At one point, a newly hired office employee called me and asked if I still worked for [name of company] and it literally only shared a first letter with my company, even though I had given the office staff a copy of my insurance card with the company name on it. This employee told me this wasn't an uncommon error and that she had been hired in the wake of multiple firings from previous staff who made a lot of mistakes. I decided to go to another local dentist that can actually figure out how to bill insurance and not hire people so easily confused. Again, the actual dentists and hygienists are fine... and hopefully the front office staff is much better than it was circa 2015-ish.

I set up an exam went in and was made an appointment to get my implant and a bone graft at the same time in 9 days from my first. I thought I would have to have the graft put in then wait to see if it took. The people are nice and helpful. Everyone is so friendly. I am now waiting to heal. In February I will be able to get my implant exposed and my crown put on. If all has healed well. No guarantees everyone is different in how they heal. Or accept or decline the implant. So far so good. The stitches after the implant healed very very well. Marina was impressed. Marina Michael is my dentist and she is so kind and gentle. I really appreciate her and her staff.
