watered down. Most coffee shops in Vegas are expensive and Coffee Class is no different, however what does differentiate them is the fact that they make their syrups in house. Upon your first sip you immediately can tell the difference! My order was the 16oz iced Vanilla Bean Latte with almond milk and brown sugar cold foam. The vanilla bean syrup they make in house is phenomenal! They've also mastered making iced lattes with almond milk that actually taste as good as with whole milk, there isn't that odd watery flavor. Their cold foam selection is the best I've seen and so far the ones I've tried are equally as amazing as their house made syrups. To summarize, if you are going to splurge and treat yourself to an upscale coffee, this is absolutely the place I recommend doing it!

This coffee shop uses (what I think) is the best coffee roaster, Onyx. The food is really good, and honestly I can't wait for their next location on water street. The barista helped us with deciding on what to get, which was extremely helpful. When we went it was fairly busy and so we sat outside. I got the blueberry cobbler latte, which was soooo good. I normally don't get a sweet coffee but this is definitely an exception. It was warm lit on the inside, and they have an outdoor seating area with some spatial heaters.

Excellent. From top to bottom. The food was great. We ordered the chicken pot pie, the grilled cheese panini with avocado, and the salmon toast. Everyone loved what they got. Food was good quality, came out fresh, and was delicious. For drinks we got the pumpkin spice latte, and the lavender latte. Again, zero complaints, and both loved their drinks. I'm in love with this place. I ordered the bacon avocado toast and smoked bacon and egg salad toast. They were beautifully plated and served with real utensils (kinda rare in 2024). The egg salad toast was topped with mounds of egg salad, colorful juicy tomatoes, pickled onions and crunchy bacon on a thick and fresh slice of toast. The avocado toast was also topped with colorful juicy tomatoes and just covered in large bacon crumbles and the thickest layer of smashed avocados on a thick slice of toast. I haven't seen anything this layered and topped outside of my own kitchen. The pricing was great and expected for the quality of the food. I mean you're getting all of these fresh and beautiful ingredients and the portions are larger than any other coffee shop cuisine I've had. Competitors (and I use that lightly because I'm all into this place now) never present food in this way and charge more or the same amount for substandard food trucked in from a distributor. I'll gladly pay these prices for excellent food loaded to the point of spilling over. I'm actually full off of 2 slices of avocado toast. The staff are so polite, professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. I saw about 30 people come in while I was in there, so it's clearly a favorite among the community. Excellent job and kudos on the menu. I'm hoping to invest and become a shareholder (by 18 March 2024). I can't wait to try more items on the menu. This was my second visit. I had the almond croissant and the caramel apple chai hot tea. The croissant was delicious and quite large. The tea was very sweet, I probably won't order it again, but those who like sweet drinks will love it. Very good and distinct apple flavor. The only complaint I have is the drink cooled very quickly...that could be completely my fault, as I'm a slow eater, but it could be the glass it's served in wasn't heated before adding the drink. I've been looking for a new coffee shop to get work done at for a long time now and decided to check out The Coffee Class right before their official grand opening. Olive, one of the baristas working there, was so incredibly sweet! Their vanilla bean latte was perfectly sweetened and their vegan cinnamon roll scone was ridiculously delicious. The aesthetics were beautiful and the music in the background was perfect to get work done. I'd highly recommend checking this place out! read more

i love this place. every time i come here the food is delicious, the coffee is immaculate, the vibes are amazing. the baristas are so sweet and nice. i'm not sure of their names but i usually see a blonde girl with a slick back ponytail and a girl with short brown hair and long eyelashes. they are the sweetest baristas. just genuine and good people. excellent service. i just love this place so much. it's always so clean too. just a great place. 11/10. read more

i got the chicken salad melt with added avocado and honestly wtf... first of all, who are we feeding? why is it so LARGE? and not to mention absolutely sopping wet. 0/10 ngl it was completely unappetizing. the picture showed a much crispier (?) MELTED TOGETHER sandwich. mine was falling apart and not because the added avocado trust me. only reason i'm still giving this place 3 stars is because their pastries are fire 10/10 just always disappointed in my food choices read more

My husband and I just had the best lunch at Coffee Class today! The pulled pork breakfast wrap is so scrumptious . We've ordered food from here a few times, and it is consistently so good! The service is also excellent--friendly and professional staff. The restaurant itself is also very cozy, clean, and contemporary. It feels like you're dining in a "bougie" cafe--in a good way! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a casual atmosphere and great tasting brunch food. We will definitely be back there again! read more

Absolutely incredible, the food was so beautifully put together and the taste was just phenomenal, my personal favorite were the strawberry croissants! The drinks are so beautifully crafted and truly delectable! I love going in and seeing all the smiling faces Noah is always sure to make me feel welcomed! I will be coming here for years to come! This place is awesome. The manager Noah and the Barista Hannah gave such great customer service to my friend and I. They were both very knowledgeable of the different types of coffee flavors that they have there, also the food was amazing. My choice of coffee was the Maple Blueberry Latte. The flavor was amazing I was so happy that Hannah recommended it to me, along side with the Smoked Salmon Toast it was a perfect way to start the day. This is not just your average coffee shop it is the ultimate coffee experience. I love this place. I am definitely going back. I do recommend you try it for yourself. read more

Seeing as how it's the last Henderson spot which I hadn't tried, I decided to rectify that oversight today. I was thinking breakfast at first, but the Lamb Sandwich ($17.99) caught my eye. After clarifying the form of protein with the server, I said yes to this offering. I'm glad I did because it's a stunner. To start with, the bun is nice and soft. The pulled lamb is so tender and surprisingly free from gamy flavor, and whatever it's braised in does so much work making it irresistibly tasty. Then the tzatziki creaminess, tomato umaminess, and even the banana pepper tanginess really round out the flavors. Even the cucumber slices are perfectly portioned to add some crispiness and flavor. Fries come with the sandwich. I was hesitant since they were thick and also very brown. Fortunately, they were soft and fluffy inside, and there was enough crisp from the potato skins. They were actually a little undersalted too, but when I finally flagged down the server for some ketchup, I unlocked the code. The fries are just about perfect with a healthy amount of that Heinz goodness. I did get a bite of breakfast though. My friend's Ube Pancakes ($14.99) were cited as a dish to try on that top 100 list, and I can see why. There's plenty of ube flavor, and a good balance of a lightly crispy exterior and soft interior. The fresh mango and berries were a great touch, as was the whipped cream on the side. I'll have to have a full dish for myself one day. It wasn't as packed when we arrived as I was anticipating; I guess Sunday brunch invites a late-morning crowd though, since it started filling up. Music was top 40 stuff and not too loud. Really my only issue was the water not being ice cold. I've gotta come back to Pink Duck Kitchen since they have such a fun variety on their menu and they're one of the closest interesting restaurants to my side of town. About 10 minutes later, Keysha personally brought our food all the way to us at the front door, which I did not see her do with anyone else. We thanked them for the food. Instead of simply handing it to us and letting us leave, she started going off on me. She told me, "We're a small business. Don't order 6 sandwiches if you have somewhere to be." She continued raising her voice at me and telling me not to cut her off while she barely allowed me to speak. It felt like she specifically came to the front to continue the confrontation rather than just give us our food. I understand being a small business. I understand being busy. But 50 minutes for 6 sandwiches is a long wait, and asking for an update after 40 minutes is reasonable. What was completely unacceptable was an employee following the interaction to the front of the restaurant just to continue arguing with a customer. The wait wasn't what earned the 1-star review. It was the way Keysha chose to handle the situation. Completely unprofessional and unnecessarily disrespectful.
