I visited today and was very unimpressed, this was my 3rd visit and the worst one yet . I came in for a basic dry French tip pedi . The nail tech I had pulled out an old used file , and acted as if she didn't understand me when I asked for a new one . She was very polite and kind but it was very off putting the dirty instruments she insisted on using . My nail tech struggled with a French tip on my toes , I asked for them to be painted solid , the polish never cured and my toes look terrible . I'm so sad , it was a waste of money and time . And most definitely a safety concern , she put the file that she used on me back with all her instruments as she cleaned up . read more

I got my lashes done here for my very first time and she did them in 30 min and let me tell u she did sooo good I love how they came out it's my 4th day and not a lot of shedding which I love and she even did them a little on the natural side which I get a lot of compliments on definitely recommend it was 90$ but trust girls now and days will charge over 100+ for 2 hours read more

Family owned and operated! I get my nails done all over Mesquite, Kaufman, Dallas, Rockwall, Forney, Waxahachie, Midlothian, Rowlett, Seagoville, Plano.... And I have yet to find a place better than Hot Nails going anywhere else is honestly a waste of my time and money. My husband hates when I go anywhere else because I always complain. When I tell you the service was amazing I am not exaggerating! I've been coming here for a few years and haven't been back for a year. The new owner was lovely and made sure I was good and all set for an acrylic full set and handed me off to Amy who was great! She made sure she wasn't hurting me and made sure I was happy with the results of color, shape, and thickness as she did my nails. She is also a perfectionist and really focuses on making sure nothing is wrong with your nails. She asks you the right questions and is just super sweet! She did my birthday nails but I am definitely coming back here! 10/10! read more

The new management here is awesome. Environment- From the moment I walked into the establishment they were super friendly and attentive. The music is up to date. The chairs are comfy and when you're getting your pedicure it can massage you, with different settings. The place is very clean. There's enough space in there for you personally. Service- Super nice nail specialist here. They are very polite. Also they are pretty efficient in their work. I got a manicure and a pedicure. They set the water temperatures just right. They did a great! I totally want to come back here. They pricing is very reasonable. Get the milk sugar lotion. FYI Free wifi & drinks Water, wine, and soda. read more

This place was amazing before the covid. After covid, a new crew came in and they are not so friendly. I came to get dip and my daughter a full set. The full set was only 25 I think. The dip is 30 weather you get tips or not. When the file your nails they file it so low your nails will break and be very brittle. They charged extra and said a full set was for her own nails. ( Full set comes with tips). My fingers was burning so bad as well as my daughter while being filed. All we got was sorry. You check in and no points are ever discounted off your nail price. I was a customer for over 6 years and started to really like the new individuals that took over in 2020. I'm only giving a 3 because of the customer service over the years saved them from getting less, but the relationship has now ended. The website and door store hours have always said that they closed at 7:30p on weekdays. I tried rushing after work to ensure that I wouldn't keep them after closing. I arrived there at 6:45p to only get a dip overlay on my natural nails before leaving town for a week. I knew John or Amy could easily do this in that amount of time. I was greeted with an attitude and I asked what was wrong and I was told they close at 7p, and the door had 7:30p. Even if I was insensitive enough to arrive 15 mins until closing, it wasn't 7p. Again, the closing time was not honored, I received a horrible welcome and have been loyal to the establishment for over 6 years. I deserved better in my opinion. Very upset and now I have to find a new nail salon. read more

I had individual eyelash extensions done here. Although this is the first time I have ever had these done, I am pretty sure they aren't supposed to look this way. They are clumped together and look sideways in some places. The first three days were extremely painful as it seems she got quite a bit of glue on the corner of my eyelid and it hurt to blink. Now my lash line is developing large painful red bumps. Although she was very kind, I am thinking the person who gave me the extensions was not experienced enough to offer this service. MESSIEST manicure/pedicure I've gotten. Looks like a 12 year old did it. Before the polish was done I had to fix the filing shape because some nails were uneven and rough. I also had to finish clipping some cuticle skin left. The polish was uneven, streaky, missing in areas, and very messy all over my cuticles and side of my fingers. NOT RECOMMENDED! read more

This place felt new and trendy with a relaxing environment...Everyone I encountered was extremely polite, I liked that instead of rows and rows of nail polish bottles there was a color wheel that I could take to my seat and choose. Overall I really enjoyed this salon over most in Rowlett and will be returning. read more

I came there for the first time and it was great I recommend this place to anybody that ready to be relax. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Let me start by praising the ladies who did my feet. They went from dusty musty to all did up. I may have gotten the basic package for my toes; but believe me, when they put that work on my toes, it was far from basic. They placed me in a massage chair that had a variety of positions and massage functions. They filed my nail, lotioned my ashy feet up, and ridded me of my numerous cuticles. I also bought a manicure, and again they did WORK!!! They got rid of these cuticles, lotioned me up, and give me a clear coat. They had me looking real good by the time I left. Also, I need to praise the staff that had to put up with the hot mess that are my toes and feet. They had me laughing my entire time that I was there. They had complimentary water, soda, and wine, and a student and social media discount that you can use together. I wouldn't get my eye brows waxed here again. Although she was really nice, she waxed my eyebrows off and then try to hide the fact by putting make up on them to make them look thicker without saying anything. The only reason she did say anything about it was because I wiped my finger and got black make up all over my face! read more

It was HORRIBLE! I went in for an eyebrow & the shellac. The eyebrow lady messed up terribly and left one shorter than the other! She even blamed me saying that I dont take care of my eyebrows & laughed whenever I looked in the mirror. Then when I sat downto get my nails done I asked the lady if she could do a specific design and she said it would take TOO much time & too much hardwork. I left immediately!
