I was there a few days after their grand opening (in April of 2023). Sadly, this review is a bit late. But the experience we had here is still fresh in my mind. All food items were great and absolutely fresh. It offered a good seafood selection amongst other tasty items (we were there at lunch time). Service was also good. The hotpot experience was also awesome! The restaurant was nice, state of the art and quite elegant. Northern Colorado very much needs restaurants such as this that offer diners different cultural dining experiences. My only (albeit slight) qualm is the cost/price of dining here. My wife and I were here during lunch time. But our tab (with tip) was over $70.00. SO this place isn't cheap. I suppose this is one of those restaurants where you go on occasion to experience something unique, out of the ordinary, and to treat you and your significant other. First time here, wasn't sure what to expect. Basically it's a fondue pot built right on your table. You start by selecting your broth, pork, beef, Ramen etc. Then your required to select 3 or more proteins. We selected fatty steak, pork belly and beef round steak. There is also a long refrigerated case with, noodles and fish balls and similar starch. A large selection of vegetables such as broccoli, bean sprouts, bok choy, water chestnuts and so on. There is an extensive cooler full of seafood. Fresh shrimp, calamari, crawfish, mussels, octopus, tofu, clams, meatballs and sausages. Still feel the price is a little high per person, but the options of veggies, frozen seafood and fresh seafood you can add into your hotpot is good since there are really no competitors in the area. Wished there were some more veggie options (like pumpkin or squash). Service is adequate. Our waiter swung by once to check in on us and then again to offer more broth. Other staff swung by to refill our water cups and give us the invoice. Otherwise I feel the staff don't need to do much for ya. Ambience was good. It was more quiet and not jammed pack like my first time. Interesting that I didn't see tables for 2 but everything seemed like a table for 4. So when I see the restaurant is full with 2 people at tables, i wonder why they won't allow another 2 people to join a table space (a very common practice in Asia) just to keep the line moving. read more

This is the spot for hot pot! When you got here, the place was packed. It is not hard to see why. Everyone gets their own individual hot pot. there are about 9 different broths flavors to choose from. I got the Vietnamese Canh chua - the flavor is similar to Thai tum yum. For proteins, there are 10 to choose from. My faves are the beef short ribs and ribeye. These 10 proteins are served by the servers. We went here for date night with friends. The atmosphere is very modern and they have a lot of seating. The staff was very welcoming and explained the concept of the restaurant as this was our first time visiting. They were attentive with refilling water and clearing the table as needed. The ramen and beef broths were delicious and they have a large selection of meat. The options at the serve yourself bar were numerous and all looked to be very fresh. The fresh ramen noodles and seafood options were my favorites. My only complaint would be the price. We paid well over $200 (including tip) for four of us to have dinner. This was with one appetizer, two desserts and all of us only drinking water. Even with all the seafood options you are doing all the work yourself and the $35 per person seems like a bit much. You can tell they are making a lot of money here for sure. I would like to come back but maybe for lunch instead. read more

The hot pot bases taste good and all of the food is self-served. They unfortunately they do not serve enoki mushroom the few times I've went. Not much service since it's self serviced besides waiting for the meat. The amount of meat they give for one portion is a good amount and it gets served promptly. Disclaimer: I have not eaten here. My review is solely based on my interactions with the manager of this establishment. I saw in the Yelp photos for this place (on a menu) that stated a free meal offer for a person's birthday. Today is my wife's birthday, so I called the restaurant IN ADVANCE, asking about this offer. I spoke to a gentleman who stated that yes, this offer was valid. I asked what was required, as was told that as long as I purchased a meal, hers would be free. So, we drove 40 miles to try this place out. When we asked at the counter, the manager stated that we needed to purchase 2 meals in order to receive her free birthday meal. Kind of defeats the purpose when there was only the two of us! The manager then stated that the photo listed on Yelp is not even their menu. I'm not questioning the veracity of what she said, or their right to abide by policy, but rather how in how she could have turned a miscommunication of one of her employees into a beneficial outcome. Instead of standing firm on her position (which she clearly had the right to do), she could have simply made an exception in this case, knowing we drove 40 miles to try out this place. We would gladly have paid for the one meal as promised on the phone and become a loyal customer since this is the closest Hot Pot restaurant to us (we live in Windsor). Sadly, this restaurant has left a bad taste with us and so we will just continue to frequent our usual Hot Pot restaurant even though it is farther away. read more

This place just opened, and I wnated to love it since most of my friends live up north. Parking here is horrible. They won't seat you unless your whole party is present. Which is understandable. Honestly there wasn't anything too special about this place, they are pricier then the other all you a eat hotpot spot which I'm not sure why- old town has blue crab and here they offered the cheap imitation crab. They are stingy with the proteins- a you can see they give like 5 pieces of meat at a time and you can only order a couple at a time. The cool thing is it's buffet style so your able to go and pick what veggies and carbs oh would like to add, and of course there is a station to make your own sauce as well. But missing the sesame sauce. The only thing thing is I don't find it Sanitary when they don't have tongs in every bucket of food. With everyone touching it and it always holds up the line cause people are waiting for tong to use. Another thing is they need lidols with the holes in them. I like to pick out the spicy stuff in the spicy broth- there is a seasoning I don't like to eat, just love the spicy flavor. As for service, it was fine. Wanted to love this place but noteworthy things diminished our experience. We went early on a Friday (5pm), and still were rushed through our experience. 90 min max leaves little time to enjoy food after making way through the long buffet-style lines to grab ingredients. Employees seemed disorganized and irritated; repetitive asks at our table for orders and being our first time, when we asked questions felt it was an inconvenience to do so. Perhaps high stress environment? Music was way too loud - we had to yell to converse. Pros include ingredient selection- tons of choices. Fresh vegetables and meats good quality. We might try again at lunch time to see if our experience improves, but a bit of a disappointment. read more

