I was told the Classic and Toum Raider were both vegan. I chose the Toum Raider as it has lots of vegetables and seemed like it would be more flavorful. The Manoushe was ready quickly and I was in heaven after my first bite. The vegetables tasted so fresh! The base of the Manoushe had the perfect amount of olive oil. It didn't taste greasy or heavy, and felt like the perfect lunch to enjoy the onset of summer. The aioli made me nervous that it contained egg because it was so creamy and delicious! I have been told three times it is vegan, so I will not think too hard about it and just enjoy this delicious sauce. I am excited to come back to order the Toum Raider again. After hearing Tyrell explain the benefits of the wine club, I honestly wanted to join right away.
