We had a 5 night stay here and ended up with two different bookings/rooms as we needed to extend our stay. Double Queen (7th) and a Deluxe King room (8th). Modern decor with same size rooms, that said, the King room had a much more comfortable bed/mattress as well the smaller sofa vs chair made for a better lounge experience. Safe and mini fridge were standard with an impressive Gym. Various spa/massage options were available. In the not necessary but cool nevertheless category was a bathroom mirror TV. Also, liked the separate areas for shower and toilet. Another plus was the choice of restaurants attached to the Hotel-Zorba's lounge, Che Gita and Arista Cafe. We only got to try Arista and enjoyed the coffee. They have a good size lounge area with TV and workspace. Parking at their garage is complimentary and there was usually a spot open in the parking area in front of the hotel. Close to the downtown Naperville/West suburbs and about 50 minutes to Fulton market which worked for our trip. Service was friendly and engaged-Kelly helped with making our room change as smooth as possible given they were sold out of our original room type. They also have a car service for rides 10-15 minutes from the Hotel. Overall, solid option for a stay in the West Suburbs. read more

Janet at the font desk cannot handle any task without stress. She was completely flustered at the simplest question or request. She herself has an accent and she was making a fuss out of not being able to understand a couple of Asian travelers. Even said something to my husband who was helped after them that she couldn't understand them. We needed our suit that was delivered to the hotel and it was waiting at the front for us. She had to call someone over to help, turns out it was right behind the door next to her. "Oh I didn't know I was looking for a box" ‍ Also three days prior when Janet checked me in I left my name and number for the suit when it arrived to be called. We had our wedding at Hotel Arista on September 26, 2025, and overall, it was truly an unforgettable experience. The venue is elegant, modern, and beautifully designed. Our ballroom is so beautiful, and everything looked absolutely stunning on our special day. Here I wanted to THANK YOU Katie Jones, the hotel manager, for being so professional, accommodating, and supportive throughout the entire planning process, especially when we decided to switch from the Cyprus Room to Ballroom B, just three weeks before the wedding. She made the change stress and handling everything with her good care. We're so grateful for her patience, attention to detail, and for making the entire process so smooth. Our guests were so impressed with the venue and the level of service. This is one of the best venues to celebrate weddings. We highly recommend Hotel Arista to any couple looking for a classy, beautiful, and memorable wedding venue. Also, the parking is very convenient for everybody. However, there are two areas where we think this hotel SHOULD improve: 1. Food Quality - We chose lamb and duck for our main entrées. While the lamb was excellent, the duck unfortunately, turned out VERY salty and quite different from the delicious version we had during the tasting. It was a bit disappointing since food is such an important part of the wedding experience. 2. Reservation - One of our special guests faced a BIG inconvenience due to a reservation miscommunication. We had confirmed a few times with the front desk that charges would go to the card on file and not the guest directly. Unfortunately, the guest was charged anyway, which caused him to miss his flight and pay double fees to rebook. The solution is, we called the reservation front desk, and they apologized and offered us two free nights as compensation. In conclusion, aside from these two issues, everything else about our wedding day was truly memorable. The staff was attentive, the ballroom looked stunning, and the overall service was excellent. We're still very happy we chose Hotel Arista as our wedding venue, but we hope the hotel can make improvements in those areas for future couples and guests. read more

They had a wide selection of teas, and I enjoyed the finger foods. I enjoyed the live jazz music. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer, as they were preparing for the next seating. I was overall pleased with my stay here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was dark and quiet. BUT... The way the bathroom wall is frosted glass, it lights up the entire room when someone's in there. So in the middle of the night or if you're trying to get ready whilst someone is sleeping, the entire hotel room is very bright. There was a disgusting blood stain on the sheets of one of our beds... We asked for a sound machine and never got it. They charge you for "free" parking and for the workout room. I think this hotel is trying too hard to appear upscale that they are really missing the mark on some really important day to day things... like cleanliness .... I would stay here again, but I'd just a little more careful when checking our rooms and our bills ! read more

