I've never had a greater experience at a tire shop then i have had at Hubcap Heaven. From the time i pulled up until the time i left, they treated me with so much respect and professionalism. HCH opens at 8:30 but since it was Monday i figure I'll come early to beat the early rush. I pulled up at around 8:00 and Ricky allowed me to pull my car in and wait on the rest of the workers. A very respectable guy name Lou greeted me and we talked about tires, sports, and family while i waited to get my bent rim fixed. The gentlemen that fixed the bent came at 8:45 and promptly begin working on my car. Due to the bent being deep i had to wait a little longer than expected, but Lou explained that to me just to keep me aware of what's going on. Awesome. I brought my own spare wheel mount and they fitted a tire in minutes and had me on my way (when other shops wouldn't). Wish I had ordered the wheel from them too - would have been cheaper - but I'm lazy and had no idea beforehand that they would be as good as they were. They were super helpful and professional. The shop is in the middle of the hood but it's a hidden gem...the service is superb and I will be referring all my friends here in the future. read more

I called well in advance was quoted a price by Mike for a donut spare. I though it was high, but couldn't find it anywhere else. My wife called a couple weeks later to confirm everything prior to us going in , spoke with someone else and was given a HIGHER price for the same item, and told there's a charge for disposing of the old one. So a few minutes later, I called and spoke with Mike again, was given the original lower price, and no disposal fee. Dealing with Mike on site was great, very helpful. Was the person my wife spoke with trying to take advantage because a woman was on the phone? I'd go back if I needed something only they carried, but the pricing experience leaves me with a very negative feeling about them. read more

BUYER BEWARE. I ordered a set of skins, waited almost 2 months for them only to have the wrong ones show up. Another couple months and I had a set that looked right but kept falling off, they sent me a replacement (which I had to partially pay for) and not only was it different, but it was 10x better quality than the 'correct' set they sent me. Now I've got mismatching hubcaps and am given a stream of excuses from Lennie about what they're doing. How they stay in business with customer service like this is beyond me. Brought my rim in to get repair from some road rash. It was not even that bad of a scratch. I was assuming some sandpaper and touch up paint would do the trick. They end up re-painting my entire rim a black with no high the gloss and over spray all over it. That wasn't even the worst of it. When I got the rim back I the car it started leaking air and my steering wheel shakes at 50+mph. I took it to my tire guy, he took off the tire to discover what they did to the rim on the inside and back side... total disaster (see pictures). When he put it on the tire rotation machine, he showed me how the rim moves on he tire balance machine. Wobbly AF! I went back to tell them what they did to my rim they didn't have an answer. All that was fix was the leak, barley, by spraying some black foam stuff on the interior of the tire. I notice this because some of it was coming out on the outer side of the rim. I told them this was unacceptable and I wanted a new rim since they butcher my brand new rims. You think they did anything about it?! I wish I never went here because of there terrible job. How do u manage to scratch my rims on the back side? (See pictures) Its really an F'ed up they can own up to there shitty work. Because I this experience...Don't bring your 22inch rims to a hub cap place. You always get what you pay for. Total joke when they say they fix rims. The only fix there looking for is after work. I am from Boca Raton and I had a little mishap trying to avoid a head-on collision so I ended up taking a curb at about 45mph and ended up having a wobbly steering wheel and bent rim. The hubcap was cracked but those are cheap and the least of my worries. I went all around town in Boca trying to find somebody that would help me with my needs (new rim, alignment service, and pop on the new hubcaps I got) and at a decent price. When my family mechanic couldn't find the wheel I needed by checking every junk yard and distributor in the area, Hubcap Heaven had what I needed IN STOCK for LESS than I found it online! They also had the tires I needed, for extremely good prices, less than anywhere else had quoted. And they put it all on for me in moments, I waited about 3 minutes for the technician to done with the previous customer. On a Monday in the early afternoon, I was able to get in and out of there within 25 minutes and get to work on time. Everyone there was extremely kind and customer service oriented. For some reason I keep running over nails. Today I ran over a huge screw (unknowingly) and thought my car was breaking down. I came here to have the tire repaired and the service was once again impeccable. Joe quickly identified the problem, checked the tire for any other damage, and balanced my tires. Because of the screw I required a patch. He told me the price before service to ensure that I was comfortable with the fee. The location looks rustic but please don't let the exterior deter you. The service staff is well trained in customer service and repairs. You can purchase tires and have your wheel repaired as well. They may offer other services but I pray I won't ever need them. I do know they saved this damsel in distress. This place has been around since I was a little girl. Today reassured me why this location has stood the test of time. Great affordable service! Quick and fast service but the tires that were given aren't safe for driving. One of the spare tires I purchased had a nail in them before use and deflated as I was trying to swap out one of the tires I purchased from them. the other tire placed on my car nearly caused me to get in an accident because it caused me vehicle to have stiff steering on the road. I've been coming here for years, but it's disappointing that the trust I thought I had was thrown out the window for a quick buck. read more

I was told about this from a coworker and have bought tires for my step daughter and now for myself and very satisfied both times. I drive a Mazda Miata with low profile tires and they can be expensive but I was able to get 4 performance tires for under $400!! Great deal! My brother called ahead to make sure they had the tires I needed. Went on a weekday around 3-3:30p. There was no line and I received immediate, friendly service. They have some great deals on tires (I was on a ramon noodle type budget), so I replaced all four. I was out within an hour and very happy with the service, product and price. I've always had pretty good service at this business, but my luck ran out this time! I stood & stood. The woman at the register even called out to the workers to get someone to help me, but it seemed like another 15-20 minutes before anyone started working on my car. We discovered Hubcap Heaven last year when my tire rim was bent. The dealership wanted to charge us $300 to fix it, but gave us the number to Hubcap Heaven to help us out. We took the tire there and was charged $80. It took about 1/2 hr. We sat outside, played with the dog, enjoyed the sights and sounds of 441. Since then we have taken our vehicles there to have tires repaired. Today I arrived at Hubcap Heaven before 9am (they open at 9) they got me right in, took the nail out of my tire, patched in and was out in 15 min. The cost..... $15! I visited this place after a great review I read on here and I have say it was a great experience. The service was fast and much cheaper than any other place I have been to. I had a nail in my tire and they patched it up in 15 minutes and checked my other tires to see if they had anything, and they did find air leaking out of one of my other tires and patched it up. The damage was $30, much less than other places who charged me $50 for the same service. They look out for you and are very helpful. I hope I don't get another nail in my tire again but if I do, I'm coming back here. read more

My hubcap flew off on the highway so I called in to make sure my model was available, then went in. The entire transaction was under 3mins. I went in asked for my model, paid and the very nice gentleman put it on my tire. It also cost less than half the price asked for at the dealership.
