Not only is the facility clean and beautiful but every single person that works there is the best of the best...especially the nursing staff. They truly care and they truly put their heart into taking care of our loved ones. Both of my parents have stage 4 cancer along with other chronic conditions but they have thrived here because they get great care and all of their needs are met. The proximity to TGH is a blessing. Between the two of them, there are quite a few medical appointments -- but the Allegro driver takes care of transportation. There have been a few times that they needed around the clock care and/or emergency services and the team at Allegro took care of everything or made care plans -- the communication is always outstanding and transparent. It is wonderful to know that you can trust them. I can't begin to express how thankful I am for the peace of mind they have given me and I have knowing that there is a great community of caring staff, a great group of other residents and so many activities and outings. Because of them, I get to spend precious time with my parents... instead of trying to be their caregiver.

We have been living at the Fitzgerald for close to two years now. It's been the best place we've…read morelived in, and that's because of the management team. The team in the building is proactive, responsive and professional. Communication is always great, and clear. They take great care of the building and maintain all the facilities, and keep them in great condition. Anything that required maintenance within our unit was done super quickly. The sense of community is strong. The neighbors are classy and respectful. We've never had any issues with noise from other neighbors. Strategically it's a great spot, short walk to the River Walk, Water St, right across from Crunch Fitness, there's also a Publix within a block or two, and a Duckweed around the corner. You get all of the benefits of being downtown without the traffic and the noise. We like to grab a drink at Sparkman's Wharf before watching the Bolts at the arena. We highly recommend the building. We would live here as long as we are in Tampa!

I toured five places and finally came up with the decision to settle on The Fitzgerald. I couldn't be any happier. Surprise there is a huge open room, to make into part linen closet, add a second dresser, put up more hanging rods for othes, storage....let your imagination go. This is a 12 story building west of University of Tampa. It has a really big covered multi level parking garage accross the street. The building is totally secure. You can't enter u less the occupant let's you inside & the occupants have a special card that changes frequently. The front desk is monitored 24/7 & has 8 security screens from the security camera. Get the view!! The view is of the Hillsborough river and downtown Tampa. There a just a multitude of places to elk to. It is located on Grand Central Avenue and Platt St. Unfortunately , for some, it is an age 55+ building. And I saved the best for last. Rent, including all utilities is $630.00 a month. I really am blown away by this place. What's a girl to do? Visit friends with great views and bars and restaurants we can walk to.

However, everything changed once we connected with Caity, Anthony. They listened to our concerns, took the issues seriously, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was addressed properly. Since getting involved, they have worked incredibly hard to improve our living experience. They replaced our washer, dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fan, and blinds, completely redid our flooring, and addressed numerous other issues throughout our unit. What really stood out was not only the amount of work they completed, but the fact that they genuinely cared about getting things right and making sure we were happy with the results. Caity has been extremely helpful and responsive, and we truly appreciate her willingness to listen and follow through. Anthony has been instrumental in getting the maintenance issues organized and resolved, and his hard work has absolutely made a difference. And Richard deserves a special shout-out for all of the hands-on work he has put into our apartment. He has worked hard to get things fixed and improved, and we truly appreciate his effort. We know that maintenance and property management can be a thankless job, so we wanted to take the time to publicly acknowledge the people who actually stepped up, listened, and made things happen. Our experience has improved tremendously because of these three, and they deserve all the recognition in the world for the effort they have put into our home. Honestly Review-I lived at the Slade for almost a year now. The building is nice however it's…read moreextremely dirty. Dogs piss all over the building, elevators and dog poop in staircase. It seems like they only take care of the south side of the building because of tours. The north side rugs are filthy. It's always garbage in the hallways, house keepers don't clean at all they're always on their phones. Garage is a dump. It's ants all over the walls including holes. When have a maintenance request it takes forever and never know how to fix anything. They did the south side pool over only. The north side pool has garbage in it always dirty debris. Grills never work. The security guard Charles is wonderful and the old leasing agent Ryan. Amazing always helpful. I really like my apartment it's peaceful. Great location. Just beyond dirty. Needs a makeover asap. In addition to enforcing better housekeeping and cleaner residents.
