He smelled very strongly of urine and feces, when I asked about it The girl explained that he had a a few accidents in his crate and they wiped him down. Whatever that meant? I asked why they couldn't have bathed the poor dog rather than let him languish in this urine, her answer was that he wasn't eligible for a free bath until the 5th day. Really! We would have payed to have him bathed!! Also, per usual, they sent pictures of him supposedly having fun but never any mention of him having accidents. This will be the last time we will use this business as phone calls and email to talk to management yielded no response, so I guess they have enough clientele that loosing us will not be a big deal. The staff member was speaking very loudly the entire time (possibly due to the barking in the background), but it came across as dismissive. There wasn't much eye contact or friendliness, which made the interaction feel impersonal. I also would have appreciated a quick update or report on how my dog did during his stay, as that would have added peace of mind. St Mark's changed all of that from the first phone call. The lady who answered listened to Winnie's story and was very understanding. Walking into St Marks Winnie was a little nervous, but once she got in the door and started meeting her caretakers she looked so happy and comfortable. She didn't even look behind her as she was walked away lol Throughout Winnie's stay the staff sent me photos and videos of Winnie. I loved being able to have that, seeing Winnie have fun helped me to enjoy my own trip. Although it looks like Winnie had the better vacation lol I did choose to add grooming before I picked her up. Best decision...best groom ever, she came back smelling good and so so soft! Thank you St. Mark's for truly showing love and care, I know my baby is in good hands.

She is extremely knowledgeable with puppy raising and socialization. We did a mixture of group classes and private lessons once Bear graduated puppy class. With Bethany's help, Bear has built a super solid foundation for sports and useful life skills. Bethany is a good problem solver. She often has creative solutions to curb behavior problems. Her methods are practical for real life situations and she listens to her clients well. Now that my boy is all grown up, we go to PhDogs for their awesome dock diving pool. The process of booking and using the pool is easy. Bear is always so excited to go there. When we occasionally go out of town, PhDogs is the only place I can trust to care for my high drive, intact boy. They also offer swimming lessons during the dog's stay.
