Curbside service is just awful. Said food would be ready in like 15 mins. Got there 20 mins later and just sat outside for another 20 + minutes before I was about to leave. Server brought food out finally and order was wrong. Ughhh. Just when I wanna give this place another chance it continues to absolutely FAIL ! Then the server was locked outside and I had to sit another 10 minutes waiting for her to be let back in to get my change. So Done with this pile of disappointment. read more

Found Houligan's while I was searching for the Sinners & Saints sandwich shop - couldn't find S&S so Houligans it was. This is a decent place to stop while traveling I-95. A decent lunch was had while on the way to Cocoa Beach. Service was good, food was better than edible and I could hear myself think. The place is bigger on the inside than it appears from the outside. Biggest issue- the seat at our booth had zero cushion, just sank right down to a very uncomfortable depth. read more

Funny, the atmosphere in here is completely different from most DB places. The place is clean, the staff is clean and friendly and the food is fantastic. Ours came out a bit on the cold side and the President and CEO Tim, came right to our table and had them fix it. I have never been so impressed with a business. Growing up in the Tampa Bay Area, we are stuck with places like Buffalo Wild Wings and Beef O' Brady's that claim to be sports bars and just suck at doing so. On a recent road trip, Houligan's came recommended and was on the way to our destination. Houligan's is legit. It's massive in size and they have TVs everywhere. The menu is large, the price points are very fair, and the food was very good. Our server was great and even on a slow sports day they had the TVs up and running with sports-related stations instead of local news stations that bore people. Our food came out very quickly and everything was to our liking. The chicken wings were great in flavor and they were large in size. They certainly didn't skimp out and serve small, overcooked wings. The ranch served along with them tasted good and while I think it was homemade, I'm not positive. If they had a Houligan's in Tampa, I would find myself there quite a bit for sporting events and just good, solid food. read more

After somewhere around 14 years of going to Houligan's and declaring their wings as my favorite, they still hold that title to this day! I've since moved about an hour away from Ormond Beach, and whenever I'm in town, it's probably a safe bet to make that you'll find me at one of their locations eating their "wings and fries". The wings and fries is my favorite thing to get. If you get this, the only correct way to order it is to get the wings "wally style" and with their seasoned fries (not regular). My favorite wing sauce is definitely to mix the teriyaki and mild together! So delicious! Of course they have a ton of other stuff on their menu, but honestly, I don't think I've ever gotten anything but the wings and fries (that's how good they are), and maybe a sampler platter a time or two. It's also an awesome place to watch sports, as their walls are lined with big TV's. They also have a great selection of beer on tap, including local taps from breweries in the area. Their prices are cheap and the service is good. Definitely recommend going! read more

It was so dry it had to be sent back. I don't care if it was frozen just cook it well or don't serve it. Of course that messed up the rest of the meal as he had to order a different dish. We had a great experience here yesterday. Wife ordered Wally wings and Hubby ordered Philly cheesesteak. Both --Delicious! The atmosphere was fun with everyone excited for the Super Bowl which we did not stay for, but enjoyed the pre-game excitement. The only reason Houligan's did not get five stars is because the garlic broccoli side did not have garlic in it at all and the seasoned fries were not very seasoned and not really hot in temperature. A big shout out to our waitress, Stephanie, who was friendly, efficient, and made our dining experience super. We were greeted in a friendly manner coming in; on the way out we talked with Charles at the entrance/exit, who bookended our experience overall. Houligan's is our family's go-to. We eat in or order takeout here at least a few times a week. The food is always consistent and good. Actually, we are all obsessed with their broccoli, which is amazing. I'm sure I will be the only person to mention great broccoli at a wings place/sports bar but it's worth mentioning lol. They always have great service and if there is ever a mistake they are quick to fix it, although we haven't experienced many mistakes. My friend and I had just gotten into Daytona for Country 500 and needed something to eat before heading to the festivities..Houligans is right across the street from our hotel, and situated in a little shopping strip with plenty of other places to check out..we walked in and were greeted right away and taken to a table..our server was really nice and was able to tell us a large amount about the menu and the specials ect.. we had some fried pickles and they were so so good..crunchy perfection on the outside and juicy pickle goodness on the inside..i was really happy..i also got a wrap that was recommended..theres was chicken and chorizo in it along with some veggies..it was really good on flavor but too hard to eat hand held..the wrap came with fries that were good as well..my friend had a cheeseburger that he was pleased with.. wait time was nothing at all for a table, food to come, and bill to be brought..service was friendly, i had plenty of water brought out to me..the place has a fun vibe to it..id check it out again if i was nearby! read more

I've actually been here a number of times....I can't believe I haven't reviewed it yet. We were there on Saturday while the Police Rodeo was going on right outside their doors We were seated promptly and orders taken in an acceptable amount of time. We got our food which was quite good. Our issues occurred after we got our food. I don't recall the server coming back to ask us if we wanted another drink and we did but whatever. We then has to actually send someone else after our server to get our bill.....we were missing a lot of the competition at this point. We'll go back but hopefully get another server. read more

Mine was loaded with all the peppers and onions and cheese. My side was the steamed veggies. My friend was more of a purist. No onions or peppers. With seasoned fries. Both came out piping hot and loaded bread nice and soft and it really hit the spot. We ordered potato skins to start everything off. The skins were very good. One of the better ones I've had. No burned or hard skin that you see at other places. This place is great for a sport bar. Loaded with wide screen tv's all over the place. We even had a booth with our own tv. It was great. You can catch any of the games for college and pro. What I also liked is that you can talk in a fairly normal tone and understand the other person.
