I woke up this morning with my gums inflamed, excruciating wisdom teeth pain and my cheek swollen. I gave birth 5 months ago and the pain I was in was up there with childbirth. It's Saturday morning and I knew it would be hard to find a dentist open and available to see me. Called this place and I immediately knew I made the right decision by the receptionist alone, she was incredibly kind and patient. She told me there was one opening in half an hour and I flew there. The doctor was funny and caring. He made me laugh when I could barely even open my mouth in the first place. He was welcoming and overall he made me feel like I was in good hands. He prescribed me antibiotics and gave me his recommendations on what the next step to take. Never thought I'd say this, but I can't wait to be back in one week to get my wisdom tooth pulled. I look forward to taking control of my dental health again. I will be recommending everyone I know to come here!

I haven't needed anything more than a cleaning yet, but I can't imagine they'd do bad work in that regard, either! I come regularly for cleanings and recently had a molar implant surgery done here too. I was really nervous going into the implant procedure, but the team took the time to walk me through everything beforehand, which put me at ease. Dr. Koo performed the surgery and made the whole process as smooth and comfortable as possible. I only had slight discomfort the night of the surgery, after that, it was pretty manageable. What really stood out was how much effort they put into maximizing my insurance coverage. They even phased my implant treatment over two years so I could get the most out of my benefits and keep my out-of-pocket costs down. If you're looking for a dental office that's thoughtful, patient, and genuinely looks out for you, I highly recommend One Dental!

One of my biggest fears is the going to the dentist but Dr. Koo and his staff really took the time to listen, explain procedures clearly, and make sure all questions are answered without ever making me feel rushed. Appointments start on time, and they work with pretty quickly and efficiently which I really appreciated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares and makes you feel comfortable! 10/10 experience!!

I've seen other reviews where people don't get seen for 2-3+ hours, even with appointments. There's no AC in the waiting room so it's very hot in the summer. Office is very outdated. They do a very minimal checkup and 'cleaning', which is essentially rubbing some paste on your teeth for 10 seconds and having you use mouthwash. I saw the Doctor for a total of 5 minutes out of the 1.5 hr+ I was there. Dr. Cranon is nice but I'm going to try to schedule my next appointment with a different doctor through my insurance. They don't do any sort of appointment reminds or annual notifications, it's on you to remember when you need an appointment. Which is fine but like, it's 2026, not even an automated notification that I'm due for a checkup? Very lackluster experience.

Whenever I went back to finish the procedure and get my crowns, he would claim that there was some problem with the lab or that I came on the wrong day. All of the temporaries have fallen out so I'm walking around with no front teeth. When I went in to have the temporaries reglued back in, he simply ignored me. It is clear to me that he has no intention of finishing the job since I have now been informed that he is retiring. I have paid him a partial payment of $1500 that he refuses to refund. I desperately need my money as I have no intention of returning to this horrible dentist.

I visited Wilshire Center Dental Group for a scheduled dental cleaning. My appointment was at 10:30…read moream, and by 10:50 am the cleaning was already finished, which felt extremely rushed. The cleaning was done by an Asian male dentist (I don't recall his name). The procedure consisted only of manual tools, flossing, and a mouth rinse. No ultrasonic cleaning and no polishing were performed. After leaving the room, I could clearly feel that my teeth were still dirty. I went to the bathroom, checked, and there was visible plaque still present, especially on the inner surfaces of my lower teeth. I returned to the dentist to point this out, and he told me that this was "normal," without re-examining or correcting the cleaning. I took photos immediately after the appointment, which clearly show the remaining plaque. What made the experience worse was the dismissive and condescending attitude I received when I raised my concern. I genuinely felt treated as if I were ignorant for questioning the quality of the cleaning. As a Latino patient and someone using Medi-Cal insurance, I couldn't help but feel that my concerns were not taken seriously. This is concerning, because many patients may leave thinking their mouth is clean when it is not. A dental cleaning should leave teeth smooth and visibly clean, not with plaque still present. I would not recommend this clinic if you are looking for a thorough, professional dental cleaning or respectful patient care. I strongly suggest people stay away and consider other dental offices that take proper time and care with their patients.
