When I arrived at her gravesite, I was saddened to find that her marker was dirty and covered with dirt and grass. I asked one of the Rose Hills employees for assistance. He told me that someone had already been called to help, but after waiting 15-20 minutes, no one came. Because I didn't feel that he was being truthful, I took a picture of the truck as it drove away. A short time later, Alejandro came over and kindly asked if we needed assistance. Ironically, he was in the same truck that had previously been there. Despite the extreme heat, Alejandro took the time to help us with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. While it was disappointing that the first employee was unwilling to assist us, I want to publicly recognize and thank Alejandro for his outstanding customer service. Employees like him make a lasting difference. Job well done, Alejandro! Lastly, Happy Heavenly Birthday to Destiny Williams, Kim Branch, and my beloved Aunt Renee Antwine on this July 27th. By street view, this cemetery looks like an ordinary park. But a closer inspection reveals history hidden in plain sight. Wicked cool! Overall, this is an interesting landmark rich in history.

She then started yelling at me to "communicate with her" because I didnt tell her that my mom can't be there initially. She also has great knowledge of the cemetery and I enjoyed our conversations. during one of my visits last month I had problems located my grandparents burial site and I had several maintenance people take time to offer to help me find their gravesite.