Not a fan of the zero privacy bathroom glass and lights that light up basically the whole room the middle of the night if someone has to use the bathroom. So the BFF and I planned a girls' weekend away, but close enough that we didn't have to drive too far. Upon doing my research, I discovered Hotel Arista in Naperville. It had decent reviews, was not excessively priced,and was only 25 minutes away from Lemont. The hotel also houses various restaurants, a coffee shop, a gym, and a spa, all on site. No need to drive anywhere! Excellent choice, Hellene. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a lovely doorman who opened the door for me. Classy. Check in didn't take long and the gentlemen assisting were very sweet. I ran back to my car in order to retrieve my belongings and the helpful doorman even offered to assist. Nice touch, but I'm quite the feminist and work out so I declined said offer. Up to the 11th floor I went and arrived at 1109. I heard some loud sounds eminating from my weekend retreat. Turns out they had music playing on the TV with an awesome greeting individualized with my first and last name. Fancy. I had requested a refrigerator and microwave and that was what I also got. The view from the Ultra rooms isn't to die for, but we did have some fun looking out at 88 at night after a few drinks. The bathroom was very nice, with separate stalls for a shower and bathroom. The tv in the mirror was definitely cool. My BFF later arrived and loved the room also. Before we started our weekend shenanigans we both figured we would be "healthy" and work out at the gym for an hour or two. The gym was right down the hall from the spa. Christine(personal trainer) introduced herself and showed us around the gym. It was very clean, had updated workout equipment, as well as awesome views. In addition, there were sanitation and water stations. My kind of gym! After a decent sweat we went back to our room for a bit. The one caveat I did not like is that we could not retrieve our own ice. I appreciated them bringing it to us, but felt so guilty that I never carry cash and could not therefore tip. The ice bucket and glasses they brought were very nice, though. (I will be writing separate reviews on all of the other places we visited during the weekend). We ate dinner at Citygate Grille across the street(hotel staff actually offered to drive us!). In the morning we grabbed breakfast and coffee from Lavazzo. Later we hit up the Arista Spa for a few hours and then dined at Che Figuata. Sunday morning we grabbed breakfast(early lunch) and coffee again from Lavazzo and packed up our belongings after a late check out request(it was the morning after the time change, I don't do mornings!). The hotel is also very environmental. One of the options they tote is to decline housekeeping services if staying 2 or more nights. To put a cherry on top they offer you a $5 gift card if you do so. Woohoo! Took advantage of that. What an awesome weekend at Hotel Arista! All of the staff were incredible and treated us so well. I will definitely return. read more

This could be at least a four-star hotel, but the connection from the bathroom to the rest of the room is frosted glass. So not only can you see the silhouette of everyone when they want privacy in the bathroom, if the light is on and someone's trying to sleep in the hotel room, it shines into where they're sleeping. Enjoyed a 2 night stay here. Upon check in, there was an empty glass on the floor outside our room. It was still sitting there the next morning & we had to tell the front desk. Overall though, no other complaints. We enjoyed soaking in the tub, and enjoyed being able to walk over and get coffee in the morning at Lavazza next door. WHERE do I start... UNPLEASANT visit. booked a one night stay with my Klarna virtual credit card which was taken online at booking. Then I called and requested that they charge the entire account to the virtual card and I will have a different card onsite for incidental coverage. I called and spoke with a Nicholas two times and he said it was fine to do. Come to find out the call center does not call any shots for the hotel. Nicholas did not know what he was talking about and the onsite front desk was very clear they do not coordinate, communicate or take any instructions from their call center. Who knew!? Omoro ( I'm pretty sure this is not the right spelling) had no desire to accommodate and hep me due to Hotel Arista mistake. I'm pretty sure he could have still taken the virtual card number but he refused. I believe they could have accommodated me if I was someone else. They would have charged that virtual card if I did not show up for the reservations. You Won't be able to tell me that he could not have helped. From big issues to small issues this hotel was a disappointment. The refrigerator is not a refrigerator.. I was told by the front desk it was a it a "cooler".. my beverages should already be cold. I told her I had ice cream, if they had something I could use to keep ice cream cold she said no, I asked her for ice that I never got so our ice cream melted. You have to call for a sheet because there is not one on the bed, you have to call for ice because you can't get ice yourself, they have to bring it to you. Well... I asked for ice two times, one face to face with the front desk and a different times two hours later while holding on the phone 15 minutes, getting disconnected, getting placed on hold again, only to request the ice again and still did not receive it. The mattress what indented in the center, there was leftover body wash in the shower on the shower wall. They have two restaurants connected. I ordered my food from Che Figata but my husband wanted food from Zorba. The cook of Che Figata told me I could not eat in his restaurant with my husband if my husband ordered from Zorba. I had to go and eat my food at Zorba which is a sports bar. They told me that they would bring my food over to Zorba. The waiter brought me my food in a plastic container and plastic spoon while my husband's food came in dine in china. The pasta was ok. I won't let it go to waist so I kept it for a leftover snack. Hopefully it is not spoiled from the warm refrigerator in our room. I usually stay at Marriott but I thought I would try a boutique hotel to celebrate my 24th wedding anniversary. There was nothing special about this place. The oversized tub in the room was the only thing we enjoyed l. It's a pretty and esthetic place but nothing special. I need a 24th wedding anniversary do-over. This place made me sad, I overlooked so much. If you have children, if you like hot coffee, if you like frozen ice cream, sheets already on your bed, if you like being able to get your own ice, if you like a microwave or refrigerator, if you like easy communication and you want a $400/night experience this is not the place for you to stay. read more

