Now I have a part and HD said they couldn't help. No recommendation, just "get a handyman". So bottom line is...they sell you the idea of a warrantied item but turn their back when you need it. Shame on HD for their promise of having your back if you buy their product stating it has a 5 year warranty, because their back is all you see once they have your money.
