HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. We made a reservation for 7pm and arrive at 6:50 and were told we would be seated soon but we were not seated until 8pm. Kept telling us that it would 15 mins until we were seated when we asked but it was total bullshit. I overheard many conversations where the hostess lied about the wait time and so many customers were pissed. When we got seated, waitress was taking our order but kept getting interrupted while on her mic and didn't even give us the appropriate service when we were telling her what we wanted. The food was good but service is terrible. We had to tell them five times to get my order of beef when we were adding on. The waitresses may have a nice attitude but they all need better training on how to serve customers. Will not come back. read more

Came here at 8 and was told it would be around 10 - 15mins wait but my friends and I ended up waited for 1.5 hours. How ridiculous is that?! This place is very tricky. So Be careful when you order food. Their menu has two sides, one for $35.99 seafood Hotpot, and the other side is for the $19.99 basic Hotpot. When we ready to order, the waitress turned the menu to the $19.99 side and told us that today ONLY serve the $19.99 Hotpot, so I didn't even get a chance to check on the $35.99 menu. Okay no problem then we ordered our food from the $19.99 menu. But then I saw other ppl having snow crab legs, so I asked the waitress if it is included in $19.99 Hotpot, and she said YES! Then we had one order of snow crab legs. But when we got the bill, $35.99 price applied to everyone of us! The reception said because we had one order of crab legs so everyone in our group should pay the $35.99 price! I asked her if you charged me $35.99 seafood Hotpot price, then why the waitress didn't let us order other expensive seafood in the $35.99 menu? Why she told us today only serve the $19.99 menu? Why she told us the crab legs is included in the $19.99? The reception answered maybe the waitress gave us the wrong information! Then she deducted $30 from our total bill! Place smelled like fish when you go in. Decor is ok nothing spectacular. Bathrooms were actually pretty clean though. Food was decent for all you can eat. Just don't expect nothing authetic, got kimchi hotpot and not spicy at all. Another downside is they charge based on height so if you got tall kids they charge adult prices for them. Hidden gem in dyker heights! This place is great for parties or dining out with friends. It is the only restaurant in NYC with a conveyor belt and the food options are very fresh and local! Came here to try out the AYCE conveyor belt hot pot. TBH it wasn't all that great. If I'm in the area for hot pot I'd rather go to 99 Favor. They only had the same few things on the conveyor belt over and over. Anything good you have to order a la carte for extra. So far waited over 45 minutes for a table of two. Place is not very well managed. If you are waiting for a table of 2, you have to wait for table of 2 to leave in order to get a seat but if someone comes with a table of 3 or 4, they get to sit right away because there are empty tables for 4 or more. While waiting I saw a wait staff fill a pitcher of ice and use sink faucet water to fill it up while washing her hand in it. I hope some one did not ask for water,. Came back a second time tonight and had the combo pot cause I was craving spicy hotpot. Man, was it good! It was just the right amount of spiciness! I will definitely keep coming back. :) My first time here with a couple of friends. We waited about 15 mins for a table. The first impression was pretty nice decor, especially the revolving bar for the food was a neat idea. We got a selection card like dim sum restaurants that servers mark off when they clear off the plates that you grabbed. So basically it's pay per plate style. But there's also a special menu on the table that you order off with servers, like kobe beef, albalone, etc. We didn't get any of that since it was a quick dinner. maybe next time. Anyways, we got the special rib soup. It was good and creamy just to drink itself. Next the food, it was pretty much a wide selection from fatty beef to handmade fish balls. Btw, I have to mention the sauce station had so many condiment choices which is great! So the whole experience of grabbing what you want to eat when it comes around to you is pretty cool. why there are so many good restaurants near 8th Avenue brooklyn....jealous...I am not a huge hotpot fan, but this place is decently good to visit. Their biggest strength is the environment and dish plate. Good for inviting friends over or host a gathering something like that. Great customer service but takes way too long to set up the hotpot grill. The equipment doesn't even work here. It took us 30-40min to settle down and to actually fetch for our sauces, it was such a disgrace that even the manager and the boss felt so sorry when their equipment was broken. & you don't get any food from the converging belt if you are a party more than 6. read more

I haven't seen a single place in NYC have it yet so I thought it was an awesome experience! The eight of us got a private karaoke room and opted for the seafood menu (regular menu $20/p and seafood menu $36/p and the minimum room fee is $288 for two hours). Eating hotpot and singing karaoke at the same time may seem like an interesting concept but in reality it's not as practical as you think lol. It's just so darn hard to execute. So we ended up focusing on cooking and eating for almost the entire two-hour time limit and just let the music play in the background. But because we went pretty late at night on a Thursday and I guess they had no other room reservations, so they let us stayed a bit longer so we could enjoy some singing, which was really nice. The servers were attentive and friendly; the food was typical hotpot but the seafood was really good, especially the crab legs and super sized jumbo shrimps; fruit juice was freshly squeezed; service was prompt; I checked in on Yelp and got us a 5% discount. Such horrible service!! Don't ever come here for hotpot. My friends and I were craving some hot pot since it was a rainy and chilly day so we came here. We were first seated on a table for 4 people for 1 hr, then came a party of 10 who sat next to us. Then the servers pushed the table where my friends and I were sitting all the way to the corner, making it very difficult to move around. Like that isn't the last thing. We were eating for 30 minutes in the crammed space and they come and give us the check when we didn't ask for the check, but we still had a lot of food on the table. The servers like like pressuring us to get the more expensive seafood bundle. The table next to us was like saying "those 3 people over there are finally leaving, it will more comfortable"(thinking I don't understand Mandarin). That's not it. The servers even said they are leaving soon. I'm just like wtf. And they even dared to lie to my face when I asked why we got the check when we never asked for it. They dared to say that the person who gave it was new, when clearly the manager was the one who gave the check to us. Then when we tried to finish the food we had remaining at the table, the manager walked close to our table am was "monitoring" our table. I'm like you done looking. The part that got me most pissed was the table next to us and how the servers have the audacity to tell me to leave just so the party of 10 can sit more comfortably. This place is disgusting! The plates and cups are never clean. You will see dish carts crowded in front of the bathrooms when it gets busy, because they never separate the leftovers from the dishes. I was a little hesitant at first when I saw the ratings, but my family and I wanted to try something new for my brother's birrhday celebration because we were tired of the sushi buffets and Chinese food. We decided to give this restaurant a try. We called ahead of time and made reservations, so when we got there we were seated immediately. The service was very good. The waiters and waitresses were very helpful, joyful, and alert. We were constantly served. Our food came out fairly quick, we were explained to on how the convoy belt worked, and the food was fresh. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable meal. When my dad wanted watermelon and there was no more on the convoy belt, the boss lady immediately went into the kitchen and brought a couple of plates out for us. The food was nothing special or out of the ordinary but the meat,shrimp, and etc were all fresh. The service was good. It is definitely worth me returning. read more
