I have to give a huge shoutout to Corey Hanes at the World Toyota Collision Center! I drive a brand new, white electric Mercedes-Benz, and it's literally my pride and joy. A few days ago, I got sideswiped by a red car and it left the UGLIEST red scratch across my passenger door and fender. I was honestly so stressed out. I even tried to be "Miss Independent" and bought stuff off Amazon to fix it myself because I just knew a shop would try to rob me. Well, I couldn't fix it, and I was basically a damsel in distress when I finally pulled up to the center on Peachtree Blvd. Corey checked me in and was such a literal angel. He looked at the damage and told me right away, "I can fix that for you." He pulled out his spray bottle and that nasty scratch was GONE in less than 10 minutes! He didn't even want my money he just asked for an honest review. It's so rare to find nice people who don't take advantage of you, especially when you're a girl with a nice car. Item stolen from car. I was told by Karen Stafford that I needed to move the items from my trunk because they would need to get into the trunk based off of where it was hit. I asked if I could just put them in the car or would I need to take everything out, she said that it would be fine for me to put them in the cabin. I even double asked and she assured me that I didn't need to do all of that and they wouldn't need to get inside outside of moving it. I could have just as easily moved it to my boyfriend's car. I had flowers on my dashboard and charms in my car. My flowers were damaged getting stuffed in the trunk when they cleaned my car (that no one informed me would happen at all, I only sustained cosmetic damage from the accident) and a sentimental item was stolen. I reported the item missing immediately. I sent pictures when asked. Go through this whole process just to get referred to their policy. Why tell me that it's fine for me to leave items in my car when I asked if I should just go ahead and remove them? And why give the run around if you have no intention of actually finding a solution to the problem? Karen, my account manager, was extremely combative when I came in to speak with the store manager. Interjecting herself into the conversation saying that she told me to remove all items when that was not the case. And the manager David was no more helpful, backing his employee saying she tells everyone to remove their items. 0 accountability for misinformation. Nonchalant, and uncaring staff. We had to go to another source to get our car repaired after a 3 week delay and no repairs were done! The car was stolen and damaged but not totaled. We needed the car so she could start a new job. We will continue to get our vehicle repaired however World of Toyota could not deliver in a timely or professional manner.After 5 months of waiting we have the car! It was quite difficult to get the vehicle repaired after it was stolen from our driveway. read more

They got my car started, repaired and ready to go in a total of 4 and a half weeks when they quoted me 4-6. I value that honesty and a job well done. read more

Unfortunately, on my way to a Yelp event, I was rear ended in bumper to bumper traffic. The guy at fault was nice and there was minimal damage to our cars, so it wasn't a complete bummer. He insisted on reporting the accident which was fine since it was going on his insurance and not mine. His insurance set up the repairs at World Toyota and everything was handled so well and professionally. Steve handled everything and was very on point about returning calls and keeping me up to date on the repairs. They even have a Enterprise rental booth in their service station, so I was in and out with a rental in no time. I can't attest to their prices, but their service is one of the best around! I really hope that I am not a party to another accident, but if I am, I know where to take my car! read more

Knowing little to nothing about cars, it is important to me to ensure that the mechanics handling my vehicle know what they're doing. Although I do not doubt local mechanics, these professionals are trained to deal specifically with my Toyota, and the couple times I've brought my old man (my 99' corolla) in, they've been honest and upfront with me- never have I felt cheated. On my last visit, after about an hour of waiting (I had a book and they brought us free Dunkin Donuts, so I was pretty content with the wait) the technician gave me a long list of issues totaling an obscene amount- but then, he walked me through and explained each issue and told me candidly that if these (mostly cosmetic and minor interior function) issues don't bother me, then he doesn't see the need to spend the money on getting them fixed. He clearly understood my situation without me having to divulge my budgetary concerns, and that kind of personal touch makes a big difference. Nothing is worse than being pressured into getting unnecessary (but ALWAYS expensive) work done. I love the Kauffmann Tire close to where I love for basic preventative care, but when something goes wrong, I bring the car here. ALSO- they have very convenient hours (they open at 6 am and close pretty late) in addition to a drop-off option and a shuttle (within a 10 mile radius, I think.) read more

