Don't buy a weed vape here. The girl who helped me was extremely hyper and didn't really ask many questions about what I needed. I told her I wanted an oil pen for weed cartridges and she sold me an e-cig pen lol. They don't even have a return policy... I wish this employee would have slowed down and asked me more questions if she was confused. And she never told me about the return policy. Super disappointed. read more

This place used to be one of my favorite smoke shops to pick up shisha. But recently they've started slacking they stopped carrying a lot of the good flavors from the good brands. They do however have a bunch of Fantasia which in my opinion is low quality shisha. I think I'll have to switch back to my old smoke shop until they get the better Brands back in stock. One look at managers face and you will know he she is a person with bad judgement. She broke my mod right in front of me and refused to replace it. She even tried to claim it was already broken. They dont stand behind their products. I purchased a vape kit that was floor model and was told it worked but it was broken and 5 min after charging me 100 bucks the manager tells me to send it into the manufacturer under warranty. No refunds or exchange. My only goal was to get a working vape that day so i had to go to xhale in issaquah. Way better store. Better sales staff. Better products and selection and you can vape in store. Dont waste your time or money at hotbox. Read the many bad reviews and spend your dollars at another of the many vape shops that refund and exchange. read more

So i give this place 9 out of 5 stars, im a ragular here and i have to say, this has to be the best smoke shop i'v been to.evryone is very nice and they greet you kindly all the time, they will allways have what you need, hookas, vapes, pipes, smokes, chew, all the way down to incence and bottle openers, and if they dont they will kindly order what your looking for. They have amazing pieces for people who are a fan of the green, i bought my first hookah here, 5 ft high and they nocked 15$ off the price because it was the last one and was on display and didn't have a box. I highly recommend HotBox smoke shop. And if you do go here and your a vaper i highly recommend the vape juice Pegasus. read more

A bunch of cheaters !!. Never believe a word they say. They promised a 1 day return if the package is unopened as I said I was shopping a gift and was unsure. Next day I came back as this was the product my friend didn't want and they said I didn't say anything like that about return. She was just ready to do anything to make a sale and steal money from you. Worst experience ever, stole $150 from me. Don't ever shop here and also the products online are 40% cheaper, They charged me 100$ for a smok alien kit. read more

The customer service was terrible. They don't stand behind what they sell. They sold me a a very expensive discontinued model vape. Which didn't work for more than a couple of days. They said they were a authorized dealer but have to go through warranty. Almost 2 months later still trying to get some kind of replacement but it's on back order. Very rude and would not recommend to anyone . The legal pot stores sell the same stuff and vape shops sell better vape supplies. Bad business deserve no buisness..... read more

I purchased a bong from this place, it was a an extreme rip off. It's technically not even a bong as the "built-in" downstem that's connected to perc which was supposed bring the smoke threw the water but instead it has a hole at the top of which the smoke travels instead. In all honesty I'm more pissed at myself since the moment I entered the place looked as if it was a scam. The very first bong that was presented to me had a crack in it, which they just played it off as if they didn't know so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. If you aren't looking for a long review, here's the short and sweet: This shop is amazing, Class A customer service, staff and owner and a truly awesome smoke shop. But here's the long one. I am from Kalamazoo, Michigan and stopped by here on my road trip to find a good cigar after my phone was stolen. The lady working there knew off the bat what the most popular cigars were and provided an excellent recommendation on a cigar which was a great, not too strong cigar (Short Arturo Fuente for anyone interested), and was very conversational. The customer service was amazing. But the experience was truly made exceptional when the owner offered me a cigar on the house that isn't yet on the shelves. From a different perspective, coming from a hopeful entrepreneur, the owner was fantastic and truly knows how to run a business from what I saw in 5 minutes of conversation. He was friendly, passionate about his business, and instantly ready to make my experience in his shop exceptional. On a last note, the selection was fantastic (cigars, accessories, and glass) and the shop was exceptionally clean and very professional. If I am ever in the area again, this will be the first place I stop and I will always be ready to do business here. Thank you for continuing my faith in local business, although I truly believe this shop has the potential to be far more than a local shop, and maybe be a nationally known name among tobacco and glass connoisseurs. I went in on a very simple mission: to buy some juice. I chose what juice I want and made it clear I wanted the 50mg, not 30. She took the box over to the counter and also told me they had a sale on pods. She held up a box of 3 pods and told me they were $10. I was like, "oh that whole box is $10?" and she said "yes they are $10". I wasn't coming for pods, but thought thats such a good deal, why not. I tell her I want 3 boxes. When we go to check out, she carried everything to the register and rang it up. When I looked at the total, I realized we misunderstood each other. She meant that each pod was $10, even after I asked to confirm that the BOX of 3 was $10. No problem, I told her so sorry, but I misunderstood, I'll skip on the pods today. I could tell this girl was new; the manager had to come help process the refund. No problem again, I kept apologizing and making it clear I wasn't unhappy with the actual price, even though I purposely asked to confirm that the price was for the box of 3, and not an individual pod. At this point, the manager is helping me out and as we're fixing the refund, she tells me with kind of an attitude "you won't find them cheaper". I was like "haha thats fine, I just misunderstood". Found it kind of weird to say that? Like, you actually can find them cheaper, which is where I normally buy them, but like I said, I wasn't irritated at all, just didn't want them with that price. Just poor customer service in my opinion. THEN I get to my car and realize they sold me the wrong juice concentration! I felt awful at that point, I should have checked, but I also knew I for sure confirmed what concentration I wanted with the first girl, she must've just accidentally grabbed the wrong one since they were right next to each other. I go in and tell them they gave me the wrong percentage. The girl who initially helped me immediately said "oh shoot I must've grabbed the wrong one, she did ask for 50". I said no problem, accidents happen, but can I get the right one? The manager then tells me "due to law, I can't take back a nicotine product, but I'll make an exception JUST this once". But....you...sold me the wrong product...Anyways, sorry this is so long, I was just extremely disappointed in the customer service from the manager. The new girl was very kind. Manager needs to drop the attitude. This place is right by my work so I was looking forward to finding a convenient vape shop, but I definitely won't be going back. I've Always received good service until I had some problems/questions about a vape device I purchased there recently. I took pictures and brought the device in my car to help them troubleshoot. The woman who helped me was not interested in figuring out what the problem as at all. She was busy looking at her phone and responding to it during our conversation. Her response was curt and didn't fully address the problems I was having. I asked her a bit more and she audibly sighed in exasperation before repeating the same response back to me. I was visibly disappointed but she offered no other help. So I thanked her and left the store very unsatisfied. There were no other customers there and I spent maybe 5 total minutes in the store. I was going to buy some other items but she didn't ask if I needed anything else. I gave 2 stars only because of the great customer service I usually get... otherwise it would be one star. I went by Hotbox to do a little holiday shopping. It was a quiet Sunday morning, and the sales guy and I were the only ones in the store. He kindly showed me a variety of merchandise, asked thoughtful questions about the giftee's habits and preferences, and then set me up with some good stuff. You can spend a lot in this store, or you can spend a little. They have something for every budget.