This hotel is spectacular!!!! The water pressure was excellent - the finest sheets - the decor - the quality TV in the room AND a little one on the mirror in the bathroom too! It's just a beautiful room. It's Christmas time right now - and the holiday decorations are beyond classy. We visited during the pandemic - so we couldn't eat inside of the restaurants - but they delivered to our room and the food was excellent! The menu is modern Italian. The Lavazzanna coffee shop is great too. In quality it rivals any big chain 5 star hotel - but the PEOPLE make it head and shoulders ABOVE the likes of Ritz Carlton and the like. We were greeted yesterday by a kind man who was professional and charming (taking our temp) and introduced us to the two front desk ladies - after checking in we also spoke with the room service ordering food and asking for housekeeping to bring us a coffee machine. Everything was SO PERFECT at this hotel. My goodness what an experience. Family owned too! If you are staying in Naperville - THIS is an amazing experience!!! Well done Hotel Arista!!! Wow! Visiting Naperville please consider this is an option. I had an amazing stay. From the moment I walked across the street until the moment I checked out. Their service was extraordinary. I mean lemon water when you get off the elevator, rooms decor was nice. Tv welcomes you with your full name :) everything you need is there for you. They have 3 onsite restaurants and will shuttle you to the furthest one. They gave great recommendations about the area and knew of my company as well. I am pleased. Love it here. There are some really good restaurants in the lobby area. The staff here was great. In the morning there is coffee in the lobby area. Parking is right out the door if you get lucky. I have family coming in for a big event that I thought I had booked rooms for at another hotel in the area and there was a snafu. I've had this hotel bookmarked for a year, knowing that on my next trip to Naperville, I wanted to give it a try. Their rates were a bit high, but dropped a week before my trip. Conveniently located right off the highway. There are some parking spots on the street in front of the hotel, but they were full. There's a large garage behind the hotel to park and fortunately they don't charge, but you'll have a bit of a walk. Check-in was a breeze and staff was friendly. Room was nice and bedding was comfortable. For the most part I would describe the hotel a 4 star experience. So why 3 stars? Husband had left a shirt behind in the closet. We called to see if they could ship. Their process involved us prepaying a shipping label and sending to them AND they wanted to charge to put the shirt in the prepaid box. Poor form for customer service and repeat business. So we had a family member pick-up instead. We travel to the area at least once a year and I thought I'd found a new hotel, but I'll probably go back to the Hyatt. read more

I received a "day at the Arista spa" as a Mother's Day gift. This included two nights at the Arista hotel. The front desk personnel at the hotel, a Hispanic lady, made my check in so difficult I thought "wow, do I really want to stay here?" After I finally got checked in they did NOTHING to make me feel welcomed. No friendly hello, no verbal tour of the hotel, no info about where to get ice, snack, food. No information about how to get to the gym or SPA. NOTHING. Later on in the day I asked for ice 15 mins later, no ice. I called and was given a bunch of "I'm sorrys we'll send it right up" 15 mins later, no ice. I called again and was given the same verbal nonsense. This went on for close to 1 hour. Very messy and unprofessional. I was mentally and emotionally DONE. My treatment was so low class that I was too scared to experience the SPA personnel. I thought they might be as low class as the hotel staff. I was tired and I needed a break. I cancelled my second night at the hotel as well as my SPA day and they charged me HALF of the total spa time. (Sigh). The SPA looked beautiful online but I never got the service I expected. I did get the bill. Very, very, very displeased. This used to be my " go to" spot every year. Never again!!!!!! read more

