I reached out to a few offices, and Dr. K actually called me back himself and got me scheduled the same day. From the moment I walked in, the experience felt easy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't waste time getting to the root of the issue (no pun intended). He took care of what he could right away and made sure I was referred to an endodontist for a root canal without any delay. What really stood out to me was the follow-up. He personally checked on me before my procedure and again after, just to make sure I was okay. That level of care isn't something you come across often. I'll definitely be continuing my dental care with him and his office. One thing I do want to mention: if you're scrolling through older reviews, just know those are from years ago and reflect a completely different doctor and staff. Dr. Sims personally called me after I emailed all my X-rays and reports to his office. We discussed what happened and what needed to happen before I could get implants. He referred me to oral surgeon Dr. Nadler who corrected the havoc reeked on my mouth and I will be going "back" to Dr. Sims for the completion of the implants. Just the mere fact that Dr. Sims took it upon himself to call me personally to discuss my issues was remarkable. He's also very personable and I feel our personalities will get along well. I look forward to working with him on getting and maintaining excellent oral (and therefore better digestive) health.