Very disappointing. Corolla not even 3 years old and paint peeling off. Toyota said they would only paint the parts that have a problem. So of course they didn't tell me the car wouldn't look the same. Some of the car looks shiny and other parts look rough. They didn't even want to give me a copy of the parts they painted. And when I called to complain the customer service person was not friendly. He said this is how it works and named a bunch of parts that would not get painted under the warranty. I asked to bring it in for a second look, and he just dismissed me. It's like they were annoyed with me and they're the ones inconveniencing me. Will never buy a Toyota ever again and make sure to tell everyone about the ongoing paint issues since 2009. And the manager at the dealership told me this is life. Came in for a bulb change and asked about an oil change too. Bulb for the truck had to come from somewhere else, ok, truck is a 94. 2 hours later came to tell me I need an oil that is far more expensive because they don't carry ordinary oil. Said never mind on the oil change. She tells me "oh we've already drained the oil." What about we tell you before we do anything? My response was you will have to give me the more expensive oil for the cheaper price. Should have listened to my inner voice and gone to my usual ToyoTec. I was given the price for the cheaper oil. First off, I will acknowledge that World Toyota did an excellent job repairing my car. I hit a gawd-awful pothole on West Peachtree that totally wrecked the undercarriage, and World Toyota repaired the damage. No problems there. BUT. I had issues with the customer service from the start. 1.) A tow company dropped my car at WTCC in the middle of the night, as per State Farm's instructions. (WTCC is a preferred repair center for State Farm.) State Farm immediately sent over paperwork identifying my car and its issues. But when I called WTCC the next day a couple hours after open, they had no idea that my car was there. Finally the woman I spoke with said, "I guess I should check for the documentation..." and sure enough, there were the documents from State Farm. After I'd already spent 10 minutes on the phone reassuring the woman that yes, my car was there somewhere. Not the biggest deal, but a bit of a shaky beginning. 2.) I went into WTCC to meet with the man managing my "case" (as it were), and to sign paperwork giving them permission to begin the work. (I'll refer to this man as "Dude" from now on.) Dude did not shake my hand or look me in the eyes. He told me X, Y, and Z were wrong with my car. He told me my car would be ready in 2-3 days, and that he would be in touch. I rented a car to drive in the meantime and signed all the paperwork. 3.) On day 3, I called to find out the status of my repairs, and Dude was very dismissive. "You clearly don't understand how this sh*t works," he barked at me. (Literally, he cursed at me.) I said, "Then help me understand. I just want to know what exactly needs to be done, what my out-of-pocket costs will be, and how long I need to keep this rental car." (For real. I was very chill about the whole thing, hoping that if I was extra-nice Dude would calm down.) "Well, A, B, and C need to be done on your car, and that takes time. You can't just keep calling me and expect magic to happen," he said. By then I was confused. "Wait - you said X, Y, and Z needed to be done. Now you're saying it's A, B, and C. I just want to understand what's happening." "I never said that," he told me. "You just don't understand cars." And he hung up on me. HE. HUNG. UP. ON. ME. At this point I called State Farm and complained, and asked if I could possibly move my car to a different facility. I felt so uncomfortable dealing with Dude, and didn't want to be treated badly any more. The State Farm representative said she would contact WTCC and see how far along in the repair process they were, and if my car could be moved. 4.) Within 5 minutes of my call to State Farm, Dude from WTCC calls ME and says, "Did you just f*cking call State Farm and ask if you could move your car somewhere else?" (Yup. Potty mouth round two.) I said, "Yes, I just feel that we are not working well together and I'd be more comfortable with my car at a different shop." Seriously, you guys. I was eerily calm. Well, I was shaking inside, but I remained incredibly steady over the phone. "Fine," he said. "Good luck with that." And - once again - he hung up on me. (I then talked to State Farm again, who told me WTCC was fairly far along in the repairs, and it would be most cost effective to just let them finish the job.) 5.) At this point, my boyfriend called WTCC and asked that a manager call me back. The manager didn't apologize for the experience. He just said, "Your boyfriend said you were upset, and we don't want our customers to be unhappy, but sometimes people just don't communicate well." I told him exactly what had happened with Dude, and the manager just kept saying things like, "I'm sorry you feel that way." and "You and Dude just had a communication problem." Um, NO. We did not have a communication problem. Your employee is rude, unprofessional, and probably sexist. The manager DID agree to take over the rest of the communication so I wouldn't have to deal with Dude again. WTCC finished the repairs and I picked up the car from the manager a couple days later. When I picked up my car, the manager again said, "I hate that you had that communication problem." And honestly, at that point, I was tired of clarifying that the "problem" was all on Dude's end, so I just took my car and left. I will NEVER, EVER go back to World Toyota, and I would NEVER, EVER recommend them to anyone else. I'm a pretty happy, positive, laid-back person. I mostly give 4 and 5-star review. But my experience at WTCC was beyond abysmal. I still can't believe it happened, and I hope I never have an experience like that again. read more

