They sell Fruitz Vegetables , Mulch , Top Soil bags plus they used to sell Organc Apple Cuderz during summertimes which I was disappointed they discontinued that . i loved getting apple cider there at one time or another . I turned in my resume to try to get a job there I love customer service and being a string hand there . Plus building customer relations there to make customers feel welcomed, At Home , And Make Them Feel Like Family There again . I like to build bridges to all walks of life that come in there . What happened during the Covid Pandemic it was unlawful inexcusable unprofessional Reprehensible, Disrespectful, Unjustifiable, And down right wrong. The behaviors we Americans were all at fault fir the bad behaviors of the past. We have a chance once agajn to show we are the better men . This is our time to prove it . That why this place nedds iyr patronage once again to come together as a community to build business for them again . I have ideas to add for business there for people's gardens , Sell Bird Feeders , Bags of Bird Seed and bird houses to put in people gardens back at home tgat might increase sales 70% . Plus maybe we should sell cards and for occassions to go with the assorted Flowers they sell . This place is the best place to come to gardening supplies and flowers and more . They have the best family staff you could ever come to know. The father who owns this place he is a honorable man that has generations of family that help there . I mistakenly drove around to the commercial side and had to turn around to get back to the non-commercial area. There were lots of wheeled carts of different sizes. Everything is laid out according to types of plants and their needs - very efficient. I only spoke to three employees, two at some length, and they were so friendly and helpful - big plus for me! I take my business elsewhere if I don't feel welcome. Here's a little oddity that you want to watch out for: GPS kept wanting me to turn onto a side road next to an auto dealership, on the wrong side of Highway 301. (This was coming south from Gambrills/Crofton.) I submitted a correction, but till they fix it be aware the nursery is on the east side of the highway, sort of opposite the auto dealership.

They don't have as huge a selection like Bethesda or even near PG plaza but, they have great people who work there. I absolutely love the long time workers but I have to admit their new hires are pretty awesome too. What I love most is they are real people, meaning not robotic or like zombies. I think this store should get a pay raise and increased professional training to have more knowledge. Idk what they actually get paid but, when you have people that are happy at work, want to help, stay for years and years, I would hope they get paid enough to have a good life. I stood there for a minute to look the items over to compare until I was able to make my decision. With my items in hand, I made my way to the front and used the self checkout to make a quick exit. The last thing they care about is the well-being of their workers now recently I came in as a customer and I spent five hours simply trying to locate a toilet they said was available in store on their website. I could not get a hold of anyone who is able to find this toilet and when I requested management, nobody came for two hours they kept claiming the manager was in a meeting, but because I am a former employee, I recognized the manager that I needed for this situation and they were simply walking around. They have lazy management and disrespectful workers due to horrible management. I would suggest absolutely any other location except this one unless your entire day is free.
