My reminder to not eat here... -_-

Price / Portions / Taste does not add up at all. The rolls in the photos are blue crab on one and lobster on the other. The waitress talked us out of getting the baked roll. She said it was literally ONE small piece we would have received for $20+. These were about $30+ each and there's nothing but the meat and seaweed wrap. They are also very, very tiny pieces and did not taste beyond mediocre. Luckily we ordered a side of eel sauce to help. After this snack, we have decided to cook our salmon at home since we were still very hungry. I recommend going into the food court next door for a lot more options and if you need to fill up.

My HRB Experience was very pleasant. The service was fast and attentive. I received a great recommendation on pairing of my sushi and drink. The place is located outside of the foot court of the mall. With a decently sized patio, the people watching was prime. I went with the Tokyo Omakase which left me full. It included Sashimi, hand rolls, Nigiri and dessert. I paired it with the Kikusui Perfect Snow Sake. Divine!

I randomly ran into HRB while shopping, and it was definitely NOT a mistake. I'm a huge sushi enthusiast, and before moving to LA, I tried just about every sushi spot in Texas, from the cheapest to the most expensive. I can confidently say the quality here is up there with the best. This place is hand roll focused, and that's exactly how you should order. I don't do rolls. I stick to hand rolls, sashimi, and nigiri, and HRB does all of it really well. Each fish tasted clean and fresh, and the uni really stood out. Knowing the uni comes from Santa Barbara makes it hit even harder if you're serious about sushi. SO good, and surprisingly affordable compared to other spots. I would come back here again and again. It's one of those places where you get high quality fish without destroying your budget, which is rare. If you actually care about sushi and want something solid without paying luxury prices, this spot is IT. Service was friendly and easy, the food came out at a good pace, and overall it's just a really great find. Go try it. You won't regret it.

Fast service, okay food. Enjoyed the miso soup, scallop, and crab handrolls. The rice was a bit dry and flavorless for our taste. The scallop and crab worked better because of the mayo, but the rest were just alright, hard to compare to rolls served with hot rice. If I tried this spot again I'd probably try for sashimi or nigiri.

Really loved HRB. The ambience is super aesthetic and fun, the drinks are well-made, and the food menu has great variety. Definitely a go-to spot for a good vibe

HRB is hands down the best spot to eat at Westfield Century City Mall. From the moment we sat down, everything just felt right. The food is incredible, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every roll we tried was packed with flavor, and you can tell they really care about the quality of what they're serving. What really made the experience stand out though was the service. Emily took such great care of us. She was attentive without hovering, super knowledgeable about the menu, and made great recommendations that we ended up loving. You can tell she genuinely wants you to have a great experience. Between the food, the atmosphere, and the service, this place just delivers. If you're at Century City and trying to figure out where to eat, this is the move. We'll definitely be back.

    A5 UMI RIKU- Cut Roll

HRB Experience is seriously one of my favorite spots for sushi, especially for happy hour. Everything is super fresh, delicious, and the deals make it even better. My go-to is the Umi Riku cut roll -- the A5 Wagyu and toro combo is insane and honestly hard to beat. So rich and flavorful, I crave it all the time. The staff are always awesome -- quick, efficient, and really friendly. Huge shoutout to Manager Emily, who is constantly running around making sure everything is perfect and everyone is happy. Always a great time here. Highly recommend

Sushi are small delicate portions, ambiance is not top, chairs are not too comfy BUT service beats all of it and that's the reason I enjoy this place so much! I'm a huge sushi fan and I don't come here for sushi in a normal sense, I come here for good time and amazing service- special shout out to Diego! Great place to chill and have good quality seafood and drinks

If you like Kazunori you will not like this place. Rolls are served all at once so the experience does not feel made to order. The appetizer tuna crispy rice was so tiny. I didn't even bother to try it.

Emily is so awesome she made me feel like I was in Japan again. The atmosphere was un match for!!!

It's really not that good for the price point. I could get better handrolls at the Grove or close by the Grove for sure.
