Pro tip: I'm a high school teacher, so I set my appointments in the evening that way I can shower before my appointment and head home after and then sleep. Nothing feels better than a fresh facial before bedtime! Facials: I have the custom facial membership but every other month or so, I'll upgrade to the next tier, depending what my facialist recommends. All the estheticians are knowledgeable, so you can't go wrong. I tried Jackie for the first time today, and I'm going to book with her again because she seems to know more about my skin type. I've tried various facials, and they're all amazing. Whatever your concerns are, they have a mask, enzyme, ect. to help you. Wellness: for a small added monthly fee, you can add unlimited access to their wellness services. I've only tried the BallancerPro, but they have light therapy, sauna, sound healing, etc. The value is incredible! Flexibility: what I love is the flexibility. As a member, if I skip a monthly facial, I can gift it to someone or apply it for another month. I can also pause my membership without any fees. This is not the type of establishment that tries to upsell you with products and add ons to their service. They truly care about serving their clients with the best. I get compliments on my skin, especially when I tell them my age-47. Of course some of it is partly due to heath, diet, exercise, and genetics. But it would behoove me to acknowledge the help that Exhaal Wellness Spa has provided me with as I try my best to age gracefully. It's a remarkable establishment that I absolutely recommend.

That first experience was followed by a disappointing (not terrible) experience, by the same aesthetician. Sometimes people have good days and bad. But then the service I signed up for wasn't available due to equipment failure so I had to chose something else that month. Then the next month, the same thing happened. Annoying but I had no choice I had to switch my focus because if I skipped a month my card was going to be charged automatically anyway because they don't allow you to suspend service, even when it's their fault. You just have to pick it up on the back end.
