But then I drove a block to D & D and they took me right away. In & out, in the amount of time it took me to walk a block to a coffee shop to grab something to drink. While I was there another customer came to pick up a vehicle and I could tell from the exchange that he uses them regularly (must have a fleet of business vehicles or something) and that he was particularly grateful for some big savings on the service that he had just had done. I wasn't exactly snooping, it's just a small waiting area and I couldn't help but to overhear. I will probably check with them first for my automotive needs in the future based on this experience.

Prior to this experience, I liked bringing car there as it is family owned and close to my work. Unable to discuss situation on phone as they didn't ever answer and relied on texts only. I replaced all of these and there was nothing wrong with the old rotors. The headlights were cloudy so OK with that. I aimed the headlights exactly where the old ones were. When I took it back they tried to charge me for aiming the headlights to which I called BS so they didn't charge me (so they knew it was bogus). They replaced the new wipers saying I put on the wrong size and they put on eactly the same size!! Don't ever go there.

When I showed up at my scheduled time, the shop was completely closed and no one was there. They never called to cancel or inform me of any change. This was a serious inconvenience and a completely avoidable one if they had simply communicated. It's a bad way to run a business and shows a lack of professionalism and reliability.
