Another customer had backed him up a little by being late for their appointment but Phil took my job right away. He had me out of there in 20 minutes. Edgar called me the next day telling me he wasn't pleased with the result and whether it was ok to leave it for another day. Told him no problem. Next day, he said the OEM paint doesn't seem to match, which entailed him going back to the paint manufacturer to work out a more suitable color, so he asked if it was ok to leave an additional day, to which I said ok. Third time was a charm and result was perfect. So what made this a uniquely positive experience was the fact that Edgar seems to want to take pride in a providing his clients a perfect product; and is willing to do what it takes to make it right. The only issue that I see is that they don't carry a full stock of tires onsite. They didn't have the size I needed, so they had to order from a different location. It took about a week for my tires to arrive. I promptly set up an appointment for the following day and headed on down to the store. Once the gentleman checked me in and took my keys , my car was ready in about 2 hours. I am not sure if America's Tire is the cheapest option available, but my experience was pleasant for the most part.
