Place was decently packed. The other reason I wanted to hit the gym was the sauna. Well that was null and void walked into the dressing room and saw the sauna was out of order REALLY! Why is it that every LA Fitness has so.wthimh wrong and they dont fux it immediately. People are paying for the amenities thats a major amenity. Anyway went to the tread mill to warm up low and behold busted also the hell. Got on did my warm up. I will give it to the staff looks like they are keeping g it clean no hair balls or dust bunnies on the floor. Either way very mid and not what I expected from LA Fitness.one bright side didn't see any stupid influences at least. Update read on reviews that sauna has been broken since Covid! Are you serious!! I started at once a week and realized I needed at least twice a week sessions to see progress. So about a month ago, I bumped up to twice a week. It's been a great experience, thus far. I've worked with at least five different trainers there. They offer small group sessions with no more than six people per session. Often times you may get only a couple of people per session, so it almost feels like a private session. And the trainers are fabulous. I have such a good time going there. They definitely challenge you. But they will do modifications, if certain activities are difficult for an individual. And there are people of all ages who attend. I'm so glad I found this place, and I'm seeing steady progress in my physical condition. Although it's not inexpensive, I am aware of the price of a gym and personal trainer sessions at a gym, and I think this is more cost-effective. And a lot of fun!!
