We were on a roadtrip and needed an oil change so i stopped to service my car for a complimentary…read moreoil change (after buying a new 2026 Honda) and found out they broke my key-fob; so i go back in and they have me check-in my car. I wait 2.5 hours just so they can tell me they dont have spare keys to give me and i have to come back a week later after a new key arrives. Granted, i asked for an update twice and she rushed me away rudely. Then they mention that they cant help me because repair my loss since we will no longer be in town when the key arrives. The manager wouldnt put it in writing so i might be able to get a comped key at our next destination and instead he argued with me about it. Would be nice if they could fix things without breaking another part of your car. They could also be transparent about wait-times and check inventory before promising services they cant provide due to lacking parts. I waited 2.5 hours to get my car back just so they could tell me they did nothing to it because they found out they didnt have the part. Worst experience ive ever had.

Just a tip for anyone who is buying a car that old - you're going to spend more money to get it up to speed - things wear out no matter what with time. Don and his wife Leyna are a wonderful duo - Don clearly takes a lot of pride in the way he runs his business and Leyna is bright, easy to communicate with and very personable. After purchasing the car, I had noticed issues with the rear door lock actuators and brought it up to Don and Leyna. Honestly, it didn't even occur to me to check because you just assume they worked fine. They were very gracious and offered to replace and fix the issues at a fraction of what it cost me. I think this is extremely generous considering the car was bought "As-is" and they had no responsibility to fix it after I drove it off the lot. I think it speaks volumes of how Don wants his customers to perceive their experience at his dealership and knows that it's a small investment for a continuing relationship.
