(Cable companies kept jacking up their prices!) Mission Electronics installed an antenna for me. I love it. I don't watch tons of TV, but I like getting local stations and I can always sign up for Netflix, Hulu, and any of the others. Mission installed my TV. We had one hiccup but they guys at Mission handled it promptly and professional.

#UPDATE After a little over a week of use. The caveats below…read morestill persist. One thing I've also been noticing is my screen will sometimes lag heavily. This goes for watching a video as well. Video will be choppy/laggy and this never happened to my original screen. Sometimes if I charge my phone and play music and use Apple Maps, the screen will also lag heavily I'll. Again this never happened with original screen. I've also noticed greatly that my battery % is being drained a lot faster. Even if it's regular use like how I did with my original Apple screen. I suspect it's the aftermarket screen. However, the 4 star review will still stay. Just an update. Will probably buy a new phone soon but this is still decent for $85. Great customer service. Fast service. I replaced my iPhone 15pro screen due to cracked screen. The only downside that resulted in 4/5 star is the aftermarket screen. It's great for a quick on the go if you don't want to spend $180+ for an original screen. The lighting on the aftermarket screen does have a light blue led color to it and it is not as vibrant as an orignal Apple screen. This you can tell. I don't mind this as my eyes will get adjusted to it. However, my biggest gripe to where I can tell a big difference on is the lag input on swiping. Just swiping the Home Screen to the next screen, the apps become blurry and it isn't a smooth transition. Another, big issue is the touch screen. I did put another screen protector layer on top of the new after market seal (the seal is part of a warranty depending on if it breaks or not). So I decided to try and protect my screen further. Upon doing so, I can tell a big difference in typing my letters especially the letters to the side of the screen "A a S P L & backspace". I now have to press my screen ALOT harder to register the letter I want. I find myself having to backspace and retype my words a lot more as pressing the letters do not register sometimes. Sometimes swiping from bottom screen up to close an app also does not work and I would have to press my screen hard to swipe up. Overall, this is a good purchase for a quick $85 on the go. If you do not mind the caveats I have listed here (maybe it's just my screen) then $85 is great. Other than that, you may want to spend more and get an original Apple screen.

I've had repeated frustrating experiences at this Staples location. The staff consistently pressure…read morecustomers to sign up for Easy Rewards, but when you actually earn enough points to redeem them, the attitude changes. During my most recent visit, Nate told me that redeeming my rewards was "basically stealing from them" because the store doesn't receive credit for sales paid with reward points. That comment was both unprofessional and inappropriate. I've also been given what seem to be arbitrary restrictions that either aren't clearly communicated or don't align with the program, such as no price matching when using rewards, only one tech item per day, or only being allowed to redeem rewards Monday through Friday. I've been patient and overlooked these issues for a long time, but this pattern of inconsistent policies and poor customer service has become too much to ignore. Customers shouldn't be discouraged or made to feel guilty for using the rewards they've legitimately earned. I will be reporting my experience to Staples corporate in the hope that these concerns are addressed.

He was knowledgeable and helpful. He stated my phone would be ready in two hours or less. It was ready in a hour and a half. Different customer service representative helped me when I returned for my phone. He was kind and helpful, didn't catch his name either unfortunately. The value was awesome as it was free due to my Verizon Device Protection plan. Other places I called quoted me between $329 and $379 for this same repair! Highly recommend this place to get your screen repaired. They have a van to provide mobile service too!

Between the 2 items, I had to drive there 5 different times from Plymouth with my 3 toddlers in tow. My phone is worse than it was when I turned it in. It had a problem with the charger port, but now multiple speakers aren't working right. My phone is useless for talking on and now for watching any videos (think because they opened it multiple times and things got messed up inside). They replaced the charger port and then people couldn't hear me. The guy originally got defensive and claimed it must be the other peoples phones that are an issue, not mine. They replaced it again saying the speaker on the new charger port unit could be bad (it was) and they've had issue with that particular brand before. The next one worked at first, but then it messed up as well. I had to miss a medical appointment, have missed calls with loved ones and lots of inconveniences because of it (not to mention all the gas money and time I spent on my days off trying be done with it all). I can't afford a new phone. My iPad had a shattered spot off to the side of the screen. It still worked just fine. If I would've known there was a chance they could break the motherboard, I would've never risked it. They broke the motherboard and now my iPad doesn't work at all and the screen is destroyed. I don't have money for an iPad either. Multiple times they tried to sell me a used one they had. They don't seem like they've been doing this all that long. The vibe was shady from the start. Zero integrity and I don't believe they're honest. Wish I went with my gut and walked out. Oh and no refunds. Once you pay, it's theirs.