I was told my car would be fixed and available on the 26th and that I would receive a call the day before. I received no call, so the day of I called World Toyota Collision Center directly and was told that it wouldn't be available until 4:30 the next day. I was disappointed, but understand these things can happen. The next day I drove the hour it took to get there, but 30 minutes into the drive I receive a text stating it wouldn't be available until 4:30 the NEXT day. I turn around and wait. Then I show up at 5:00 the next day only to find that they didn't clean one of the headlights on my car. The person assisting me told me that it's not something that was ordered. I insisted that it was and said we needed to go back inside to verify. He of course found the notes indicating that the headlight should have been cleaned. I then had to sit here for about an hour before I could finally drive away with my car. Oh, and while I am not a mechanic, I have a hunch that they overcharged my insurance company for damages. The damage was just to the front bumper, and they quoted about $800. However, after it was in the shop for a few days they claimed to have found an additional $2,000+ in damages. Could this be possible? I can't say since I'm not an expert, but judging from the visual damage I am shocked at how this could be possible. I've seen other reviews mentioning the same thing regarding always being late on repairs, so I suggest finding a different shop to work on your vehicle. read more

My husband took my Lexus in for an estimate. The estimate went from four thousand to eight thousand then back to seven thousand dollars. At no time did we authorize them to repair my car without my permission. Once we heard back from my insurance company, we contacted World Toyota Collision and told them that we didn't want them to make the repairs since we had not been given the opportunity to get a second opinion. World Collision Center told us that we couldn't have my car back and that we would have to pay them to re-assemble our car plus storage fees. We argued that we had not authorized them to disassemble our car. Our car was brought in because of a busted headlight and slight damage to the bumper and side panel. We were told that the authorization for repair was necessary to do the estimate but that no repairs would be done without our permission. Our car which was drivable and being used on a daily basis is now un-drivable. If we don't let them fix our car, they said they would give our car back to us disassemble and un-drivable. No one should have to go through such an ordeal to get a car repair estimate. read more

