I have been going to ACCD for a number of years and have referred my entire family. From the front…read moredesk to the back office, it is evident that every single person in this staff is professional, efficient at their particular skill set and compassionate in their delivery. The fact that I actually look forward to going to the dentist now is a clear indication to me that something is going right. Lying back with a headset with spa music dancing in my ears, a warm neck pillow, cool shades, pearls of wisdom on the ceiling monitor and the arm and hand massage. I recently had the pleasure of having Tamela (I hope I got her name correct) at the other end of 'the chair' helping me further relax with a touch that truly made everything going on in that room melt away. Her massage is unlike any other I've experienced. I could have gone through a 4 hour visit after this experience! Thank You to ALL staff and Dentists here at the ACCD :)

At my next visit, I received my temporary veneers. I immediately told him they looked too big for my mouth. He told me not to worry and said the final veneers would look smoother, smaller, and more natural. The next day, I emailed the coordinator to explain that I wanted a natural look -- not bulky, not too long or too wide -- just similar to my original teeth with a small upgrade. I already had beautiful teeth, but as I got older, I had some discoloration. The response I received was simply, "Thanks for letting us know." I also called Dr. Cooper again and told him I did not like the temporary veneers and asked him not to make the final ones bulky. He again told me not to worry. Four weeks later, I went back to receive the final veneers. They placed them with temporary cement and asked how I liked them. I told Dr. Cooper they were too big for my mouth, too long, and uneven -- the left side looked bigger than the right. I clearly said I did not like them. He told me he could not change anything and that we needed to cement them permanently. I felt like I had no choice, so they were permanently cemented. After that, I felt terrible. My speech changed because the top teeth were too big. When I talk, I sound different, and I sometimes struggle to pronounce words clearly. When I eat, I have to be very careful. I experience daily discomfort, nerve pain, and gum irritation because of the poor work. I have now spoken to four other doctors for second opinions. All of them said the veneers are definitely too big and bulky, and that is why my speech has changed. They also said the unevenness is due to poor work. I paid a lot of money for this treatment, and now I am paying even more to fix the damage. I lost my confidence, I am in pain, and I feel like Dr. Cooper ignored my concerns and did not listen to me. This has been a very painful and disappointing experience for me

Even though they were very busy, Right Smile was super kind and squeezed me in. They were so comforting and concerned about my well-being on the phone, and that energy continued into the office. They made sure I had plenty of Novocain and that I was in as little pain as possible through the procedure. They also completed the work in record time. When it came time to talk money, the cost was much less than I anticipated to boot. I'm now at home, resting, with my pain totally relieved. I need extensive dental work, which I've been pretty embarrassed about, and the team made me feel very comfortable about fixing my teeth and not embarrassed at all! I will certainly be back to this practice for the rest of my work! The best dentist I've been to in Georgia.

Probably none. No one should be going to a doctor who involves themselves in other patient-doctor confidential matters. The blurred professional boundaries are a major red flag and a poor reflection on this doctor and the practice as a whole. It says everything about a provider, especially when so many people are already terrified of the dentist. EW.