We stayed there for one night. The room is beautiful, the bathroom is amazing. Big tub, and tv in the mirror.and we like the soap, lotions they provide The front desk is very helpful and accommodating. They gave me a single king instead of a double queen. The were able to give the room I wanted when out any problems. I was able to get a government discount withoyt a problem. Down fall $15-$20 for a cocktail??? $20 for a glass of wine. I wanted to try one and when I asked the bartender she said she didn't know. Then she asked the other bartender,,and she kinda remembered but wasn't 100%. Which to me is ok, but if you are going to charge $19 for a cocktail, the bartenders better know very well what they are serving you. I was really looking forward to having some fancy cocktails, but I couldn't do it. It's not even downtown Chicago or the Aviary or The Violent Hour. They do seem to have a nice food menu. I love a free continental breakfast, even if is just coffee and Danish. But they don't have that, just regular restaurant. I have to ask guest services to send up ice. I didn't like it, I didn't like waiting for ice when I could just get it myself. They did have a coffee maker in the room, that I found the cabinet near the frig. I went to make coffee in the morning but they didn't have coffee or cream & sugar. I don't know if they forgot or if I had to ask. The room is amazing, the staff is Super nice. but there really isn't much that comes with it. No pool, hot tub,or free breakfast., Or all the in room coffee...these things you can get at other cheaper hotels. read more

I love this hotel but every time I go, my company calls ahead with a reservation and credit card authorization. Every time I check in, they tell me I need a credit card. Unpleasant experience at this Hotel. On a weekend getaway from Houston to Chicago I selected this hotel because it was close to my relatives and some friends homes in Chicago. In pre planning I checked the hotel website and saw that they had a lounge with a bar (Zorba Lounge) and that the bar would be open until 2am. So I made plans for my friend to pick me up from the airport and would grab a nightcap at the hotel lounge. So I land in Chicago and my friend picked me up and drove me to the hotel however when we went inside the hotel Lounge We were informed by the bartender that they were closing at midnight and the hours were incorrect on the website. That was my 1st impression from the hotel staff from this so called 5 star hotel. On Saturday we were looking for a restuarant to each lunch we asked the hotel staff for options they guided us across the street at the City Grille upon arriving there we discovered that the city Grill was not open for lunch their hours were 5pm to 2am so we were a little concerned that we were sent to a restaurant that was closed by the hotel staff who should know these things. On Sunday morning having a late flight out of Chicago I requested a late checkout from 11am to 12 noon; I was informed by the hotel staff that this was not possible. I must say I was a little shocked having traveled extensively staying at many many hotels this is the 1st time I had ever been told that my request for a late checkout could not be accommodated. What made this unexpected was that it was a Sunday checkout, so I am surprised that the hotel would be booked in a Sunday non-event weekend in Naperville Illinois. So my only conclusion for the non-customer service oriented staff would be stereotyping or race related in any case I will never book here again when I travel to Chicago. I would have rated this hotel much higher aside from the lack of service I experienced. read more

This hotel is amazing!! Everything is clean, sleek, and luxurious. The bed was super comfy and the assortment of different types of pillows assured that my wife and I both found ones we liked. We stayed here for convenience to our son's wedding. We also had out-of-town guests stay here so we could provide transportation to and from the wedding and reception. That being said, it is the little things that make a luxury hotel, great. Was the hotel booked full with other guests that were not here for our event? NO Could any or all of our rooms have been upgraded? ABSOLUTELY Were they? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Our view from our 4th floor window of the stone roof with vents and fans was HIGHLY UNDESIRABLE. Our transportation company sent over a pickup schedule to be posted at the check-in desk. Hotel executive said it would be posted. Was the schedule posted for our guests to see upon arrival? NO Was the schedule posted after our arrival and it was pointed out that said schedule was nowhere to be seen? NO Were our guests made aware of pickup time at check-in? NO Each guest had to be called individually, at our request, before departure for the wedding. No one needs any more stress minutes before a wedding when ALL details had been previously finalized. Yes, the rooms are very contemporary and the TV in the bathroom mirror was a great perk but when you want to meet your guest's needs and previously agree to do something, JUST DO IT!! It looked REALLY bad and was most distressing that staff could not, or would not, do what we had been assured would be taken care of. Even the much cheaper hotel where the younger guests stayed saw the pick-up schedule that was posted at their hotel check-in area. To my way of thinking, if you want to call yourself a luxury hotel, you need to meet your guests' needs. I do not think posting a pickup schedule was OVER THE TOP. Having a plane fly overhead with a banner might have been a little more extreme, but come on, this was a small detail, no apology offered. I would be hesitant to hold an important function here since simple things seem to baffle, but just for a room, it'll do. read more

