When I walked in they had several customers but the counter was blocked by a self absorbed woman having a loud conversation on speakerphone so I had to wait to check in as she was too absorbed in her chat! Then it was her turn and she wanted service for - her 7 year old !! The child who looked much younger and was in pajamas at 1pm was dragged to the counter where the mum demanded service! They explained that this was much too young and they could not help while offering some suggestions! The mum refused to leave and told them her child would be bullied due to her brows but they held firm and refused to- saving the poor child from her idiot mom! The gel is very thick/uneven and the gel is flooded into the cuticles. She did not look at the picture of the design I wanted and instead did her own thing. I am so disappointed. When I went to pay, my price was significantly higher than expected and despite asking questions I never received a clear answer as to why. $95 for a fill of this quality and leaving my nails in pain is not acceptable.
