It seems my review was deleted from the Google page, so I am adding it on Yelp. Below is the review before the owner decided to be flippant, even though I literally fell through the floor and almost had a nail cut through my shoe. If you value safety and general respect, please take your money elsewhere. "For the sheer entertainment factor, this place is pretty cool. If you've done something like ATVs in a tropical spot, this is a version of that for the snow out in rural areas. The experience itself was fun, but the safety was another matter. We didn't get a ton of safety instructions, and they were reluctant to let us use their restrooms. When waiting in the trailer to use the restroom, the floor beneath me literally burst and I fell through. A nail was stuck in the bottom of my shoes, if I didn't have on snow boots, I probably would have had to go to the hospital. I would still recommend going if you like outdoorsy things and have a sense of adventure, but please be careful."

Our friends rented from this place a few weeks ago & had such a bad experience with the camper having so many issues but we gave them a chance anyways because we have owed campers and know that sometimes things happen. The reviews were good & the RV itself looked nice from the photos... we were very naïve. We got to the rental place & no one there even knew what camper we were there to pick up I had to show them my reservation on the RVeazy app. The gentlemen then brought us over to the camper and did not initiate any inspection which is required when renting on Rveazy so I went ahead and did it myself. There was a very significant amount of physical damage to in exterior and interior of the camper but all in all it looked decent enough and we wanted to get back on the road. By the time we got to where we were going, set up & started the generator & propane we noticed quickly that the fridge and freezer were not getting cool whatsoever. We gave it over 2 hours and then I contacted Wendy to let her know that it was not working and we also realized that the camper door did not latch shut either. She told me nothing she could do until the morning when her mechanic could call us back. We therefore went from 5pm to 11am with nowhere to store our perishable goods. When her mechanic called us the next day he requested photos and videos of what was not working that we provided immediately to him & to Wendy. We kept as much as we could on ice in the coolers we brought it in but that could only do so much in 80 degree weather. So now we were out $100 worth of good, could not get the camper door to shut or stayed closed and when we thought things could not get more frustrating my daughter went to go sit at the kitchen area only to have her leg stabbed by a nail sticking out of the wood behind the kitchenette. After we saw what happened we looked at the wood to see DOZENS on nails and staples poking out and we were furious at this point. My husband went to check the generator and propane tank to just to realize that we had already gone through almost the entire propane tank in less than 20 hours which is absurd. We took it off and immediately could smell that it was leaking so we contacted the company again and they gave us the run around how the tank they gave us wasn't full because they just added it to our reservation for free which was false because there is an added $25 for propane on our rental agreement. We had to not only drive 40 in away from our camp site now to get food for us and our daughter but also to have to purchase a new propane tank. All all in this was a nightmare and the only thing that made it worse was Wendy the owner gaslighting me the entire time and basically saying we don't know how to use a camper and we should have kept our food in the cooler inside out car so it didn't go bad. Keep in mind, I made her aware of our food spoiling on Friday around 8pm, only 4 hours into our rental and she waited until Sunday when I requested money back for the propane she charged us for that was leaking, the propane we had to go out and buy and for some of our food that went to waste due to her fridge & freezer not working and her response to me was atrocious. She DEMANDED I send her photos of our food in trash bags that we had to throw out, and to send proof to her of the injury to my daughters leg. She also said "well from the photos and videos you sent on Saturday of the fridge not working and blinking there was not much food in the fridge to begin with.".... YEAH BECAUSE IT ALL WENT BAD AND WAS IN THE GARBAGE! She is a diabolic and dishonest person to say the least & I am writing this obnoxiously long review to WARN ANYONE thinking of renting from this company or from Wendy on RVeazy in Walden NY to stay away and please save yourself a huge headache and a lot of money.

Even if you take out all the insurances they offer and follow the instructions on their site about what to do in an emergency situation, they will claim that they cannot help. The agents will blame you for not calling them even when you did and there was no record of it. If you try to talk to a manager at cruise america you have to wait until they come back to the office and then wait for them to call you back. In total this can take all night plus most of the next day. If you call them and ask to talk to ANY manager because you have an emergency they will put you on hold until your phone battery dies. Longer than an hour at least. You'll have to call back because the line will get "disconnected" even if you have a full signal. In short, if you need help in an emergency cruise america will ghost you and blame you for as much as they can. The local office wont help and blame it on cruise america. The only people that actually did help me were the nice folks that stopped helped me out of a bad accident.