My father in law involved on the accident on 08/14 and has the vehicle tow to World Toyota Collision Center the Service Adviser never pick up phone& doing nothing on it until I collect insurance company to compliant and I have to call everyday to look for the repair status. And I called Geico today to have them tow my vehicle to other for repair. I recently had a very pleasant experience dealing with your World Collision center on Peachtree Industrial Blvd in Atlanta this week. After reading all the positive reviews on your business online, I selected your shop to use your services to repair my Car after I was rear ended last month. I was given an appointment on Monday June 13th 2016 at 10 am to be given an estimate or quote on repairs to be done on my Toyota. I arrived on time & I was immediately greeted by a friendly, helpful staff. There was no wait time & a fresh young professional gentleman named Justin was there to assist me. Everything was professional and Justin explained the entire process thoroughly to me. Aftea standard examination of my vehicle and then very minimal paperwork, I was assisted with securing a rental vehicle right on the same site. What a convenience. It was a fast and easy appointment with Hertz rental center as well and I was given a new and reliable 2016 Kia Soul to drive while my car was being repaired. I was told I'd be notified within a business day, as to the extent of damage to my car and was given a time to expect a call back. Justin was available to me to talk each time I phoned in with any questions I had regarding my car. I received the call right on time. I was then called again 2 days later to bring me up to speed on my cars progress and given an expected date that my car would be all finished and ready for pick up. They were even willing to speed up the work so that I could take my vacation as planned. And on the date as promised, I was called again by World Toyota and told my car was ready. Upon reviewing the work preformed to my car I was quite impressed and honestly relieved that the car looked absolutely fantastic. There is not a clue that that car was hit! I drive a 2009 Toyota Matrix and had some reservations about them being able to properly match the cars paint color. But the body shop exceeded my expectations and I am 100% pleased with the quality of workmanship done by World Toyota! Even my husband ( who is very hard to please) was thrilled at the workmanship performed. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of car collision work. On Sunday 8/12 went in for an oil change and tire rotation; also my check engine light was on. Got there 1/2 hr before my appointment, was told that the check engine light could only be checked during the week and would have to bring it back. Okay 3hrs later the oil change and rotation was done. On 8/16 as I'm driving home from work my car suddenly shuts off! A message on the dash says the oil pressure was low. Turned it back on, and at the next traffic light it cuts off again this time with a 18 wheeler right on my tail; thank god I had my hazard lights on. Pulled over and call World Toyota asked for the Service Manager (he was on his way home), I told the guy that answered what happened. And asked him why is my oil low when I just had a $67 oil change? I had my 2016 Camry towed to them that night. The next morning they called to say it needed a O ring, and oil. So I'd been driving around for 4 days with no oil, and it turned out a faulty oil filter! I could have had a very bad accident. I got an Uber and picked up my car. When I got to work I looked at the receipt; and it says that I called to complain about CK ENGINE LIGHT AND BRAKE LIGHTS, No mention of what really happen. Now I'm wondering if my engine is damaged or will need repairs soon. Meanwhile I have YET to hear from the Service MANAGER. Don't take your car to this place. Shady and liars read more

