Then promised a call back and never did. Now he doesn't pick up the phone. They're also stealing someone else's business! They both became very hostile when asking a simple question. I'm taking my time to write a review to this business, the owner is very very very very rude with the customers, I had my mother in the house while he was doing the inspection, she asked him one question and he answered her " why you don't google it" in a very sarcastic way. instead just telling her that he doesn't know or anything but with respect. He was not organized at all, has was talking with someone else over the phone and they were laughing and saying NASTY and DIRTY words in my mother's presence, she had called me to tell she was not feeling comfortable with him in the house, I had to leave work and go to to the house to see what's going on with that guy, my mother told him to walk inside the house with booties and he didn't do it!!! He left dirt on my new floor!!! he thought because my mom was alone on the house I was not going to find out! I have cameras inside my house!!! He walk on my way floor and carpet with his dirty shoes and also he took his time to have a cigarette in my backyard and he left his cigarette in my barbecue table!!!! Horrible behavior!!!!!! Once I arrived he start doing his work but I told him to leave my house immediately!! He said he was going to charge me a service fee $525 and I asked him for what??? For smoking? For being nasty? For being very disrespectful??? He said the F word and he left! The next day he showed up with his co-worker to try to get his money I had to call the police. Wow, nothing but great things I can say bout Darin. He was detailed, thorough, careful, attentive, and really knowledgeable with everything. We were purchasing a foreclosed property so of course we were extra cautious about what we were buying. Darin found a major leak between floors which no one had even known was there.
