The pharmacist was extremely rude, interrupting me and telling me the same things over and over again instead of being reasonable. These people have no empathy and were definitely judging me for needing this specific type of medicine. Also all of these things I had to find out by myself, they did not contact me. I contacted them. So disappointed and now I have to take sick days from work because I can't work without my medicine. Shame on them.

I have such widely varying experiences here. But most of them are really good with a couple of…read morereally bad ones. Interestingly, the bad ones I think have been with either a gentleman who is the owner or the manager he seems really out of patience sometimes and I get that, as people who are sick can be difficult to deal with. The rest of the supporting staff has always been amazing. What really makes this pharmacy shine is the fact that it is a compounding pharmacy and some of my medical needs can only be met here. They do a great job. They also offer delivery that usually goes very smoothly with only a couple of exceptions out of many dozens of delivery orders. The store itself is kind of cool. They have a lot of little extras in addition to the pharmacy itself and it's not any more expensive than any other pharmacy despite the fact that its presentation comes across as kind of high-end. Anyway, generally speaking they've been there for me. I appreciate what they do for the community and I highly recommend that we support them because there aren't that many compounding pharmacies left. In fact, I think they're the last one in Salt Lake and we definitely don't want that to go away.

I understand they are understaffed, but that in no way should reflect on my experience. I have a prescription that I fill every month and have active refills. They 'NEVER' have it in stock. Most recently, I called to fill a controlled substance and asked to fill it today, the person on the pharmacy's end of the line's answer was, yes in 30-40 minutes. I sent my bf to pick them up to find that they cn't be filled until tomorrow, which is fine had you not told me I could pick them up today. The pharmacist states I should have enough to last.... SO NOT THE POINT!!! I have my meds lady, but i wanted a refill. She says next time to ask to speak with a pharmacist to ensure the info I'm getting is correct ?!?!?! WTH???? No! They bring drive-up orders out quickly and make returns simple and fast. The organization of some areas of the store, on the other hand, leaves something to be desired, particularly the shoe section. It can be incredibly difficult to find the size and style you want and they seem to have given up on organizing them, but they're there and somewhat near the display shoe. That being said, I'm willing to overlook that and continue to shop at this Target because of the staff. There are several employees that I've seen working here for over two years now, and they're always friendly and kind to me and my family, which I greatly appreciate. Any time I need help they're always eager to assist and happy to help!

I also find that a lot of their employees are pretty scarce on the floor if you need help and relatively un enthusiastic (although there is one girl at the self checkout that's so it's very friendly!)