No one ever wants to go to a collision center, but Brett Mathews made the experience as painless as possible. He was able to assist me quickly and provided me with a detailed quote in less than 5 minutes. He then followed up with a copy of the quote via email. Once I approved the quote, he cut out a sample of my bumper, so they could provide a accurate match to my paint lot. Brett then called me in less than a week and told me I could come in and have them install the bumper. The bumper was installed in less than an hour. No one could ask better service and professionalism than provided by Brett. I would definitely recommend your Collision Center to friends and family. I also found your receptionist to be friendly and helpful. I very rarely bother to send in feedback to a company unless the service was completely unsatisfactory, or outstanding. The estimator Corey went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with all of the service scheduled to be done, was happy with my rental car and was very consistent with updates regarding each step of the process. He took complete responsibility for working with the insurance company to obtain coverage for thousands of dollars more than their original estimate provided. He was always available for questions ands very patient with my continuous concerns, and seems to really value his job and his dedication to customers satisfaction level. When State Farm notified World Toyota Collision that I chose them to service my car Scott was the person who left me my initial message regarding bringing my car in. That first phone call was my first impression that the experience with this facility was going to be a good one. When I dropped my car off Scott made himself available, explained the process and gave me an estimated date of when the car would be ready for me to pick up. The awesome part was my car was ready two days ahead of schedule! That is what I call EXCELLENT SERVICE. When I picked up my car it was not only repaired but they took the time to vacuum and wash her. My car was so clean I almost didn't recognize it Marsha was awesome as well. I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the great repeat service I had recently at the World Collision and Service Centers. Brett Matthews and Brady Jansen, who have assisted both my husband and me before with repairs to our 2006 Avalon and 2007 Toyota Tundra, once again displayed a courteous and professional manner by getting my repairs conducted quickly and without flaw. Additionally, Tim Campbell in the Service Center worked to ensure that the service needs of my vehicle were taken care of simultaneously. While having an accident is never a pleasant experience, it is so wonderful to know that the family at World Collision and Service are always ready to assist us. I brought the Avalon in last Friday, February 4th, and was able to pick it back up good as new today, Tuesday, February 8th. During this short turn around time, which encompassed little more than a weekend, the Collision and Service Departments at World performed body and paint work to my front bumper, routine service (oil and filter change, brake and tire inspection, fluid replacement, 27-point maintenance inspection), work to address a Toyota recall, and resurfacing of the front and back brakes. I was thrilled to be back in my vehicle in such a short amount of time. This convenience was, no doubt, due to the dedication of your staff and the seamless communication between the Collision and Service Departments at World Toyota. After reviewing Yelp and getting 3 estimates for my side swiped 2010 Prius, I choose World Toyota Collision. It was where I bought the car and had all maintenance done. As a Toyota dealer they should be very qualified to fix my car? It had been damaged all down the driver's side and when I picked it up it looked OK. The car was running and I got in and drove off only to find that my car FOB did not work, nor the auto FOB detection lock/unlock feature. Had to make time to take it back (I have a very busy schedule) because they had left a wire off! This repair was about six weeks ago and now I see my front seam separating with the fender gapped and sticking up and away from my bumper. These seams are very important to the Prius and gas mileage. It also looks bad or shotty. I had specifically asked for assurance that the seams would be back to original specifications. "Of Course" was what I was told. So now I must take it back once again to have my repair repaired. No, I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will probably move my loyality to another Toyota dealer. Having my car fixed at World Toyota Collision Center was a HUGE mistake. They had my car for approximately six weeks, and I kept receiving phone calls regarding how they were coming along. Not much was happening each week. After I got my car back it was making some odd noises so I went to another facility nearby because there was no way I was ever going to bring my car back to the clowns at World Toyota Collision Center. The man I spoke to there told me it would have taken them two weeks to make the repairs on my car. Two weeks as opposed to six weeks. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP! RIP-OFFS!!! The review would not allow to post a ZERO. We took our Toyota truck to get an estimate to repair the latch on the door. It was missing a screw which prevented the door from closing properly. Mr. Miller at the dealership estimated $1,027.06 - 14 hours of labor, body work, and paint. Shocked, we took the truck to another dealership. In less than 10 minutes an estimator got a screw from his shop, screwed the latch down, and didn't charge a cent. I got estimates at 3 different places and decided to take my car to World Toyota Collision because of Cory's great customer service. I am clueless when it comes to cars, and he really made me feel comfortable in trusting them to fix my car. It was a very easy process. All I had to do was take my car, pick up my car, and they handled everything with my insurance. The pick up process was also very easy. I dropped off the rental at World Toyota, and they handled everything from there. I can't even tell that there was damage done to my car. I came in for my 25,000 mile factory service 2 weeks ago. I assumed that world Toyota would take care of me as I have been a customer for almost 4 years. After having a low tire pressure light on, I went to discount tire to check the air. They were nice enough to tell me that my front tires desperately needed a rotation especially in the rain. I was shocked to learn that this was not communicated to me by world Toyota, as it was part of the service requirement. I immediately called world Toyota to make an appointment to get the rotation I should have had 2 weeks prior at my service. Upon arriving at 5, I asked for the technicians to rotate my tires and patch the tire that had a slow leak. My car was pulled around at 7 pm, with only having had the rotation. They told me they ran out of time to patch my tire. I live 14 miles away from the dealership and they made me drive home on a faulty tire. I never typically write reviews, but I felt I was taken advantage of. I will not be returning to get my tire patched because I learned that I can't trust world Toyota to take care of me and my safety. read more

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the man who wrote my estimate walked me through all the steps I needed to take to have my vehicle serviced. Exceptional service each time. I wouldn't take my Toyota anywhere else. I recently got into a car accident & after pulling my hair out getting the other persons insurance company to comply I called in to schedule a time to drop my car off. As soon as I called I was told I could bring my car in at that very moment. Upon my arrival we took a look & my car & I also mentioned I needed an oil change. Not only was the rental car set up swiftly ( I didn't even have to leave the center for the rental!) my car was done 5 says earlier. My car was vacuumed & washed. It came back to me smelling & looking better than the way I left it. The oil change was also done while my car was in repair which saved me from another hassle. I recently took my car to World Toyota Collision Center to have my rear bumper replaced and I was fortunate enough to be put in contact with Joshua Sizemore. I could not be more pleased with the helpful and efficient manner in which he walked me through the repair process. The insurance company requested two estimates for the repair and Josh went out of his way to find me a second estimate from a different dealership. He also arranged my rental car for me and scheduled an oil change for me so I would not have to make another trip to the dealership.