My husband and I are SO glad we chose Hotel Arista as our wedding reception venue. We had our cocktail hour, reception and morning-after breakfast at the Hotel. We also stayed in one of their suites, and had guests staying in ~30 rooms. Everything that weekend turned out to be stunning. The wedding planning process was made easy due to Davina (Director of Catering). Davina was very organized, professional, and easy to work with. During the year that we worked with her, she always made us feel like we were her #1 priority (even though I'm sure there were many other couples she was working with at the same time and I believe she was planning her own wedding). Davina coordinated everything the day of the wedding, and due to her attention to detail, the whole day went as scheduled, without a single issue! My husband and I live in California, so we were unable to attend the bi-annual tasting. Davina set-up a private tasting for us, and it was a great experience. The food was SO delicious, and more importantly, on our wedding day, the food was just as amazing!! I was shocked at how well the chef prepared all of the food for such a large party (~200 guests). We had so many guests come up to us throughout the night, telling us it was by far the best wedding they had ever been to and how much they loved the Hotel. Additionally, we received 2 thank you cards FROM guests! In both notes, they mentioned the beautiful venue, the great food, and the amazing staff. My stay at the Hotel Arista was so lovely that I didn't want to go home. And considering I was there for work, that is really saying something. I stayed here for two nights and wish it could have been a week. It should be noted that the Arista is about 3 miles outside of downtown Naperville, so you definitely need to have a car to get around. The surrounding area is nothing impressive--it seems to be in the middle of a random new office park. But you will forgive it's location the moment you step inside. I had had really horrendous airline travel before arriving at the Hotel Arista and didn't get in until 2am, but when I finally got into the room here it was such a relief. It's a very contemporary but homey space with a huge, gorgeous layout and an amazing bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable with great pillows and linens. The room was comparable in quality with what I've had at the Four Seasons, but for a fraction of the price. The restaurant was great and really reasonably priced for a hotel. The service from the restaurant to the front desk was impeccable, and they even have really superior coffee for free in the lobby every morning. Also, the wifi is FREE, which I think should be standard at high end hotels. It is so appreciated when you aren't be nickel and dimed for some something like that. My one complaint was that I chose, out of the delirium of arriving late, to valet the car the first night we were there which was totally unnecessary, at least in this instance. There was more than ample street parking around the hotel. Basically, if lived in Naperville I would consider asking the Hotel Arista if I could just move in because it's the kind of place you don't want to leave. read more

Shocking!!!! This hotel is beautiful! We arrived to gentleman holding the door for us(I thought it was bizarre that he didn't offer to help with our bags but whatever the lobby was pretty). The rooms are very large and swanky. The is a huge tub, private toilet, and standing glass shower. There's also a tv in the mirror. There were also a few nice touches like a black wash cloth that said makeup and a wrapped luffa in the shower. The bedroom had a large chaise and a desk area. We had the most economic room so the view was the top of the building but we didn't mind. For $119 a night I wildly impressed. read more

Pleasant staff A few minor complaints.... the beds and pillows were not very comfortable. I couldn't get the spray attachment in the bath to work. For some odd reason, they don't paint the highest traffic areas in the room a shade that will mask the wear and tear. For example, the white wall that has the coat hook near the entry should have the same paneling that's behind the bed so you wouldn't see the scratches from people's coats and bags. Finally, there should be a partnership so that guests staying at the Arista get some sort of deal at SugarToad or the CityGate Grille. A voucher for a free drink or appetizer at check-in would really help to drive business to these seemingly struggling restaurants. read more

The bathroom alone will make you want to stay in for an entire day and make you forget that you are staying in a hotel. The hotel is uber chic, the staff is friendly beyond and extremely welcoming. Riddle me this Batman, where else are you going to stay that plays Beck's Devil's Haircut in the lobby? I stayed for a few nights on a recent trip to Chicago and the outlining suburbs and am still taken a back by the fact that the hotel itself is so modern and its in a suburb. The room is fabulous and completely refreshing, from the king sized bed to the overly stuffed comforter and pillows to the side chaise overlooking RT 59 the room has class. Now the bathroom is a whole other animal on its own. The room that I stayed in, the bathroom was split up into thirds. 1-Standing shower 2-Enclosed toilet 3-bath. I have never stayed in a bathroom that has a television screen in the bathroom mirror and for a second I had to pinch myself to come back to reality. On a general basis, I am not a huge fan of baths but I do believe that after this little visit I am fully converted (this depending on the bathtub of course). Excellent stay, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in or around the area and looking for a nice place to relax at after a convention or whatever travels brings you. read more