The vibe of this place was cool. Really enjoyed ourselves here. The food was good! I enjoyed picking the ingredients, but it's easy to go overboard. They don't provide takeout containers or boxes. So just be mindful of how much you're getting. I filled the black rectangular plate and that was enough for two helpings from the hotpot. So it depends on your appetite. Very clean modern luxury atmosphere with plenty of tables. They have open refrigerated veggies for you to grab as much and often as you want as well as the sauce station. Their meet slices are thicker than other hotpot restaurants. I strongly recommend tomato broth with spice on a side and recommend letting the broth boil with your favorite and meet and veggies as long as possible. My broth became so good after cooking with meat and veggies, I can not get over how good it was and can't wait to go back. read more

I got the #7 broth and added a spice bomb to it, the flavor combination was sooo good. Try the chicken dumplings they are a must. The meat quality were great, we have Brisket, ribeyes, short ribs and fatty beef. I enjoy the self serve seafood, vegetables, meat balls (fish balls, lobster balls, crabs meat and fish tofu) and sauce bars. The staffs kept the self service bars well stocked. There were 9 soup broth to choose from. We tried spicy and tonhotsu ramen broth. Both were tasty. The ambiance was loud and busy. But very much lively. It was hard to hear the person sitting in front of me. I forgot to mention that we waited 35-40mins on our table (on a Monday evening) still not too bad. We left satisfy and full. My boys took me here for Mother's Day. This place has only been open for two months. My son knows the owner. The place is trendy and clean. A rsvp is definitely recommended. I do really like the set up of this place. I'm not really fond of hot pots but this place is absolutely delicious. How the place works is: 1) pick your broth, 2) pick 3-4 meats, 3) grab condiments, veggies and other things at self serve stations, 4) create your sauces to add into your broth or for dipping, 5) cook your ingredients. I had the beef bone broth. The broth was not salty which was good and it is tasty. I went and got 3 different types of mushrooms, some greens, 2 different types of tofu, bean sprouts, jalapeños, lobster balls, chicken dumplings, udon noodles, cilantro, green onions, lobster tail (mother's day special), and carrots. I also made my sauces to add into my broth. We had ordered a few rounds of short ribs, briskets, ribeyes, and pork belly for our meats. I thoroughly enjoyed my hot pot. Yessss finally a hot pot place in Noco. It's new so there were long waits. We waited about 45 minutes ... But it was worth it! They have the fixings and the sauces and lots of veggie options! Great value in my opinion. Meats were great also and weren't frozen! Sauce station was clean. Seafood was serve yourself. Soup bases were great also but were a bit on the mild side. This was our first time visiting a hot pot restaurant and it was really good! The restaurant itself is very simple - not a lot of decor, very clean and extremely well lit. The waitstaff was patient and walked us through the process. They were super attentive, bringing new trays of meat and checking in constantly on us. I ordered a tonkatsu broth and my husband got the spicy broth. I will say I spent a lot of time wishing I had gotten the spicy broth as well - it didn't have a lot of heat but great flavor, however the tonkatsu was good also. We ordered the beef eyeround. Then went to get our add ins which includes a whole cooler of options by way of veges: lots of mushroom varieties, book Chou, bean sprouts, cabbage, seaweed, tofu, fish/crab balls, bamboo shoots, and various types of ramen noodles, etc.... There is also a seafood bar with various shell fish and mollusks. Finally, there is a sauce bar where you can get specific dipping sauces or get creative and mix up your own concoction. They also have a big pot of steamed, sticky rice that is very good. They bring out trays of meat regularly and you can switch up your meats if you want to try different things like pork belly. We spent quite a long time making different combinations and just enjoying the process - it was a great way to have an impromptu date night with lots of conversation during the cooking. I gave it 4 stars because it's pricey for ramen ($34pp) but it is "all you can eat" and a person can definitely get their moneys worth here. We ordered two hot pots, crab cheese wontons and one soda (I drank water) and our bill was $97 inc tip. My husband was thoroughly impressed and we will definitely go back. read more

From there you can journey to the buffet style fridges for vegetables, seafood, and sauces. It is very spacious and the service is super friendly. If you're looking for a spot that has so much varieties, this would be it! They had a good amount of meat selection, plenty of veggies, & a great selection of seafood to choose from. They had crawfish, black mussels, clams, shrimp, squid. It was great! They also had tofu, fish balls, lobster balls! I've been to a couple of hot pot places & typically the big pot is used, but this location you have your own small individual pot!