Our RV broke down on the side of a highway. Turns out cruise America towed the RV to a local towing yard and explained to us that we had two options: sleep in the RV at the tow yard in the middle of nowhere OR take an Uber to our car (2 hours away). We had our 8 year old daughter, dog, pillows, suitcases, blankets, etc. after all, we were camping, right? Well, they just left us there. On the side of interstate 17 east at exit 97. Left. Us. There. This company should not be in business and I warn any future renters to reconsider. End result: a lovely lady from a local taxi sent a van and the driver took us 2 hours away to our car. It was very costly, but are home safe and sound.

Took a one-hour harbor tour with my wife. I loved it! It's not what I thought it might be…read morepotentially, but once I experienced the natural limitations of imperfectly smooth water, I realized it could not be better. We had great weather (that's free!), friendly and safe guides, and a harbor that seemed uncrowded enough. We went on a Thursday, so the day ferries were busy moving commuters around, but we were the only personal watercraft on the water and we encountered a manageable number of NYFD boats, fishing boats, and luxury boats, I would only expect better if I were willing to (1) improve my own ride by becoming a jet ski expert, and (2) get on my own personal custom tour (which I did not pay for or set aside the time for). I also realized what folly it would be for a passenger to take video while moving at tour speed. You could do it, but the video would be bouncing all over the place and you might also lose your passenger after a rough wave. You would need that for full-time video, as the guides are paying more attention to safety and only taking pictures after they pause the tour. The one-tour gets you the meat of the harbor views - from up around 34th St of Manhattan and a view to the Empire State Building, to the Financial Center, Jersey City views, Lady Liberty, the Brooklyn Bride (and very close to the Williamsburg) and the South Street Seaport. It's great. Covering this ground and having any time for pictures requires speed. At one time, I think I was up to 45 knots in spurts, but generally just over 30. This will bang you around at times unless you're pretty skilled and have excellent throttle control. Mind you, I found my jet ski to have a very "tight" throttle as I describe it. It was like a small version of the brake on a ten-speed. I needed a strong tension to hold it, and changing position under high tension seemed to let it move too much. The jet ski would lurch. If they can get smoother throttles (can you get some like motorcycle throttles), that might make the riding less challenging. I paid for the pictures and got some. I wanted more pictures, but time is limited and these guys have to put awareness (safety) first and then progress on the tour second. I would suggest if you want a lot of photos, hire them for a private tour or a longer tour and you'll get more pictures. My wife is a real non-adventure/non-athletic person. She says she was literally praying to God before we even got there. Then she kept telling me to slow down. I can't blame her. I was surging and stopping, especially in the first 20-30 minutes as I got the hang of it. This experience can be a challenge for some who are fearful of everything. If they are like my wife, they eventually realize they won't die and it's actually safe as long as you are mindful of the surroundings. Of course, the guides do their part to hold you before traffic crosses, but sometimes you're widely spaced and you must use your own good judgment not to cut in front of the 30-foot luxury liner that for heading to open waters.

I was super concerned about being out on the water when the temps were in the 60s, but they've got it covered. You change in tents and leave all of your stuff locked up in the harbor. Opted for the dry suit to be safe, and was glad I did. The first giant wave that came flying over the top was a shock, and after that it was just plain funny. You get used to it and realize you're just going to be wet the entire time, but like magic everything is actually dry underneath the suit. Since it's the end of the season, it was just the two of us and a guide out on the water. We're locals, so we didn't need the full show and tell of the buildings and simply enjoyed flying down the river at 45 mph surrounded by ferries, sailboats, and container ships. You can go at your own pace, so I'd recommend this experience for everybody. A great adventure for locals and a unique was for tourists to see the city!!

I am revising to clarify my original 2 star rating after a question about our experience. We are in a 45 ft 2015 RV towing a vehicle. The gal at check in sent us up to a close area where we never should have been for our size. We then called the desk and they sent people to help us get back out of the area and brought us down to the lake where there was one spot left and was sufficient. Point is that we were lucky not to damage property and someone should have known better at the desk. I will give the park a 5+ star rating for being great for smaller campers, tents, kids, etc. Clean and obviously the owners care about their park. Educate the desk employees. If we had agreed to the spot we were first sent to, the neighbors' fire pit would have been burning under one of our slide outs. Impossible situation. A great spot for families in smaller accommodations or tents.

There is no cross-ventilation, and the tin sidings of this structure absorb the heat, and the room is unbearably warm. Also, the heat from the kitchen adds to the discomfort. Perhaps some modification can be done to accommodate the season and with that more rental opportunities!