Our wedding was a dream come true thanks to Davina, her staff, and Hotel Arista. From the very start, Davina worked with me to plan our winter wedding to perfection. From the cake to the food to the ease with which she handled the setup of our event, it was - as their slogan sates - effortless. Also, I had the amazing experience of a spa day prior to my wedding that was unbelievable. Being able to have the pampering (Arista Spa), rehearsal dinner (Tap In Pub & Carvery) and the prep and wedding ceremony & reception all in one place was such a great experience for us and our guests. Great place to stay! Clean, new, and awesome room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was unique. We had stayed at the Ritz in downtown Chicago the previous night but enjoyed our room at the Arista in Naperville better and it was 1/3 of the cost. We were heading west anyway so this worked well with our travel plans. If you don't need to stay in the big city - I'd highly recommend this place. read more

Amazing hotel!! We booked on a whim on our way home from Chicago when we decided we wanted to stay somewhere else for another night. We were pleasantly surprised and it's ended up being our favourite hotel on the trip so far. Great big bed, modern bathroom and nice pillows. My fiancée actually ended up proposing here on that night, big bonus was that the tv had the option of putting a fireplace on the screen which really set the mood for the proposal haha! Just on the outskirts of Chicago so well definitely return and stay more then one night next time and hopefully check out the spa options too. read more

Hotel Arista is that signature home cooked meal your mom cooks every time you come into town. It never disappoints, fills you with comfort, you can't wait to have it again, and it makes you consider never leaving. Okay but really, I just can't say enough good things about Hotel Arista. I seriously could write a novel; but instead I'll just say: if you want to stay in a beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms, if you value cleanliness and attention to detail, if you enjoy being able to truly relax, if you don't want to have to break the bank to indulge in some luxury, and if you want EXCEPTIONAL customer service.. then stay at this hotel. So we stayed here saturday night and let Me just say the bed was amazing! I have never slept so soundly in a hotel room in my life. The pillows, the mattress, the comforter. If i could id take the bed home with me!.. The room was super clean upon entering. The bathroom was so cool. It was so big! The shower was awesome. Did not take a bath though. The front desk staff was so friendly. They really do make it a great stay! I would def be staying there again read more

I hosted my wedding at Hotel Arista and IT WAS FREAKING AWESOME!!! The venue is BEAUTIFUL! THE FOOD IS "OH MY GOD, AMAZING"! And when it comes to coordinators, Katie is SECOND TO NONE! She is the most patient person next to Jesus...LOL. I had so many changes leading up to the weeks before the wedding, and Katie was right there accommodating my every request with a smile! I LOVED it! My guests were impressed with the hotel, the food, the drinks, and the total ambience of the evening. It was definitely a home run hit to host my wedding here. I HIGHLY recommend it! (And the stay was GREAT!) ...oh I almost forgot... We booked 2 suites to serve as the bridal suite and the groom's suite. The rooms are HUGE and I'm talking certified luxury!!! I ordered a full breakfast to be delivered to both rooms while we all were getting dressed, and the service was literally RIGHT ON TIME! Even the breakfast was GOOD! I had mimosa bar, hot potatoes, hot eggs, sausage,bacon, sliced fruit, croissants with marmalade, coffee, tea, orange juice, grapefruit juice, and cranberry juice. The only suggestion that I would make is to have a better tasting champagne for the mimosa. Otherwise, everything else was perfect! read more

Last month my family and I spent a weekend at hotel Arista for my birthday. The hotel was very accommodating, and we overall had a fantastic time, except for one thing that is causing me to write this review. My sister discovered a USED bandaid when removing the hotel-provided loofa from it's plastic wrapping. How they handled it left my entire family very dissatisfied. My sister reported it to the front desk during our stay, who advised that a manager would be in contact soon. After a week went by with no response, I contacted the hotel to resolve a separate billing issue, and advised that I would like the follow-up that was promised regarding the bandaid. It has now been three weeks with no update, response, or apology. This is not just gross, it's a major health hazard. To get no confirmation that it has been removed and addressed is unprofessional. My family otherwise would have loved to have made this our go-to gathering hotel, but unfortunately they have not lived up to their 4 Star standard. read more
